Blasphemy has no restrictions, the only way for "blasphemy" to be punishable legally would be if it was targetted harassment or threats of violence.

Those who maliciously disrespect, insult, or mock the religious beliefs of others, therefore disturbing the peace and public order, may be imprisoned for no more than five years. The national population is largely divided into hundreds of different Christian denominations, and "religious beliefs" is a phrase that has been creatively interpreted so that, in practice, only Christians and Jews receive such protections.

There are no blasphemy laws in Glakta. Not in any of the 200 states, not in any area under direct federal government control.

Jerdena is a secular country with a complete separation of church and state, and it has a strong tradition of respect for freedom of speech. Therefore, there are no blasphemy laws.

Blasphemy is illegal nationally and punishable by fixed-term imprisonment or corporal punishment

Blasphemy is a violation of ecclesiastical criminal law. Therefore it is punishable by either rehabilitative detention for up to twelve months or restitution, which is usually compensation to be paid regularly to the Treasury for a period of up to five years.

There are no laws against blasphemy.

There were laws against blasphemy for both Christianity and Islam before independence (pre-1760) and they usually resulted in corporal punishment or death penalty. After 1760, the constitution no longer identified any national religion, but the laws remained in place though weren't enforced until 1818. When Christianity was declared the official religion in 1818, laws regarding blasphemy against Christianity were enforced and resulted in corporal punishment or the death penalty. When Islam became the official religion in 1822, laws regarding blasphemy against Islam were enforced. The enforcement stopped between 1828 and 1836 under a relatively secular government. Laws regarding blasphemy against Islam were once again enforced from 1836 to 1844. Laws regarding blasphemy against Christianity were enforced from 1865 to 1870, under a more religious government. Blasphemy laws were removed in 1870 as part of secularist reforms. Blasphemy was once again a criminal offence under the military dictatorship of 1886 to 1896, with the punishment being torture and then execution. Once the republic was restored in 1896, blasphemy laws were once again removed.

At the moment at least, we don't have any blasphemy laws, but individual Megatronists have been known to take illegal vigilante actions against those who blaspheme against Megatron.

The Grand Theocracy does not consider much blasphemy. What it does consider blasphemy, however, is harshly punished. The punishment ranges from death to a short prison sentence, though considering the nature of incidents the Theocracy considers actual blasphemy, death is most common.

As a former British colony, New Lunenburg inherited a legal system in which blasphemy was long held to be an offence against common law. The offence of blasphemous libel is still in force, though convictions are extremely rare.

Blasphemy is illegal in the Diocese of 's-Hertogenbosch. We hope that the continued efforts of the Inquisition will eradicate all blasphemers from our land. By torturing the blasphemers, we hope they will repent and return to the Lord their God. If they do not repent, they will be put to death.

No blasphemy laws

As the Russian Federative Socialist Republic is a socialist democratic state, not only is blaspheming against religion legal, but encouraged, with all citizens actively educated in an atheist manner, and religion stigmatised against. Religion, however, is not illegal, but heavily discouraged and all worship is private, with no active religious institutions within the country.

Article 90 of the constitution is as follows:
ARTICLE 90. In order to ensure to citizens freedom of conscience, the church in the R.S.F.S.R. is separated from the state, and the school from the church. Freedom of religious worship and freedom of anti-religious propaganda is recognized for all citizens.
