The RAAF (Royal Australian Air Force) has many planes and secrets.
However, we do have 45x F-16 and 6x F-18 aircraft which we reveal the existance of.
These are used for training and border patrol.
The rest of our planes are kept secret and held in Woomera Test Range

The SB-71 (Strategic Bomber Model 71) Flying Stratobomber is the longest range manned airbreathing aircraft produced by the Corporate Confederacy.

A small supply of kerosene is held in wing fuel tanks to provide a boost in evading anti-aircraft rockets. The kerosene will support one hour of afterburner. The afterburning process works by injecting fuel into the exhaust and igniting it electrically.

To minimize weight, the entire aircraft is made out of advanced space age materials wherever possible, such as aluminum and carbon composites. The area directly above and to the rear of the reactor is lightly shielded.

The plane features chines and a delta wing.

The reactor is a 20 MW molten salt reactor, providing heat energy through molten fluoride salt as coolant in a closed loop cycle, heating air for the turbojets through a heat exchanger. The reactor itself has fuel inside graphite pebbles which are injected into the reactor to fuel it.
The reactor has a seventy percent chance of surviving impact into an infinitely hard surface at 20% higher then terminal velocity at a ninety degree angle.

The reactor, including it's shielding and piping, weighs fifty tonnes, a third of the shielding in weight is placed between the cockpit and the reactor. Between the reactor and the cock pit as well is the bomb bay, which adds additional distance between the crew and the reactor. The radiation exposure of the crew during wartime duties is slightly higher then a nuclear energy worker's safety limit.
The area between the cockpit and the reactor can been described like so: cockpit | shielding | bomb bay | shielding | reactor. The shielding costs of a combination of lead, steel, paraffin wax, aluminum, and water.

An advantage with such a large nuclear reactor is that reactor weight is a square root ratio of power production.

The engine lubricant uses a silicone-based grease.

The plane has no need for stealth. It uses speed, as few missiles could possibly intercept the craft and the heat signature as well as the large radar profile makes it impossible to hide the plane.

There is one nuclear turbojet engine on the tail wing, it's primary purpose is to cool the reactor while the plane is on the ground, but not hooked up to a coolant main.

There are four additional nuclear turboramjet engines, comprising of a ramjet behind a turbojet engine. Heat from the reactor is exchanged into the ramjet before being exchanged into the turbojet engine, as turbines are susceptible at higher temperatures.

Video and sound is recorded throughout the plane in the event of catastrophe along with instrument recordings, onto a 512 gb flash drive using a proprietary 2048-bit encryption system which can only be decrypted via a top secret code within a sealed manila folder in a secure safe at a secure facility at a closed city.

Operation

Take off requires afterburners.

During long cruises, the semi-redundant position of navigator allows crews to rotate duties. At great expenditure in training costs, each crew member is trained in the duties of one other crew member.

Crew must wear full-body flight suits to protect against the low cabin pressure from high altitude. The suits also provide NBC protection in the event the crew survives a crash and the reactor does not.

The crew may remove the suits when in a small 3.5x5 meter recreation compartment, sealed from the rest of the plane through an airlock, the compartment is pressurized to 1000 meters and 26 C (while the air in the rest of the craft is maintained at 3200 meters at the highest altitudes). The recreation compartment contains a heating element. There is also a hot plate and a toaster oven to heat up prepackaged meals. The compartment also has 4 bunk beds, a bathroom behind a screen door, and a folding wall mounted table. There is also a bathroom within the recreation room.

The seats are bottom-ejecting in the main cockpit.
History
Despite the aircraft nuclear construction program being a long budget sink for many decades and it's existence propped up by the will of Horzesser to deploy bombers without needing friendly bases, the Flying Atomic Reactor Initiative was plagued by leaking reactors, temperature variation, and other problems. It shared many issues that the Improved Submarine Reactor Program had, particularly dealing with exotic coolant fluids which may or may not become radioactive.

A pressurized water reactor was considered, but the cooling systems were too heavy. Lead was considered, but then it tends to solidify during maintenance. Lead-bismuth was briefly used until the coolant corroded through the test plane, causing it to break up in mid-air, fortunately tests were conducted over waters offshore and the crew mostly survived.

The development of a sodium cooled pellet reactor was in some ways an offshoot of the Improved Submarine Reactor Program's similiar attempted project.

Sodium as a coolant had many advantages, low vapor pressure, although one disadvantage is that sodium is a highly reactive chemical. It will oxidize very quickly with air, and reacting with water would create a hydrogen explosion. This however is seen as a minor issue as any sudden losses in coolant will shut down the reactor and valves will automatically shut off if the plane is lost in combat.

A pellet reactor has advantages as well, particularly the ability to operate at higher temperatures, if the risk of meltdown neared, doppler broadening would reduce the number of reactions.

The propulsion system was expect to only weigh slightly more then the fuel weight it would displace, while extending theoretical range to months.

Ground maintenance of the reactor is far more feasible now with hardened semi-autonomous robots (some of which already developed to service nuclear plants that have melt down), although this too adds to the aircraft's production cost.

As of yet we don't have an air force but our glorious leader has given detailed instructions of a new class of fighter our scientists and engineers are to design and built.

The Flying Hardcore Hyena I.

Also any ideas how to build rainbow colored optical beam cannons, cylindrical force-field generators and jagged orange energy beam cannons would be most welcome.

We would also really appreciate it if someone could give us some helpful tips on how to design a fighter.

The Ejector Ramjet is fundamentally simple in its physical make-up as shown in the schematic,

That is a pretty trollish statement in that document.

I think I have the gist though, it's a combined cycle engine?

I was wondering if someone could help me make a legitimately solid Air force? I was hoping for my nation to be a superpower in air power, but, I'm unsure to go about this as I'm not exactly in expert in the topic. I'm figuring there would have to be alot of ground-attack planes or at least versatile fighters that can be both ground-attack and air to air fights?

Wolfhaven Defence Alliance EG-17E Addison Electronic Warfare Aircraft

Like several other aircraft that have recently entered service with the United Provinces Armed Forces (Unreo Provincir Arwado Unteada), the EG-17E Addison is a result of the 2014 National Defence Review intended to strengthen the UPAF through an extensive redevelopment program. It is an electronic warfare aircraft developed by the Wolfhaven Defence Alliance to replace the EF-111A Raven which, in addition to being old, was larger and less manoeuvrable than the aircraft which it operating alongside in Korongolese service. So far, only 10% of the Raven force has been replaced by the Addison. It is a direct development of the DA-17C Buccaneer which currently serves as the main air superiority fighter of the UPAF. To perform its intended mission, the Addison has several built-in electronic warfare systems contained within ungainly bulges on the airframe. The aircraft is also intended to operate with three electronic warfare pods manufactured by Marphoney Systems under each wing which add to its overall electronic warfare capability. The Addison also normally carries a defensive armament of two Quarrel-508 short-range air to air missiles; the cannon of the Buccaneer was removed during the design of the Addison. The aircraft is the namesake of a foreign military officer, Air Vice Marshal Edward Addison of the Royal Air Force.

Yes. Shark Faces increase a Fighters effectiveness dramaticly. Likewise nose art of scantily clad attractive women increases bomber accuracy by a similar margin.
