The standard service weapon for the Esgonian Armed Forces is the M4A1 Assault Rifle, locally designated as the 1B3-94. Introduced in 1994, it had remained steadfast as its service for over 26 years with numerous upgrades and has remained popular with both the regular Marine and Soldier, as well as with operators from the Esgonian Special Operations Command.

The Esgonian Army and Marine Corps are currently using the 2016 upgraded version and are using a selection of optics (optics are dependent on soldier's squad role). However, EsSOCOM Operatives are given more liberty in terms of customizing their rifles.

Kyundao has went through a few service rifles throughout the centuries, but the last one resembled the StG-44. This assault rifle was in service from the late First Republic to the beginning of the Sung Dynasty, when it was fully phased out in all military branches by the current and more modern rifle. The current rifle heavily resembles the FN FAL and is classified as a battle rifle, not an assault rifle; assault rifles use what's called an intermediate cartridge whereas this rifle uses full power rifle rounds, specifically 7.62 NATO.

The CAR-21 is a 5.56mm bullpup, semi-automatic and gas operated rifle with an average range of 480 meters and able to fire an impressive 800 rounds per minute. For long distance warfare this rifle is more than capable of accurately neutralising targets up to 800 meters away with special modifications to the barrel and optics. Clad with reinforced, blast proof polymer the CAR-21 been proven in combat to be resilient in almost any conditions without weighing a considerable amount, and its "Picatinny" rails allow users mount scopes and other tactical accessories for a flexible rifle. The ejection port and be configured for left and right handed users, and the charging handle can be folded away for convenience. this rifle can also be configured for law enforcement and civilian markets.

Until 2018, the primary service rifle was the H&K G3. It had gone through several product improvement programs through the decades, with the final improvement being adopted in 2016.

These were supplemented by a variety of AR-15 pattern rifles for commando and special operations units.

As of 2019, the armed forces have begun transitioning to the SIG MCX. This is to replace all G3 rifles, and AR-15 rifles in commando units. Special operations units are expected to retain their existing AR-15 variants, which are all heavily customized to the requirements of individual units. All active duty infantry units and all commando units have transitioned to the MCX as of the time of writing. A compact carbine version is also being adopted for armoured vehicle crews.

The Pulsrothi Land Forces primarily use the HS06A rifle, manufactured by Paris-Theodore Armaments. The original HS entered service in 2006, until the A version replaced it in 2032.

The weapon is externally based on the Belgian P90 PDW, and fires a specialised high velocity caseless round, the 5.4 by 30mm.

The Disorder has these nightmarish magitech BFG's lying around, literally nuclear-powered energy weapons.



At short range, a sweeping & continuous beam of quantum hellfire can explosively disintegrate holes in buildings, tanks, people, whatever.

At medium range, a narrow & continuous beam of superheated plasma (flying at 7% lightspeed) will burn through solid matter almost as easily as empty space.

At long range, well-collminated & super-intense blasts of X-rays and gamma radiation make an excellent laser weapon (with anti-material firepower).

Thermodynamics is a bitch, and over half of the weapon's mass is dedicated to thermal management. The heat sinks glow so intensely white-hot when firing, the wearer needs special thermal shielding - or else the weapon's waste heat will cook them. Even so, the weapon is still prone to overheating. If you ignore the heat gauge when shooting this monster, the entire weapon will flash to red-hot in your hands.

It has a spaceship-grade sensor package, can deflect its line of fire off-center by a few degrees, and it links with eye-motion-tracking goggles for limited auto-aiming.

Because it's a nuclear-powered raygun, the 'magazine' is practically inexhaustible. Just a few grams of nuclear fuel is enough to saw buildings in half if you're patient. But the weapon does have to be disassembled to refill the nuclear fuel cell.

In any sane and rational military, a weapon this monstrous would be mounted onto a vehicle. Carrying one around is crazy - but the Disorder is exactly that kind of crazy.

[Slavianstvo]

The main service weapon of the Armed Forces of the Empire of Slavianstvo (Oruzxilju Silas Imper Slavianstvo - OSIS) is the AG-17 automatic rifle. It is chambered for 6.5 x 39mm, and features 26 round magazines, adjustable stock, picatinny rails on the dustcover and handguard for various accessories and optics, and an ergonomic pistol grip.

The weapon is modular and form the basis for several variants including a DMR with a 24" barrel.

The ammunition uses a 123 grain copper jacketed steel core bullet, producing a muzzle velocity of 800m/s (with the 24" barrel), and an maximum effective range of 800m.

The most popular weapons of the Exodian Armed Forces is the Luna Arms Corporation's Enhanced Standard Assault Rifle, a heavily modified edition of the AR-15/M16 and M4 platform that was adopted in 1988 as the X5 and X2. Featuring a short buffer tube that permits for a side-folding+telescoping stock as well as a more ergonomic charging handle under the carrying handle (based off of the original AR-15 prototypes) as well as a gas system similar to that of the Olympic OA-93 rifle-pistol and slightly similar to the ZM LR-300 assault rifle, the platform still shares much of its compatibility with the original M16 and M4, mostly for its lower receiver, and retains its performance. Selector is Safe-Semi-Auto-3 Burst. Sights are commonly integrated with the charging handle but can be removed if need be.

The standard intermediate cartridge for the Exodian Armed Forces is the 5.7x47mm/.225 HVAP Quicksilver high-pressure, high-velocity round, adopted to retain PDW-grade armor-piercing capability at a short range while still being able to match current loads of the 5.56x45mm NATO in range and precision and be compatible with STANAG magazines- although many rifles also use the 7.65x53mm battle rifle/carbine editions based off of the AR-10 for use as designated marksman rifles, designated X5HE and X2HE. Firemodes are Safe-Semi-Auto-3 Burst.

Several units of the Exodian Navy's infantry and Army Amphibious are issued the Universal Assault Rifle/Carbine, a light modular platform also manufactured by LAC. Based off of the Heckler and Koch G41 and G36 platforms. Unlike most other rifles, it uses a combination of the HK roller-delayed blowback bolt plus a proprietary gas-delay system present on many LAC designs. A DMR/battle rifle version based on the HK G3 and its variants, the Universal Battle Rifle/Carbine, is available and in use by some. Fire selectors are Safe-Semi-Auto-3 Burst.

Additionally manufactured by LAC and seeing some usage within the Exodian Armed Forces, mostly the Exodian Army, is the Enhanced Standard Battle Rifle, designated as the X3/EBR. A proprietary rifle platform built during the mid-1980s meant to replace the E1A1 Exodian Commonwealth derivative of the FN FAL, the X3 is designed to have very similar ergonomics to the FAL and even uses much of the same parts (including the magazine), but uses an entirely different gas system, a short-stroke rotating-bolt version based off of the AR-18's for greater accuracy, simplicity in manufacture, and the potential to chamber higher-power loads. While issued in limited numbers as a DMR or specialist's weapon, it is a favorite amongst its users. Usually chambered in the 7.65x53mm heavy full-power round, an enhanced derivative of the 7.62x51mm NATO, although smaller assault rifle variants chambered in 5.7x48mm are available for special forces use with the designation X6. Firemodes are Safe-Semi-Auto.

The X4 and X8 series of bullpup assault rifles and carbines, issued in limited numbers to paratroopers of the Exodian Air Force and airborne units of the Exodian Army, is an experimental bullpup derivative of the X5 and X2. Built around the same gas system as the X5/X2 and uses the trigger pack/firegroup for the UAR series, and takes influences from the French FAMAS, the Croatian VHS-2, and the Iranian KH-2002, amongst other platforms. A battle rifle/DMR variant is in development but is not prepared for testing. There is talk of it or its derivatives potentially replacing the X5/X2 and UAR in the future, although chances are not likely as of current development. Firemodes are Safe-Semi-Auto-3 Burst.

AK-type rifles are imported from our allies in Israel, Vietnam, Prussia-Poland and Atkemri for OPFOR training and special forces and clandestine usage.

Despite the superior characteristics of the 5.7x47mm and 7.65x53mm rifle rounds, almost all rifles issued to troops abroad come with a conversion kit to more common and conventional 5.56x45mm and 7.62x51mm NATO for greater compatibility and supply, and all infantrymen and those issued the weapons are also issued conversion kits. Many magazines meant for Exodian proprietary calibers can also easily fit and feed NATO standard rounds.

We in Untecna use the Alo Eva-45L 3-round Burst Rifle, it uses 5.56x39 cartridges, inside of a box magazine. It fires at 700 RPM and weighs 10 kg. The main sidearm is the Hech-Undevaser 1987, it uses .45 ACP in an 8-round magazine.

[Strazhnist Tsarus]

SMLE imports from North Commonwealth Separatists. Though there are many other commonly used weapons, this is the most popular.

M16 Imports. Between this time and 1928, the Fedorov Avtomat was most commonly used. These weapons had to be improved upon, and the US was at the time allied with Tsarus in their fight in Vietnam (during which the Tsarusian military was heavily inexperienced- and remained so until the Caucus Wars in the 90s.)

TAK-12, an AK-107 but with three modifications:

After forming an alliance with Russia, Tsarus commissioned for a rifle suitable for Overwatch as a standard issue service weapon based off of planned future combat engagement doctrines. The weapon was finally implemented during the reign of Ederik Jozef Kaiser.

ST .42 Striker first model. Later models had sights removed for more acoustic, robust iron sights. An IR laser was attached so that clone troops would have enhanced target acquisition. Barrel elongated and shroud thinned.

There is no standard issue weapon, the arms are heavily diversified and function differently depending on which planet it is being used on. That being said, it generally orbits around the ancient PA-2142 particle sniper rifle concept which began floating around in the year 2142, though never caught on for several years as sniper rifles were unnecessary with the existence of the GLR-65mJ.

[Johto-]

While war is infrequent in Miyamo due to the pure destructive power of some Pokémon, the Johtian military uses the common GF-20 assault rifle and MD-02 pistol. Police officers in Johto do not use firearms.
