The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reviewed the embassy application form the Parliamentary Republic of Kartago and is happy to inform it has been accepted. Preparations are already being made to receive the newly appointed Ambassador of Nova Kartago in Montevento, Mr. Fabianus Diogenes, his wife Artemisia Iulia and all his diplomatic staff. We hope this will be the beginning of a fruitful relationship between our countries.

A space has been cleared at Via Santa María 24, San Giovanni, Province of Costa Grande for the installation of the new Embassy of Nova Kartago. Placed in this sector of the Santa María street there is an emblematic building that used to host several other embassies of former nations that had established relations with Montevento, before felling into disuse for many years. The building has been completely renovated and given an unique style, combining characteristics of the original architecture of the building with modern aspects, making it without a doubt one of the most striking embassies on the avenue.

We are looking forward to hearing from you again regarding future diplomatic endeavours, hoping to pursue a stronger and more lasting relationship that is mutually beneficial to our nations.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reviewed the embassy application form from The Kingdom of Madrinet and is happy to inform it has been accepted. Preparations are already being made to receive the newly appointed Ambassador of Madrinet in Montevento, Mr. Gironimo de Toledo, his wife Lisabetta de Toledo and all his diplomatic staff. We hope this will be the beginning of a fruitful relationship between our countries.

Due to Mrs de Toledo recent heart attack, the Ministry has arranged for her inscription in the INSP (Istituto Nazionale di Sanità Pubblica - National Institute of Public Health). His Excellency Gironimo de Toledo has also been added to the membership list of the INSP. All needed medications will be provided by the INSP free of charge for both diplomats, as well as providing any necessary medical help while staying in Montevento. Please note that both are free to register to any private healthcare service functioning in Montevento if they wish to, without loosing the protection of the INSP.

Regarding Mr Blanchet Maitre, we are afraid we do not usually guarantee those kinds of immunities or privileges to privately employed people of foreign ambassadors in Montevento. However, we are willing to make an exception in this particular case as a gesture of our goodwill and cooperation with Madrinet.

We also wish to inform you that your delegation has received special permission to bring alcohol and cigarettes to Montevento. Please keep in mind that all alcohol must be declared to our Customs Office before entering the nation and that the selling and distribution of alcohol is forbidden in Montevento, so we urge your delegation to not bring any outside of the limits of your embassy. Regarding cigarettes, similar restrictions exist.

Montevento is a secular state, so there are no public chapels available in the nation, as they are all controlled and administrated by private religious organisations independent from the government. All negotiations involving religion should be performed between the Madrinetan legation and said organisations directly. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reviewed the embassy application form from The Most Serene Republic of Middle Barael and is happy to inform it has been accepted. Preparations are already being made to receive the newly appointed Ambassador of Middle Barael in Montevento, Mrs. Aiama Adriatica del Bellamonte, her two children and her partner, and all her diplomatic staff. We hope this will be the beginning of a fruitful relationship between our countries.

Due to Mrs del Bellamonte's asthma and diabetic ketoacidosis, the Ministry has arranged for her inscription in the INSP (Istituto Nazionale di Sanità Pubblica - National Institute of Public Health). Her two children, and her partner have also been added to the membership list of the INSP. All needed medications will be provided by the INSP free of charge for Mrs del Bellamonte and for her family, as well as providing any necessary medical help while staying in Montevento. Please note that they are free to register to any private healthcare service functioning in Montevento if they wish to, without loosing the protection of the INSP.

We also wish to inform you that your delegation has received special permission to bring alcohol to Montevento. Please keep in mind that all alcohol must be declared to our Customs Office before entering the nation and that the selling and distribution of alcohol is forbidden in Montevento, so we urge your delegation to not bring any outside of the limits of your embassy.
