Statement on the Launch of the Carib Diplomatic Mission Program
To the nations of the world,
On behalf of Her Imperial Majesty Empress Ira of the Empire of Carib States, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is honoured to announce the launch of the Carib Diplomatic Mission Program.
The Carib Diplomatic Mission Program will not only allow nations around establish permanent missions within the Carib but also prepare the conditions for greater economic, political, and military cooperation with like-minded nations.

Carib Diplomatic Mission Program Information
The Carib Diplomatic Mission Program is governed by the Diplomatic Services Act 2020. The program is administered by an Excitive Director appointed by the Prime Minister of the Carib States. As outlined by the Diplomatic Services Act, the all ambassadors are Imperial Court, thus directly answer to the Empress.
Part 1: Embassy Building
A. Embassies and permanent missions shall not exceed 6 stories in height
B. Embassies and permanent missions security walls must not exceed 12 feet in height
C. Embassies and permanent missions shall not maintain basement facilities more than 2 stories deep
D. Embassies and permanent missions shall maintain 1 helipad
Part 2: Vehicles & Transportation
A. Embassies and permanent missions shall not maintain ownership military-grade vehicles
B. Embassies and permanent missions shall not maintain ownership of more than 7 civilian grade ground vehicles
C. Embassies and permanent missions shall not maintain ownership of more than 1 helicopter
D. Embassies and permanent missions shall not maintain ownership of more than 1 sea vessel
Part 3: Safety & Security
A. Embassies and permanent missions shall maintain perimeter protection from the Diplomatic Security Service
B. Embassies and permanent missions shall not be in ownership of nuclear or chemical weapons
C. Embassies and permanent mission shall not maintain automatic weaponry
D. Embassies and permanent missions shall declare all prohibited weaponry
Part 4. Personnel
A. Embassies and permanent missions shall maintain 1 primary diplomatic official, also known as an Ambassador
B. Embassies and permanent missions shall not maintain more than 5 diplomatic staff
C. Embassies and permanent missions shall not maintain more than 15 administrative staff
D. Embassies and permanent missions shall not maintain more than 5 security staff
E. Embassies and permanent missions shall may hire local citizen in positions deemed appropriate
