4 how many drugs are illegal in your nations ? None.
5 how much your government regulate marriage ? None, but Decepticons don't get married anyway.

16 how much does your nation regulate monopolies NOT AT ALL!!!
17 how much does your government engage in corporate welfare. Didn't we answer this before? *Checks* Yes, yes we did. We still only do a little of this. In fact, we can't think of ANY corporate welfare, but we say "almost" just in case there was a bribe or two somewhere that caused an exception.

1. Is your nation healthcare private?
Glakta has a public universal healthcare system in place. Those dissatisfied with it might freely pay for privatized healthcare, subject to government regulation.

2. Is your nation's education system private?
Glakta has free public education, but those dissatisfied with it might freely pay for private education, subject to government regulation.

3. How much your nation taxes their citizen?
10-25% in income tax depending on income, plus VAT, corporate tax and others.

4. How many drugs are illegal in your nations?
All of them, except alcohol and tobacco. Possession, consumption, sell and purchase are all criminalized.

5. How much your government regulate marriage?
Must not be same-sex marriage, must not be lineal ancestors and descendants, must not be full or half-siblings. Human-AI and human-alien marriages are allowed as long as it conforms to these rules. Same-sex sexual activity itself is legal.

6. How much your government regulate discrimination?
Depends. Hate speech, violence and related are illegal. Discrimination in housing or in hiring is not.

7. Does your nation have a minimum wage?
No.

8. How much does your nation regulate speech?
Must not ask for a change of the overall political system.

9. Does your nation guaranteed the right of free people to bear arms?
Absolutely not.

10. Does your nation has a nobility?
Not exactly. Some citizens have aristokratos ("the best") status, obtained after passing a General Aptitude Test (which includes political criteria). This status is necessary to obtain any government position, with higher GAT grades having higher priorities. The score can be updated annually. In practice, aristokratos status is more like membership in a single legal ruling party than a nobility.

11. How much does your government control the internet?
The government has full control over the internet. Illegal content is outright deleted. Generally, the government is more permissive on the internet than in other media. The government has broad surveillance powers but usually they are not used against common citizens unless they cause problems.

12. How much does your government regulated sexual relation between consenting persons?
Must not be lineal ancestors or descendants, must not be full or half-siblings. Otherwise, legal.

13. How much does your government engage in corporate welfare?
Significantly, with major corporations receiving generous subsidies, especially if they are involved in scientific or technological research, interstellar relations or space-related activities.

14. Does your nation impose tariff on other countries?
There are no other countries per se. No tariffs in circulating products all around the Empire. The few products that do arrive from other interstellar civilizations are checked for illegal content and, if legal, no tariff is imposed.

15. How much does your nation regulate hiring by business?
Not much. For example, discrimination in hiring is legal, and there is no minimum wage. Workers must have a written contract, and the government must be able to access it, but can not modify it unless there is something explicitly illegal.

16. How much does your nation regulate monopolies?
Not much, with business oligarchies and monopolies dominating the economy, and even politics at a lower level.

17. How much does your government engage in corporate welfare?
This is literally just question 13.

18. How much your government substain the most unfortunate in your country by the bias of welfare?
Significantly. Many public services are free and a variety of special demographics get generous welfare benefits, based on factors such as income, number of children and aristokratos status. All welfare benefits are conditional on having or looking for a job.

19. How much your government regulate which currency is legal in your country?
Only the credit is legal and convertible to other interstellar currencies.

20. How much your government regulate the free distribution of products in your country?
See 14, if the product itself is legal, it may move freely around the country.

21. How much restriction does your government impose on business to protect the environment?
Significant, but many businesses do not engage in polluting activity, either because of technological advances or because they operate in space.

22. How much restriction does your government impose on business to protect the consumer?
Health and safety standards, no false or misleading advertisement.

23. How much information does your government force business to give to the public?
Detailed information about the products they are selling, no information about the actual corporate structure. Many corporations have ethically dodgy structures and internal policies to maximize financial gains, minimize tax, and have unclear leaders and sources of wealth.

24. How much times and effort does your business need in order to release put their products on the legal market?
Pass health and safety standards, and done. Other violations are generally investigated after the products are already in the market.

25. How many land does your government own?
All of it. They are leased to businesses for a fixed amount of time and must be renewed afterwards.

26. How many profession are controled by licensing bodies in your nation?
Most of them.

27 Does your government impose minimum or maximum prices on products?
No.

28. How much regulation does business in your nation must submit, in order to conduct every day affairs?
Follow aforementioned rules, as well as workplace safety tests and other bureaucratic processes. Most problems businesses face in Glakta are actually related to disloyal competition from business oligarchies and monopolies, which engage in unfair price wars, economic dependence, industrial espionage and others.

29. How much does your government restrict the people's right to protest.
Similar to question 8, don't ask for a change in the overall political system. Else, protest is free as long as it is not violent and does not block the free movement of people and products.

30. Are people in your nation forced to respect the law?
Yes, or else.

Anarcho-Capitalist Strahconians

The Evil One Oppose the non-aggression principle, but he support the people's right to defend themselves with guns.
If someone does not want to get attacked, they just have to bring their guns and defends themselves. This is the opinion of the Evil One. Who Proudly claim to be the most evil person of earth and deny to have formed any type of government in Marnady.

As you probably. the Evil One claim to be True Real Libertarian and believe other libertarians are just communists who call themselves libertarian. Its not me, but my characters who rate your nations.

Catholic Libertarian. Gov't has no authority, all authority is from God. God grants us free will, gov't should not infringe upon it. Legislating morality is wrong. Only exception is protecting rights to life, liberty, and property. Abortion is killing an infant, one of the few things gov't should prevent. Pro-Trump, he's been an effective weapon against real enemies of freedom: The Left, but I wish he were more for free trade, more against deficits. Unrestrained capitalism is a great thing; it does wonders for standards of living of everyone, especially the poor.

1 is your nation healthcare private ?

3 How much your nation taxes their citizen ?

1. Healthcare is administrated entirely by Imperial Authority. Military and Religious support is used in times of distress. So no.
2. All education is administrated by the three educational Administrations (Military, Religious, and Production). So no.
3. Any and all "property" of the civilian belongs to the Immortal Emperor, and anything a civilian "owns" is merely on lease until Imperial Authority deems fit to utilize. Taxes are nonexistent due to this.
4. Drug usage is encouraged only for members of the Church, for any usage allows closer connection to the Scorched God. Non church members using drugs risk mutation into scorch beasts and following death by incineration. So non church usage is prohibited for the sake of reducing risk.
5. Imperial Administration could not care less about marriage, and only views individuals. Any "marriages" are only recorded by the Church, and by private/personal groups.
6. The Imperial Administration does not regulate discrimination, however personal disputes are handled with law enforcement. Law enforcement is instructed (At the threat of imprisonment/Death) to maintain legal neutrality in disputes at all cost.
7. Yes and no, all production and occupation zone jobs are required to provide workers with adequate income to support an Imperial designated "household" of 8 children produced minimum. Any work taking place outside designated occupation and production work is not protected by Imperial Law.
8. Any language deemed harmful to the well-being of the Empire, The Emperor (Blessed be he.), The Church of the Scorched God, Imperial Subjects, and the Unstoppable Armada is to be punished immediately. Reeducation, imprisonment, and death being the only punishments.
9. All civilians are instructed to be willing to take up arms in the name of the Emperor. So yes, right to bear arms is encouraged. (Any usage of weapons against the state is deemed extremely foolish as it would be minuscule force against the Imperial Military.)
10. No, only the Emperor is of high enough birth to be considered important. Anyone stating they are powerful by divine right or blood is to be given the death penalty on the spot.
11. Internet?
12. Like marriage, Imperial Authority does not care. However individuals that apply as "Families" for the benefits must produce 8 Children within 5 years. Or they suffer fines, imprisonment, and Familial restructuring.
13. There are no corporations.
14. We don't import from other countries.
15. Civilians are directed to open positions in occupational or production based work. Based upon interest and review scores of previous work. Qualified individuals are REQUIRED to be hired in order to ensure no efficiency loss for the Imperial Economy.
16. Again, there are no companies.
17. This question was asked already, we do not know why you allowed such a redundancy to slip past editorial.
18. The "most unfortunate" in the country are given ample choice to give service to the military or church if no other occupation or production workplace has deemed them viable. Employment with the military or church guarantees benefits and livable life quality.
19. Only one currency is recognized by national exchanges and industries. Any other "currency" is regarded as weightless drivel and is ignored. Exchanging other currency for Imperial is highly illegal and punishable by imprisonment.
20. Citizens are able to procure whatever "non-risk" products are available. However all products are property of the Emperor and may be seized at any time.
21. Any sacrifice is necessary for the well being of the Imperial Economy.
22. Any and all product available for civilians is tested and properly inspected for risk levels. Any sale of "risk" items is prohibited.
23. Due to there being no such thing as "private business", all information given is government information. Civilians can put their faith in the administration keeping their best interests in mind.
24. All production areas must pass risk inspections in order to make sure products are safe to spread on an Empire-Wide scale.
25. All land belongs to the Emperor, and All land is subject to usage by approved higher subjects of the Emperor.
26. All professions are Imperial Authority mandated. Non mandated professions do not have Imperial Authority protections.
27. Both based upon production shortcomings and surpluses.
28. Once again, there are no private businesses.
29. Protesting the Imperial Authority means the protesting party does not approve of the will of The Emperor. Which is extremely punishable.
30. All law is the will of The Emperor. Any violation of such is treason to varying degrees. So yes, all civilians MUST respect the law.

The Imperial International Outreach Initiative, a Bureau established by the Imperial Mandate of Foreign Affairs, has allowed respondents to add comments on this foreign informational request:
Note from Editorial: This entire foreign message was riddled with spelling and grammar mistakes. Quite befitting of so called "libertarians". No wonder why the Imperial Administration requires us to view documents on why such a pathetic ideology does not work.

This sounds like a pretty fun thing to do, since I know I don't have to take this too seriously. :) So here I go, I would like to say that I consider myself as someone who supports a combination of Bleeding-Heart Libertarianism (combines libertarianism with some welfare systems) and Geolibertarianism (combines libertarianism with Georgism). This makes me socially libertarian, but economically leaning moderate. Hopefully you personally (not the Evil One) still see me as at least fairly libertarian.

1 Is your nation's healthcare private?
- Yes, though there is a voucher system in place in the form of a very efficient Negative Income Tax (NIT). The NIT is efficient, because it helps to guarantee that every citizen can pay for their desired private healthcare provider without costing too much tax money from citizens. The way this system works, is that the less wealthy people are supported by this system until they can fully pay for health insurance themselves (the amount of NIT gradually decreases the more wealthy an individual is, until the NIT completely falls away).

2 Is your nation's education system private?
- Yes, though there is the same kind of efficient NIT system in place supporting the less wealthy.

3 How much does your nation tax its citizens?
- We believe that taxes such as corporate taxes, income taxes and property taxes (just to name some examples), are very inefficient and disruptive taxes, because they directly tax hard-earned wealth, goods, and capital and therefore disincentivize productive behavior in the economy. We therefore aim to only levy taxes as indirectly as possible and levy them as much as possible on UN-earned wealth, such as on unimproved land value, since nobody made the land. This is done in the form of a Land Value Tax (LVT). The LVT is objectively the best and most efficient kind of tax, because it does not generate any deadweight loss. The idea of the LVT comes from Georgist economics. Currently, we levy a 12.5% LVT. It is, however, very important to know this: land value taxation does NOT mean that the land is owned by the government. It is just a tax. Everybody still enjoys the inherent right to private property. We also levy VAT: 4% on essential goods (such as any products that are bought from grocery stores) and 12% for everything else. Lastly, we impose some Pigouvian taxes to eliminate negative externalities caused by polluting companies.
So in short: 12.5% LVT, 4% VAT for essential goods,12% VAT for other goods, and Pigouvian taxes for pollution. There are no other taxes.

Anarcho-Capitalist Strahconians : the Evil One Is more libertariam then you, unlike you, his libertarianism is true real.

New East Columbia : we like your nation : it score only 10 communist points, so it means the communist elements are quite minors.

Betelgeuse Alliance : The Evil One see your nation as a libertarian state with few communist elements. he really appreciate it.

All Spain : Way too communist, de hereby declare thee to be a communist traitorship.

Mandicoria : too restrictive, communist traitorship.

New Freedomstan : The Evil One can see a communist traitorship like this from miles away.

Salihal: this nation aint free, its another communist traitorship.

Ferlik : Way too restrictive on the social level make the Evil One doubt some economic scores. And scoring 20 communist points, we came to the conclusion that Ferlik is totally consummed by communist, hence this nation shall be recognized as a communist traitorship.

another job done. we have correctly, (or corruptly) identified 5 communists traitorship and found 2 libertarian state who are less libertarian then the Evil One, cause the Evil is real true, true real, and the other state are not true real, nor real true. We hope more applicants are shown the next day of work and We pray for Bernie Sanders defeats because we know Bernie Sanders is the communist betrayal himself.

12 how much does your government regulated sexual relation between consenting persons
-Surprisingly little, people can do quite a few things as long as they aren't (extremely) harmful, to exotic and strange, or outside the laws dividing the line between Homo Arcadian and Barbasterii relations and mixing.
