The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reviewed the embassy application form from The Kovka Republic and is happy to inform it has been accepted. Preparations are already being made to receive the newly appointed Ambassador of Kovkastan in Montevento, Mrs. Lilit Seferian and all her diplomatic staff. We hope this will be the beginning of a fruitful relationship between our countries.

On a final note, we wish to inform you that your delegation has received special permission to bring alcohol to Montevento. Please keep in mind that all alcohol must be declared to our Customs Office before entering the nation and that the selling and distribution of alcohol is forbidden in Montevento, so we urge your delegation to not bring any outside of the limits of your embassy.

As is customary for ambassadors of Nagakawa, Mr Hirota and his family will be accompanied by a detail of four Imperial Guards sanctioned by the Emperor for the provision of protection and ceremonial duties for his public servants both at home and abroad.

Unlike the Secret Service, who remain with their VIP for the entire duration of their tour of duty, the Imperial Guards are customarily changed every four months. As such, the Emperor is willing to make arrangements with the Government of Montevento to facilitate the changing of Mr Hirota's detail of ceremonial Imperial Guards. Clearance applications for incoming details of Imperial Guards will be submitted to the Government of Montevento 30 days in advance. Travel expenses for the incoming and outgoing Imperial Guards will be covered by the Imperial Household.

Other relevant information:
The ruling coalition in Nagakawa's parliament is currently undergoing a process of leadership change, with a new Prime Minister and cabinet expected to be elected and to take office by January 2021. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reviewed the embassy application form from the Republic of Shtet and is happy to inform it has been accepted. Preparations are already being made to receive the newly appointed Ambassador of Shtet in Montevento, Mr. Mikhail Stiebel, his wife Abigail Stiebel and all his diplomatic staff. We hope this will be the beginning of a fruitful relationship between our countries.

The request of your delegation to bring three bottles of Shtetan wine has been accepted, however, please keep in mind that it is prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages into the territories of Montevento, while its commercialisation is also not allowed. Alcohol consumption in our Republic is, although not forbidden by law, highly discouraged. As a result of this, we kindly request that any alcohol brought to Montevento by Shtetan diplomats is kept inside the Shtetan embassy or the diplomatic staff's private residences. Please keep in mind that all alcohol must be declared to our Customs Office if your embassy wishes to bring more in the future.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reviewed the embassy application form from the Islamic State of Libonesia and is happy to inform it has been partially accepted. Preparations are already being made to receive the newly appointed Ambassador of Libonesia in Montevento, Mr. Muhamidin Alunda, his family and all his diplomatic staff. We hope this will be the beginning of a fruitful relationship between our countries.

Upon studying your embassy request, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has found some inconsistencies with the current regulations in place for the approval of embassies and other diplomatic missions in Montevento. In particular, the number of vehicles requested by your embassy (13 in total: 5 Sedans, 5 SUV's and 3 Vans) exceeds the maximum allowed (10). As this is only a minor irregularity, Libonesia will be allowed to proceed with the installation of its embassy, however, we request that the number of vehicles is corrected as soon as possible.

Regarding your request to build a mosque within the premises of your embassy, we inform you that each delegation is free to build any type of construction, as long as it is not intended to alter the state of peace and stability of Montevento. Thus, Montevento has no objections about the construction of it, as long as all the costs of its construction are covered by the Libonesian embassy, as our nation is strictly secular and is, by law, not allowed to use its resources for religious causes.

We also wish to remind your delegation that in order to bring any animal inside the borders of Montevento, it must enter the country free of any symptoms or signs of infectious diseases, as well as with a valid health certificate issued by a competent authority in your country (or Montevento) in which it is clearly indicated that these animals are vaccinated against rabies (specifying the vaccination date, type, series and brand of the vaccine).

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reviewed the embassy application form from the Empire of Nagakawa (永河帝国) and is happy to inform it has been accepted. Preparations are already being made to receive the newly appointed Ambassador of Nagakawa in Montevento, Mr. Shinya Hirota, his wife Yuriko Hirota, his family and all his diplomatic staff. We hope this will be the beginning of a fruitful relationship between our countries.

Due to the ambassador's circulatory problems, the Ministry has arranged for his inscription in the INSP (Istituto Nazionale di Sanità Pubblica - National Institute of Public Health). His other family members have also been added to the membership list of the INSP. All needed medications and drugs will be provided by the INSP free of charge for the diplomat, as well as providing any necessary medical help while staying in Montevento. Please note that both him and his family are free to register to any private healthcare service functioning in Montevento if they wish to, without loosing the protection of the INSP.

Regarding the changing of Mr Hirota's detail of ceremonial Imperial Guards, in order to make this process easier and faster for both Montevento and Nagakawa, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has arranged to give its pre-approval for entrance to the country, as well as for the extension of the diplomatic benefits given to all foreigner diplomats, to all guards sent from Nagakawa. All information regarding the new Imperial Guards still has to be submitted to our Government, however, unless explicitly informed otherwise, the guards may begin their duties automatically.
