They couldn't land, however, and they prevented Hornet from carrying out any other operations since they took up all the space on deck. A lot of things are possible; you can land a C-130 on a modern carrier but it's not done in service for a lot of reasons.

Post proof of your service, like actual physical, irrefutable proof that you served in the military, or just shut up about it. Believe it or not, we have dozens upon dozens of nations who come here and claim they're military hence why most of us don't believe it unless you convince us otherwise. A few pictures of military service or a brief list of deployments doesn't cut it.

How exactly do you prove you were in the military?

You post your personal service information and write a note to authenticate it. It's no different to people posting their degree to prove their education nor posting their payslip to prove their occupation. Many people don't like to do this because of privacy; that's fair enough but you can't have these things both ways. If you are unwilling to back up a claim, there's no point making it in the first place.

I understand it when people don't believe that others have military service under their belt when there is contrary evidence, but I do find it odd that people question those who have no contrary evidence against them. Surprise, surprise, there are people in the military who are nerds and like to play NS. There are entire military job fields comprised of almost nothing but your stereotypical geek.

Because that isn't how the burden of proof works. It's up to others to prove they're in the military, not for us to prove that they aren't. If they can't prove it, why should we believe them? It's no different to any other aspect of NS when it comes to evaluating claims; if you don't provide an irrefutable source then people are under no obligation to believe what you say.

Furthermore, a person's involvement with the military is about as relevant as the colour of their eyes to a discussion. There are members on these boards, very young members still in school, who have an intricate knowledge of the military despite having never served. There are also members on these boards who have served in the military and know next to nothing.

I fly Heavy Strato Bombers off my Aircraft carriers if the Homeland airbases and fields are within operational range.

That's generally reserved though for High Risk Target Removal though where the possible loss of a Craft is outweighed by the possiblity of success.

That's assuming your bombers are capable of taking the force of a cat-shot.
And that you've got strong enough cats. EMALs might be able to do it, but your energy production system is going to be pretty taxed any time you launch.

Very well.

I also made no claim as to relevancy of military service denoting knowledge, though I will say those who have served generally have a good deal of knowledge in their specific background. For instance, unless someone else had more experience in them than I did, I'd probably claim when it came to my knowledge of Naval Reactors, the buck stops here (at least on NS). However, despite the fact that I'm in the Navy, I'd also say my knowledge of line-handling and radar is so lax anyone who bothered doing any amount of research could easily best me.

Our main fighter is a nuclear powered stealth fighter bomber with nuclear weapon capabilities, counter radar systems, cargo ability and may soon be equipped with a tornado generator. It also acts as a spyplane and drone carrier/ launcher. It called the Golden Phantom.

Agreed. This is the first I've heard of the Marut, to be honest.

Anyhow, I'm asking for more information about the specific aircraft at the Barefoot College.

Also, "lightning runner" is an incredibly shitty name for a fighter.
