Academic Ease or Academic Freeze?: Student Activist Elissa Mariel Cuseta Talks about Academic Freeze

Academic Freeze is a Cancellation of Formal Schooling for All Students in a Single Country, and this was Originated in the Philippines. It is Different than Class Suspensions or Academic Breaks, but Academic Freeze is a Prolonged Class Suspension until the End of the School Year. However, it is Criticized that Academic Freeze might cause Learning Loss, Inequalities, Exposure to Violence, Child Abuse, Child Labour and Teenage Pregnancy. However, it is still Discussed in Philippines and Fatimania Still even it is Almost Silenced since December 2020. Personally, I don't like Academic Freeze for Multiple Reasons.

Academic Freeze, one of the Controversial Ideas from Student Activists in the Philippines to Cancel the School Year 2020-2021 that has been Discussed in both Philippines and Fatimania. Since it is Different from Class Suspensions and Academic Breaks, Academic Freeze is a Cancellation of Formal Schooling or a School Year until the Situation has been Improved, including the Ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic which Ravaged International Countries, where Philippines has been Included. The Major Reasons for the Academic Freeze was not just Children do not have any Gadgets to Use for their Online Learning, and All Filipino Parents are not Capable of Teaching their Children at Home, and Also for the Sake of Filipino Students' Mental Health Status that would be Discussed in a Minute.

Student Activist Elissa Mariel Cuseta, who was also against the Academic Freeze explained to RTV Journalist Rosé Alleyné Canetté in RTV News Interview. She said that Academic Freeze was Used to Solve the Issues that Filipino Students and their Parents that Face during the Distance Learning Scheme of the Philippine School Year 2020-2021, where Left-wing Student Activists has Petitioned and Called for Academic Freeze (Later Academic Break) since June 2020, but the Movement has Begun around March where they Called for the Suspension of Online Classes during the First Stages of the Coronavirus Pandemic until the Academic Freeze has been Created by Student Activists in the Philippines.

It has been Criticized by Filipino Politicians, Most Filipino Parents and even Schools around the Philippines since it can Harm the Philippine Economy, the Mental Health of the Filipino Students and Among Others. Senator Win Gatchalian has Stated that Academic Freeze might Cause Learning Loss, Inequalities, Exposure to Violence, Child Abuse, Teenage Pregnancy and Child Labour that was been Observed since the Ebola Outbreak in Africa and Super Typhoon Yolanda in the Philippines, and Most Fatimanian Pediatricians opposed Academic Freeze, since not just those Problems might Shown, but it can be Become a Super-Spreader Event if the Age Restriction has been Lifted during the Academic Freeze. It is Also Criticized that Academic Freeze can Loose the Jobs of Teachers and other School Staff, as well The Closure of Schools and Increase on Filipino Students Leaving the Philippines to Other Countries like the United States to Continue their Education.

It is Allegedly made by the Communist Party of the Philippines and it's Armed Wing, the New People's Army to Overthrow the Duterte Administration by Occupying Public and Private Schools in the Whole Country and to Recruit Child Soldiers in Preparation for the "People's War", which CPP-NPA-NDF Denied those Allegations that the Fatimanian Radical Party and Others has Made, While The Nationalist Party has Blamed the Fatimanian Government for using the Academic Freeze in order to Promote the Education System of the Fatiman Federation as Part of the Propaganda encouraging Filipinos to Seek Asylum in Fatimania, but those Allegations might Face Away in Some Events. To Prevent the Students' Interest to Favouring the Academic Freeze, Fatimanian Social Democratic Youth League (LJSDF) has Published Propaganda in their Social Media Pages and Newspapers encouraging Fatimanian Students to Oppose the Academic Freeze by using the Hashtag #NoToAcademicFreeze in Social Media and to Protest against the Idea of Academic Freeze.

Student Activist Elissa Mariel Cuseta personally Opposed the Academic Freeze as it can Harm the Filipinos' Influence in the Education, which she Criticized Duterte for his Silence in the Issue of Academic Freeze. She Explained that the Issue is still being Discussed in Fatimania and the Philippines regarding Academic Freeze, but the only Differences of Academic Freeze and Class Suspensions, as well Academic Breaks, which she said that Academic Freeze is a Cancellation of Formal Schooling or the Current School Year until the Situation has been Improved, while Class Suspensions are Temporary according to the Situation or it is Caused an Declaration of a Holiday, and Academic Breaks are only Lasts from Weeks and Months depending if it is in the School's Order or it is the End of the Current School Year like the End of the Fatimanian School Year 2020-2021.

The Comparison between Academic Freeze, Class Suspensions and Academic Breaks are Clear Enough to Tell Fatimanians and Filipinos about the Academic Freeze and it's Differences to Class Suspensions and Academic Breaks, which Elissa Hoped that every People in Philippines should Oppose the Proposals of Academic Freeze, even for the Fatimanians. But she wanted the Philippine President, Rodrigo Duterte to Reject the Academic Freeze it this would be Resurfaced, even for the Fatimanian President Jeannie Daza when it is Happen in the Fatiman Federation. "Academic Freeze is Bad, Staying and Learning at home is Good, but Returning the Face-to-face Classes in Filipino Schools is Better", Student Activist Elissa Mariel Cuseta said during the Interview.

We would Engage a New Major Mission to our Researchers of the Fatimanian Research Institute for Exploration of the Sea (FaRIES) to Research the Wreck of the Sunken Indonesian Torpedo Submarine, KRI Nanggala 402 in the Bali Sea. Since it is Impossible to Salvage the Ship, we would Retrieve any Small and Mediuim-Sized Debris from the Submarine and to Also Search for the Bodies. Again, this might not be Possible since all of the Bodies are sometimes turned into Skeleton since they are Spending Days or Weeks Underwater, or it could never be Identified. The Voyage might be Taken Weeks or Months, but we would Cooperate with the Fatimanian Navy and the Indonesian Navy to Gather More Information about the Incident and to Cooperate in the Recovery Operations.

Another Challenge was the Distance between Fatimania and Indonesia, which they Required many Stop Overs in the Honasan Archipelago, Japan, Taiwan, Philippines and then in Indonesia, which it could take more Time and also Fuel to Travel around the Asian Continent amid the Ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic.

VSR Oceaniqué and VSR Pacifiqué alongside with it's Submersible Equipment would be Deployed to the Bali Sea within 60 Days depending on the Duration of their International Trip, since FaRIES does not have any Bases in Indonesia or the Philippines to Research and Recover any Small and Medium-Sized Debris from the Sunken Submarine in the Bali Sea, even contacting the Fatimanian and Indonesian Navies to Cooperate with the Research, Exploration and Recovery Operation (RERO) in the Wreck of KRI Nanggala.

Fatimanian Navy Admiral Adrian Nolasco has Said that they would Cooperate with FaRIES and to Deploy their Modern Frigates and Corvettes to Escort VSR Oceaniqué and VSR Pacifiqué in their Journey Around the Pacific Ocean, but he would Contact the Japanese Navy, the Philippine Cost Guard and the Indonesian Navy to Allow them to Enter Fatimanian Navy and FaRIES Vessels in their Waters to Pass-by and even to Conduct Research and Recovery Operations in the Wreck of the Sunken Indonesian Submarine.

By 10:00 PM Fatimanian Standard Time, 2 FaRIES Research Vessels, 3 Fatimanian Navy Frigates and 3 Fatimanian Corvettes has been recently Left the Central Harbour in Indo City embarking for their Long Trip to the Indonesian Waters, but before they Left Fatimania, all of the Crew of the Research and Navy Vessels are Tested Negative from the Coronavirus before their Departure from Fatimania. Recently, Fatimanians are Talking about who was Invited in the Victory Day to Watch by May 1, which it is Heavily Discussed in Social Media and they Also Questioned when their Daughters might be in the Victory Day Parade. Indoesh National Police under Full Alert in Preparation for the Victory Day Parade in Zummanjaro, Polintan

The Indoesh National Police has Recently Announced that the Whole Metropolitan Police and other Neighbouring Police Departments in the Provinces of Meadow Fatimania, Canumay West (North Luisita), East Luisita-North Samara and Arstotzka would be in Full Red Alert as a Preparation for the Victory Day Parade from May 1 to May 13 2021 in the District (Barangay) of Zummanjaro at the City of Polintan.

In the Press Conference of the Indoesh National Police, General Carmelita Annaliza has Recently Announced that the Metropolitan Police Region and other Police Districts in the Neighbouring Provinces that Border the Metropolitan Fatimania would be in the Full Red Alert in Preparation for the Upcoming Victory Day Parade in the District (Barangay) of Zummanjaro in the Metropolitan Fatimanian City of Polintan. The Declaration of Full Red Alert was to Prevent any Terrorist Attacks or Obstructing Protests in the Path of the Military Parade in Zummanjaro at the City of Polintan.

President Jeannie Daza Declared Victory Day from May 1 to May 13 2021 as Special Non-Working Holiday in the Fatiman Federation

The Victory Day on May 1 to May 13 2021 will be Declared as a Special Non-Working Holiday in the Whole Country, which this Means Work and Summer Classes, as well for the Online Summer Classes would be Suspended amidst the Victory Day. We Should Salute our Veterans who Fight not just against the Japanese, but also Against the Germans and Helped American and Soviet Soldiers to Fight Against the Axis during the World War II. Glory to our Veterans!

Edeltian President Franciszek Adamczyk finally Arrived in Fatima City Melissa Lyons International Airport after 2 Hours in the Air from Atmos, Edeltia

It is very Welcoming in the Fatiman Federation since the Last time that I Visited Fatimania last Year, and it is nice to See Fatimania Again in 2021, because not just to visit my Family but also to Participate in the Victory Day Parade.

In 8:00 PM Fatimanian Standard time Earlier this Thursday, an Edeltian Presidential TU-204 Plans has been Landed in Fatima City Melissa Lyons International Airport, where Edeltian President Franciszek Adamczyk Departed from his Train and Saluted from the Military Band of the Fatimanian Army, which he was been Greeted by Prime Minister Alice Desnilla and Vice President Camille Crimieliyev in the Airport.

Before the Departure, Edeltian President Franciszek Adamczyk has Claimed that he was Fully Vaccinated and he Doesn't Needed to be Quarantined in the Fatiman Federation, since he Follows the Travel Guidelines from the Fatimanian Department of Health of Eastern Siberian Officials, and he also Announced that he was Tested Negative from the Coronavirus after 2 Tests in 14 Days, and he Also Encouraged Edeltians to Wear Masks and to Distance Away within 1 Meter, as well to Prevent Crowds when he was Still in Edeltia.

He was also Greeted by his Older Brother, Nataniel Adamczyk, which they Discussed about What Happen to Edeltia.

Since 2019, Edeltian Franciszek Adamczyk's Children, Including Liliana, Krysztof, Aleksander and Mariela are Moved to the Fatiman Federation to Focus in their Mainstream Education at Miriam College and Ateneo de Indosejiku University at Miriam-Loyola-Pansol, Indo City. Franciszek said that he would Attend the Victory Day Parade alongside with her Older Daughter, Liliana and his Husband, Weronika.

President Jeannie Daza Urges Indian Prime Minister Narendra Jodi to stop Deporting Burmese Political Refugees from Myanmar amid Political Protests against the Burmese Military Junta

We Encourage Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to stop Deporting Burmese Political Refugees back to Myanmar due to Ongoing Conflict between the Anti-Junta Protestors and the Burmese Military Junta. They don't want War there, because if India doesn't Accept Burmese Political Refugees, we would Accept them in the Fatiman Federation but Travelling to Fatimania is not Easiest for them, since it's Pandemic, and Travelling makes it Impossible due to COVID-19 Texting Requirements. We can Vaccinate them on the spot at our Airports but we need to Test them while they are in Myanmar.

Just One Day before the Victory Day, the President of the Fatiman Federation, Jeannie Daza has Recently Called the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi to stop Deporting Burmese Political Refugees back to Myanmar under the Military Junta after the February Coup, where Former Leader Aung San Suu Kyi has been Deposed from her Position and Replaced by General Min Aung Hlaing's Cabinet. "If they wanted to Contain the Spread of COVID-19, they need to Test all of them", President Jeannie Daza said if India doesn't want to Spread the COVID-19 from Burmese Political Refugees.

She said that during the Presidential Meeting at the Presidential Palace in Fatima City for the Preparations for the Victory Day Parade in Zummanjaro, Polintan by Tomorrow, May 1, this Saturday. It is the Response to India's Prohibition of Burmese Political Refugees from Entering the Indian Premises, which she wanted that Burmese Political Refugees live in Peace and not in War, since Myanmar is under a Military Junta after the February Coup. "I do not like them to put in a War Zone, I like them to stay in a Peaceful Lands", President Jeannie Daza Said about those Tactics by the Indian Authorities against Burmese Political Refugees in India near the Burmese Border.

She Encouraged Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Stop Deporting Burmese Political Refugees and To Test them for Coronavirus to Claim that they are not Positive from the Virus. "Testing is the Way to Detect COVID-19 in Political Refugees, even for us who are Coming to the Fatiman Federation in Order to Live here Peacefully", President Jeannie Daza said about Political Refugees, including both from Myanmar and Some Middle East Countries like Yemen, Syria or Iraq.

Meanwhile, she Condemned the Burmese Air strikes on Karen Villages in the Karen State, even near the Thai Border, which she Also Encouraged Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha to stop Deporting Karen Refugees back to Myanmar, Test them for Coronavirus and to Find them a Better Shelter for the Karen Refugees. "They wanted Peace also like what Burmese Political Refugees wanted when they are in India, same for Karen Refugees in Thailand", President Jeannie Daza Said about the Situation, which she Condemned earlier.

Press Freedom is a Human Right and it is Part of the Freedom of Speech, Most Counties Implement the Press Freedom, Mostly in a Proper Way, Sometimes that the Implementation was Flawed or in Some Cases, Neglected or Severely Restrict the Press Freedom in a Country, like in North Korea, China or Iran. Education Minister Catherine DeLasscher announced the Digitization of Face-to-face Classes with Windows Tablets as a Replacement to Linux-Based Tablets and Old Books for the Upcoming School Year 2021-2022

Since we don't want Kids and Teens to Carry a Heavy Bag of Books and some School Supplies to the School, I think we need to Revolutionize our Face-to-face Classes by Replacing Textbooks and Linux-Based Tablets with a Tablet/Laptop Hybrid that was Powered by Windows 10. However, I think we need to Test this for Middle and High School Students, as well for the College Students to Try this out, unless we could give Elementary Students a iPad for their Learning Needs.

As the Fatimanian Government has been Regulating the Consumer Market but we are making it free, however, Anti-Consumerism always Ravaging not just our Economy but our Consumers who just wanted to Buy Consumer Goods and Electronics. The Fatimanian Trade Industry and Business Regulations Department (FTIBRD) has been Regulating the Consumer market, but we Believe Anti-Consumerism is a Biggest Problem in the Consumer Electronics Market, even for the Video Games that I never Mentioned. The only Was to Solve this Problem is to Urge our World Leaders to do Something, not just they State at Consumers who Protested against a Company that they Support for, but to Take Action and Find any Company who was Behind of this. However, my Daughter, Cassandra might Expect Blurry Vision after the Surgery and even Discomfort that she might Feel in her Eyes, so her Pediatric Ophthalmologist would Recommend her to Return into her Normal Eye Examination after 4 Days. She was still Recommended to wear Eyeglasses to Prevent Dust and Dirt to Harm her Eyes until her Eyes has been Recovered.

Fatimanian Activists Protested Canada's C-10 Proposed Amendment that could Quell the Freedom of Speech of Canadians

We cannot Support the this Law Since it was Incompatible with the Freedom of Speech and this Amendment was to used to Suppress the Quebec Independence Movement and Trudeau's Critics so they can Remain Patriotic to the Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's Government. We would fight against this Amendment until it's too Late for us to stop this Amendment!

The Majority of Fatimanians has Recently Polled in Social Media, which they Recently Opposed Canada's Proposed Amendment to their own Broadcasting Act, known as the C-10 Amendment, which it has been Criticized for Incompatibility with the Freedom of Speech of the Canadians that was Protected under their Constitution. While President Jeannie Daza has no Response to this Proposed Amendment Yet, Social Democrats and Student Activists Started to Protest this Proposed Law in the Canadian Embassy in Fatima City, as well The Canadian Consulate in Sainte Thérèse at the Province of Meadow Fatimania.

In Canada, An Act to amend the Broadcasting Act and to make related and consequential amendments to other Acts that would Amend the Canadian Broadcasting Act has been Proposed by Steven Guilbeault, the Minister of the Canadian Heritage. But, the Proposed Amendment been Criticized for Incompatibility with the Freedom of Speech that was Protected under the 1982 Canadian Constitution. Several Canadian Netizens was Fully Opposed to the Amendment, and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's Critics has been Claimed that the Proposed Amendment was the Way to Promote the Canadian Patriotism.

Meanwhile in Fatimania, Congressman Nathaniel Dela Cruz has Recently Announced his Opposition to the Proposed Canadian Bill C-10, which he Called the Canadian Ambassador to Fatimania, Richard Quinston to Ask Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to Oppose the Proposed Bill C-10, while others Congress Members and Senators in the Fatimanian Parliament Denounced and Condemned the Proposed Bill C-10 and Urged the Trudeau Government to Veto the Bill much as Possible.



In Miriam-Loyola-Pansol, Miriam College Students from the College Department has Recently Protested against the Canadian Proposed Bill C-10, which they Compared the Proposed Bill in the Canadian Parliament to the Philippines' Anti-Terrorism Law of 2020, which the Philippine Opposition has Feared that Anti-Terrorism Law might Create an Online Censorship against the Opposition Groups for Supporting the Ongoing Communist Rebellion in the Philippines that was Lead by Jose Maria Sison's Communist Party of the Philippines and it's Armed Wing, the New People's Army.

Students are Seeing Flying the Quebec Flag and the Canadian Flag as to Show the Support for the Quebec Independence Movement and the Canadian Opposition, which they called the Opposition Politicians and Pro-Independence Quebec Activists to Protest against the Proposed Canadian Bill C-10 and also the Anti-Terrorism Law in the Philippines, since both of those Laws in the Philippines might Interfere with the Freedom Speech and Expression.



In the Canadian Embassy at Fatima City, Ateneo College Students and Some Miriam College High School Students has Protested against the Proposed Canadian Bill C-10, which they show the Art of How the Proposed Bill C-10 Can Harm Canadians' Freedom of Speech, including Justin Trudeau's Portrait while he "Holding" the Sign with "F*ck the Quebec Independence Movement", and even a Art where Duterte and Trudeau are Sitting in a one Bench while holding their Books with the name of "C-10" and "Anti-Terrorism Law".

They Also burned the Effigy of Trudeau and Duterte while they Shout the Slogan, "Death to the Traitors and Dictators!" in English, Filipino and Fatimanian. They Also Sang some Filipino Activist Songs and even the French Song, "Do you Hear the People Sing?" that was Covered in Fatimanian and Filipino. The Protest has ran Smoothly without any Attacks from Far-Right Groups, but the Protest was itself Aggressive to the Proposed Bill.

It is Unknown when C-10 Proposed Bill in the Canadian Parliament would be Passed, or even Vetoed by the Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, which even the Future of Canadian's Freedom of Speech was very Uncertain and Unknown if this Amendment has been Passed and put into Force.

President Jeannie Daza has Urged the Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau to Veto the Bill Immediately and Prohibit any Parliament Member for Refile this Proposed Bill, or other Proposed Bills that was Very Similar to the C-10. If not, Canada might have it's Consequences for it's Internet Users, Netizens and even Typical Canadian Citizens, and it causes the Diplomatic Freeze between the Fatiman Federation and Canada unless the Amendment has been Junked in the Canadian Parliament.

C-10 is Sort of a Controversial Bill that could Amend the Canadian Broadcasting Act and to Add more Canadian Content in the Internet than Other Countries in the World when they have their own Internet Network. However, I do not think the Canadian Prime Minister could Veto C-10, but as I remember that the Queen of Canada, Elizabeth II could Veto it Somehow, even she was in the United Kingdom and not in Canada

"I do not Believe that a Prime Minister could Veto such of a Law if he could do this", Jones Said in the Interview.

"To Totally solve this Issue is to Make an Public Polling about this Proposed Bill before it was being Debated and Passed in the Canadian Parliament, and also they needed a Parliamentary Committee that could Review a Law to Look for any Provisions that could Threaten the Freedom of Speech of Canadians, or it could Interfere with Human Rights", Jones stated that Canada should Create their own Parliamentary Committee to Review Proposed Bills before being Debated and Passed in the Canadian Parliament, and also She Recommended the Canadian Government to make a Public Polling System to Tell the People of they are Satisfied with the Proposed Bill of not.

Congresswoman Mona Louise Catherine Jones finally Said that the Freedom of Speech of the Canadians could be Saved if Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has a Power to Veto a Law that could Interfere with the Freedom of Speech, or even Human Rights according to People's Opinions and Statements about the Proposed Bill that the Canadian Parliament has been Proposed from their Parliament Member. "There is an Hope for them", Jones said if the Canadian Freedom of Speech could be Saved from Obscurity.
