The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reviewed the embassy application form of the National
Republic of Thermodolia and is happy to inform it has been
accepted. . Preparations are already being made to receive the newly appointed Ambassador of the National Republic of Thermodolia in Montevento,
Ms. Maria Gimailli, her husband Harn Gimailli, her son Luca Gimailli and all her diplomatic staff. We hope this will be the beginning of a fruitful relationship between our countries.
We are also honoured to inform your delegation that your request to establish a Consulate in the city of Ferona has been also
accepted. The officials from the city of Ferona have been also informed of the imminent arrival of Consul
Mark Hæns and all security dispositions have been approved and prepared.
Due to Mrs Gimailli's diabetes, the Ministry has arranged for her inscription in the INSP (Istituto Nazionale di Sanità Pubblica - National Institute of Public Health). The Consul Mr. Hæns has also been added to the membership list of the INSP. All needed medications will be provided by the INSP free of charge for both diplomats, as well as providing any necessary medical help while staying in Montevento. Please note that both are free to register to any private healthcare service functioning in Montevento if they wish to without loosing the protection of the INSP.
We also wish to remind your delegation that in order to bring any animal inside the borders of Montevento, it must enter the country free of any symptoms or signs of infectious diseases, as well as with a valid health certificate issued by a competent authority in your country (or Montevento) in which it is clearly indicated that these animals are vaccinated against rabies (specifying the vaccination date, type, series and brand of the vaccine).
On a final note, we wish to inform you that your delegation has received special permission to bring alcohol to Montevento. Please keep in mind that all alcohol must be declared to our Customs Office before entering the nation and that the selling and distribution of alcohol is forbidden in Montevento, so we urge your delegation to not bring any outside of the limits of your embassy.
The Ministry is also glad to inform that the Most Serene Republic of Montevento is interested in establishing Trade, Travel, and extradition agreements as soon as possible. Diplomats should be arriving shortly to Thermodolia to discuss the details of the agreements with the corresponding authorities from your nation.
A space has been cleared at
Via Santa María 76, San Giovanni, Province of Costa Grande for the installation of the new Embassy of the
Thermodolia, while the consulate will be located at
Via del sole 32, Ferona, Province of Terra Nuova. As requested, Montevento will initiate all needed procedures to establish an embassy in
Thermodolia as soon as possible.
