Did you ever fight it? Although we have never fought the USA, there have been two periods of low level hostility. During the American Civil war Costagrande was sympathetic to the Confederate States and during the Spanish-American War Costagrande was sympathetic to Spain.
Did you ever fight alongside it? On many occasions in the twentieth century. Costagreandean troops fought long side the Americans in World War One and Two and provided contributions to support the Americans in the Korean and Vietnam Wars. Although not involved in the opening stages of the invasion of Iraq in 2003 or Afghanistan in 2001, troops were later provided to support peacekeeping.
