The arms of the Union is the symbol of the British Syndicalist Union, the grass roots political movement that created the corporate monarchic state.

It consists of a golden lion representing the "steadfast and lionhearted" British people above a steel wheel in red and white representing Corporatism, on a blue disc with concentric circles of white and red. The blue represents the pursuit of vigilance, truth, loyalty, perseverance & justice for the People, the white represents peaceful nature and honesty of the People, and the red represents the hardiness, bravery, strength & valour of the People.

It is the centerpiece of the State, Civil and Merchant ensigns which replaced the former Union Flag on the establishment of a single unitary government and the abolition of England, Scotland and Wales as political entities.

Tamriel actually has two coat of arms.

There's Emperor's Coat of Arms:
Image

That is only used when the Emperor is involved, of course,

and there's the Imperial Coat of Arms:
Image

That is used by all national authorities (Senate, Government, Courts, etc.), and as Imperial Laws Seal (which gives officiality to a law).

The coat of arms of New Lunenburg are as you can see on the flag or in the spoiler below. The crown may or may not appear above the coat of arms, depending on the context in which the coat of arms is displayed.

TURTLESHROOM II wrote:
  • The PX is the Chi-roh, an ancient symbol of Christianity.
  • The scales represent justice, equality of opportunity, and God's righteous judgement. They also represent economic freedom.
  • The blue "T" in the yellow circle is both the Seal and the Emblem of the country. The brown and green cord represent the turtle and mushroom populations. The crown is the Crown of the Kings of TurtleShroom.
  • The turtle and mushroom flanking the shield are holding a Mongolian crossbow (symbolizing the ancient non-human Khanates the predated the modern state), a Confederate sword (representing TS' friendship with the CSA), an an AK-series rifle (representing Russian ties and the TS military).
  • The shield is red, symbolizing the blood of Christ, and (since 2012 AD) the blood shed by TurtleShroomers defending the country from invasion. Yellow is symbolizes of loyalty, honor, and humility. The three dots represent the Holy Trinity (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), as well as the sentient turtles, sentient mushrooms, and humans in the country. Humanity is represented by the lower circle under the yellow bar, reprsenting the load it bares bringing the non-humans to Christ.
  • In the grey circle is the Russian Double-Headed Eagle, representing the critical roll the Russian Tsar had in founding TurtleShroom.
  • The four Poland Balls standing guard are, respectively, Imperial Russia, Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, the Confederate States of America, and the Protestant Christian flag. Each of these countries were instrumental in creating modern TurtleShroom: Imperial Russia colonized the country to expel its Protestants (they were later joined by English pilgrims), the PLC's false Tsar (Tsar False Dmitri) financed their flight and tricked them into fighting against Russia, leading to the expulsion, the Confederate States of America contributed tremendously to the cultural and economic development of TurtleShroom in the late nineteenth and twentieth centuries, and the role of Christianity is obvious. (These four Poland Balls were added in 2014 AD, replacing the flagpoles bearing those same flags in previous versions.)
  • The gears represent economic freedom, economic prosperity, the Industrial Revolution, and the Guilded Age (the latter most of which TurtleShroom never exited).

Not quite - although the seal to your right is used for official Government communications.

The emblem of the People's Republic of Zhouran could be considered less of a coat-of-arms and more of a national seal due to its simple & minimalist appearance. While not aesthetic compared to other foreign coat-of-arms, its simple design makes it easy for printing on documents and placing on the facade or interior of government buildings.

The Royal Badge of the Queen, as seen in the national flag, can be heraldically described as "Purpure a gazelle orange (or tenné)". But since shields are an outdated method of defence and there's no current thing as heraldry governing board in Kevna, the image is used purely by ornamental and identification purposes, like in the fuselage of our military aircraft:

The coat of arms is the same one present in the flag.

The Lancovian Coat of Arms is a shield depicting the same design as our flag, crested by a wyvern glissant. It is supported on either side by olive branches.

Yes we do, in fact it's even on our flag! (spoilered because it's kind of a big image)

Only things needing explanation would be that the colours of purple and red (both of which are royal colours already) are symbols of the reigning Spiros dynasty's heraldry dating back centuries. The lynx is also both a famous Ieskari animal and the heraldic equivalent of the British lion, in which many Ieskari noble families tended to use on their standards or coats of arms.

The coat of arms of the Plough Islands is blazoned as follows; Vert, a base barry wavy Azure and Argent, surmounted by a fess of wheat Or, issuant therefrom a mountain Brunatre, behind which a rising sun of the fourth and above all a representation of the Plough of the same.
Though a Marxist-Leninist socialist state, the arms do not utilise traditional socialist symbolism owing to the ruling Party of Socialists of the Plough Islands having its roots in anti-Stalinist Communist activism, and instead the sea, wheat field and mountain are taken to represent the fishermen, farmers, and miners from where the socialist movement drew its greatest support.
Illustrated below;

The representation of the Plough constellation in chief is a common motif in the heraldry of governmental and other organisations on the islands, most visibly - on this forum at least - in the arms of the Plough Islands Cricket Association which uses a pair of foxes, gules and argent, to represent the playing of Test cricket (with a red ball) and One Day Internationals (with a white ball);

The state emblem of the Socialist Republic of Lipnitia is an outline of Lipnitia in the rays of the sun framed by ears of wheat and corn with a garland of grapes and fruit, with ribbons bearing the Lipnitian national colours. In the upper part of the emblem is a five-pointed red star.

There are three variants of the current Coat of Arms, which is called the Seal of the Republic.

Image
SOTR (Colourized)
Image
SOTR (Lines)
Image
SOTR (Dark)

They are all used in different contexts. The Colourized version is used in prints or in the interwork. The Lines version is used when built physically (e.g. construction with an bust of the logo, although the colourized version is often used as well). The Dark version is mostly used in badges mostly given to diplomats or on a citizen's National Identity Card.

This is the Crested Seal of the Satavakal Kingdom and Dynasty.

The blue and white are the traditional colours of Satavakal as a city, while the wording is the Formal Kantani form of ɯɿcɔn, or Satavakal. The white border around signifies the text as an important name in Formal Kantani written grammar. That covers the lesser seal, now onto the fountain that decorates what is known as the "Greater" or "Crested Seal".

The fountain itself is white, the colour of "spiritually pure light". The Kantani religion believes in 'fountains of light', which are spiritual and physical cleansers. The design - three tiered and with a large basin, itself with holes in its base to flow into the grooves in concentric circles around it - is directly inspired by the Fountain of Light present within Satavakal. The design is highly stylized, but at its core is similar.
