The Arms of Serpens Land, or more formally as the Arms of Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Serpens Land is the official coat of arms of the Serpens Land monarch, and the de facto national coat of arms of Serpens Land. Seen on the shield, and as a supporter is the Serpens Land rattlesnake; the national animal of Serpens Land. The supporter seen to the left is an English lion representing the historical connection to the United Kingdom. On the bottom is the scroll with the national motto: QUOD CITO FIT, CITO PERIT. Atop the shield is the St. Edward's Crown. This represents Serpens Land's status as a constitutional monarchy.

There are four variants of the current Coat of Arms, which is called the Emblem of the Republic.

They are all used in different contexts. The Colourized version is used in prints or in the interwork. The Lines version is used when built physically (e.g. construction with a bust of the logo, although the colourized version is often used as well). The Dark version is mostly used in badges mostly given to diplomats or on a citizen's National Identity Card. The Gold version rarely sees any civilian use, but its most famous use is in the Seal of the Prime President of the People's Republic (SP3R) & in the certain positions in military branches relating to (or of the) civilian & public affairs.

Satu Daulat Satu Rakjat (proper version: "Satu Daulat, Satu Rakjat*") translates to One Nation, One People.

OOC Notes: In Indonesia, many governmental institutions use the Rice & Cotton (Padi dan Kapas) to encircle the device in the center. The fifth principle in Pancasila is symbolized with the Rice & Cotton as well. Since Marhaenia is an Indonesia-based nation, I used the symbolism here (unlike my other nation, whose emblems & logos strive to achieve symmetry except for the motto)

Traditionally, only the Emperor and two Imperial Guard that hold the honor of guarding The Imperial Palace used this particular Coat of Arms, although various Emperors had additional Coat of Arms for their particular reign. Now, when the President (who also holds the royal status of Emperor-In-Effect) goes on Diplomatic Missions for Chadtonia, a member of the Imperial Guard (Chadtonia's military) wields the national flag directly behind the president followed by another member wielding a secondary flag adorned with this Coat of Arms.
