Students with better grades are allowed more prestigious jobs like running for office, owning a business, etc. basically the harder you try the more important and successful you are, the less you try the less importance and everyday your job will be, mostly guarding or maintenance.

When it comes to education in Europe, Alzatia is sort of an aberration. While more and more nations are increasing the years of mandatory schooling, the Principality has never required it at all. In part, this is because Alzatia has a predominantly rural population, and literary education (developed with industrialized urban life in mind) wouldn't do them any benefits—what's the need for reading and writing, if you're gonna farm for a living? In addition, Alzatians are quite traditional and resistant to change, and forcing a foreign concept on them wouldn't go well. It was decided in Students vs Saint Margaret's Catholic School (TC5-2003) that school uniform codes allowing male students but not female students to wear trousers was a violation of free-expression and sexual discrimination laws.

Education is key in New Communist Ontario, in which they have discovered the best method is a camp-style based schooling every second month for the full month (Jan, Mar, May, July, Sept, Nov). There is a separate part of the camp for high schoolers (grades 9-12), intermediate schoolers (grades 5-8), and basic schoolers (grades 1-4). Primary schoolers have part-time kindergarten focusing on basic skills and the outdoors.

Fees
Private education is illegal, also homeschooling is illegal. All children of age must report to school unless an excusable medical condition says otherwise. Failure to deliver your children on time can be a fine if you are a day or two late, up to a week is a substantial fine, and jail time is served otherwise.

Language
Schools are in English, as the majority of speakers. In the occupied Quebec regions, school is still taught in English, but it offers explanations in French and ESL courses for struggling students

Dress Code

The following items can not be worn on school grounds:
a) Nudity, students must be dressed
b) Any clothes with inappropriate language or images
c) Clothing promoting religion or anti-communist beliefs

Also there is a uniform that is worn all days except Sundays, where it is casual dress. Coats are brought by the students and are not mandated. Appropriate clothing for the weather is strongly encouraged.

Cold Weather

Male: Button-down collared military-like long sleeve shirt in beige-green with the country's flag on the right shoulder and cargo pants similar to the Armies in beige-green. Lace-up winter boots in the snow and black or dark colored running shoes in fall/spring. Rainboots are acceptable when raining.

Female: Same top as males, but designed differently for older grades to compensate breasts. Either same pants as males (suggested for cold weather) or a skirt, but high-schoolers may opt for a pencil skirt as it as seen as more professional, all in beige-green.

Infractions

If you are not dressed in uniform, you will receive a chore such as clearing the dishes after everyone is done eating or cleaning the bathrooms. If you don't have a uniform, one will be provided for you.

Behavior

Classes average 50-150 students with one main teacher and 2-6 teaching assistants. Misbehavior is not tolerated and you will be dealt an infraction and removed from the class. If you don't leave, the TAs are allowed and trained to physically remove you. Teachers are encouraged to teach in a comedic manner to help the information reach the children better.

It is near impossible to fail basic courses, but if they fail swimming lessons, they have to take mandatory swimming programming during their month off.

Extracurricular Activities

Usually run by the students in intermediate and high school. Any equipment needed can be booked out with a specific staff member and schools have bulletins out where people can promote their clubs.

Meals

Meals are cooked and served at the camp, sometimes by students taking a food and cooking unit in Intermediate science or Family studies. Cooks make sure to follow the New Communist Ontario food guide so that the children are raised strong and healthy. There is desert at dinner. Obesity isn't a huge problem, but obese children may be ordered to do fitness classes outside of school.

Campus

Schools are located usually near a river, as there are many in Ontario, and are rural. All schools are equipt with an indoor pool as well for winter sessions. All schools have a large cafeteria and several large 6-room buildings for classes.

There are sections for cabins and showers (both separated by male/female). Better grades and volunteer positions can make students eligible for even semi-private cabins with only 8 people compared to the 16 person alternate. The cabins have a walk-in common room and 4 different bedrooms with 2 bunk beds each in them with lockers for bags. You can apply on line with friends to get put in a cabin together, which usually works out but only some are separated. There is a washing facility for laundry, but in Basic school, the students are required to put their dirty laundry in designated boxes which are then washed by Janitorial staff using quick washing and drying machines with state-of-art tech. There is also private cabins that are silently encouraged by the state for use by high school students to produce offspring.

There is a large playground at the basic school campus, patrolled by teachers, and a medium playground on the intermediate campus. The High school campus contains a sports field with football nets with a track, a baseball diamond, and soccer field which are used from time-to-time by the younger grades. Also attached to each pool is a gymnasium equipt with basketball nets.

Each school is also equips with a building for mental health counseling and therapy dogs. All classrooms have the flag and a map with NCO in the center.

Grading System

All classes report on students each month here are how they are graded:

Basic
Excellent (E), Good (G), Satisfactory (S), and Needs Improvement (N)
When a student receives a Needs Improvement, reasons are listed on how to improve. If they are not met by the end of the year, they may be ordered out-of-school training.

Intermediate and High School
These levels use the % system. You need a 50% in intermediate for a pass and a 60% in high school. High averages can help when you apply for state-run university positions.
