These are data and statistics published by the Phoenician Independent Commission for Monitoring Parliament Elections and submitted to the judicial authorities. It stated that widespread fraud was practiced in polling stations and offices, for the benefit of candidates in the Communist union Party, by inflating voter numbers and manipulating the voting results by dolls nations.

That is why the General Council of the Judiciary (GCJ) and its judicial courts issued a ruling canceling the votes of the Communist union Party, attending its candidacy for the January 2020 elections, and presenting its leaders to a judicial trial.

Today, and with a significant worsening as a result of the last crisis, many of the citizenship rights enshrined in the Phoenician Constitution are not respected in Pheonisland: the right to decent employment, sufficient pensions, affordable housing , to quality and public health and education… At the same time, there are country challenges, which are also great opportunities to move forward, and which are still pending: a true ecological transition to curb climate change and lower the electricity bill, a revolution in the care economy that puts us at the forefront of North Pacifica, eradicating structural machismo and its violence, curbing depopulation in the emptied Pheonisland and reversing it ... As if this were not enough, the black clouds of a new economic crisis they appear on the horizon.

In the January 2020 elections, you have to choose where we are going from here. In the elections of January 2020, the path that Pheonisland will follow is branched off into two very different futures and it will be you who, with your vote, will decide which direction we take as a country.

In one of the two paths that separate, the former bipartisanship is strengthened supported by different satellite parties, the rights of people continue to be violated and the country's challenges remain pending. At the end of that road, when the new crisis arrives, the Government does exactly the same as CNP did in the last one: austerity, cuts and tightening the belt ..., but only for those below. Although they call it "crisis" and the majority of society suffers setbacks, the number of millionaires increases and the profits of large corporations grow.

In the other way that arises from January 2020, however, the plans of the powerful and the parties that work for them are not fulfilled. At the end of the second road, the phoenicians have recovered part of our rights, people's lives are a little safer and more stable, we are already working on the challenges and future opportunities that young people, women, pensioners and inhabitants of Pheonisland unpopulated they have put on the table top on the streets ... And, when the crisis comes, the Government only cuts above: raising taxes on banks, large fortunes and large corporations.

This communiqué is in representation of Equality & Transparency, an Eothasi association advocating for transparency in elections and is an active fighter for equal opportunity and defense of civil rights of peoples all over the world. As an association with these goals in mind, and hoping that we can participate in leading the world to a better place, it is of the opinion of our association that the subpar organization of the elections currently taking place in the Free Land of Pheonisland has led to scandalous, atrocious and absolutely unacceptable tampering of the democratic right to vote of the country’s population.

In response to this tampering, it was the decision of the country’s council of the judiciary to withdraw the political parties desperately taking part in these abhorrent actions from contention in the country’s parliament, thus giving much more importance to the votes provided to the remaining five political parties. While Equality & Transparency supports this as a valid method to ensure the validity of the population’s political participation in advanced democracies, we cannot help but notice that such actions include the complete disregard of the voluminous — and, albeit in not all occasions, what is sure to be a considerable amount — of votes cast towards these parties that no longer are able to appropriately be taken into account for the final result of these elections. As such, Equality & Transparency condemns this lack of consideration and urges the political entities within the Free Land of Pheonisland that defend the democratic institution to seek out other paths with which they are able to more purely defend the civil rights of their citizens, even if such methods implied the completion and restoration of the electoral process without the parties indicated in the reports by the General Council of the Judiciary being permitted to partake in said elections.

Furthermore, Equality & Transparency would like to offer its solemn support to the Loyalty and Progress Party of Pheonisland, in the hopes that they may prosper and defend the civil, political and economic liberties of the citizens and residents of their fair country.
