Raythiius Bom Valliucc Born Wednesday, November 16th 1977 at 2:24 PM in Polivak citystate, Cassaban city. Born to the parents, mother, Ansallas Ne Valliucc (Dassavont) Homemaker, and father, Kilkious Dec Valliucc Drudge to Pylidia. His basic grammar schooling was not taken seriously, and he became known as the class clown. During these years, he traveled to Pylidia with his father, where he would explore. Finding peace in the woods, he explored Pylidia frequently.
During one such visit, he fell into a Pylidian ant crust, a false mound above the underground hive. The ants swarmed him and paralyzed his body (non lethal), the event gave him the fascination for ants. around his entering into advanced schooling (high school), he became serious about school. His studies excelled, and he was given the Undergadge status upon completion of advanced schooling. While in advanced schooling, he fell in with some exuberant boys, and was arrested for juvenile shoplifting. This, while expunged, is still the only blemish on his record.
His Drudge Academy days were spent learning as much about abroad relations, world conflicts, and foreign policies. He spent one year with the United Nations Translations corps, where he learned seven languages. Those languages include: German, French, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Iranian, and, Moroccan Arabic. Upon attaining full Gadge status, he served two years with the U.N. peacekeeping forces. Now he has attained full Drudge status, he has been studding ambassador relations with nations, and foreign policies gained through negotiations.

In the name of the Gods and the Goddesses, most gracious, most merciful.

On behalf of His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Jayanagara VII of Majapahit, Divine Guardian of the Realm, as well as His Excellency Premier Sri Indra Thohir and his government, the Imperial Bureau of Foreign Affairs of the Empire of Majapahit presents its most sincere compliments to His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Adrean Blachkor and His Excellency, First Secretary William Raven of the Federal Empire of Astares Amauricanum. We would also like to thank you for having established a diplomatic mission in Majapahit, and we would sincerely like to reciprocate the gesture.

With our vested mandate, we hereby wish to apply for the establishment of a Majapahiti diplomatic mission, represented by an Embassy, in the Federal Empire of Astares Amauricanum. This decision is in accordance with His Imperial Majesty's foreign policy to instate and strengthen diplomatic ties with nations from around the world, regardless of political, economic, or cultural differences that we may have.

Should you accept our application, His Imperial Majesty shall appoint Mrs. Rasyania Siregar, a former legal attaché to Ireland, Gandoor, and Yohannes, as Majapahiti Ambassador to Astares Amauricanum. She shall perform her duties professionally and serve her Empire respectably as a representative of our Nation and People.
