President Jeannie Daza Signs the 2020 Family Code, Ready to be Passed as Law in November

Since I don't want College Students Marry Each other without Their Parental or Judicial Permission, I Finally Signed the 2020 Family Code, Which it was Ready to be Passed on The Fatimanian Parliament in the First Quarter of November 2020, Which the 2020 Family Code will be his Implemented in November 20.

The President of the Fatiman Federstion, Jeannie Daza and the Prime Minister of Fatiman Federation, Alice Desnilla has Signed the 2020 Family Code in the Presidential Palace in Fatima City, where Cabinet Ministers welcomed the Signing of 2020 Family Code while President Jeannie Daza has Continued it's Meeting regarding in Belarus after the Signing of 2020 Family Code.

As Previously Reported, The New 2020 Family Code has Proposed by Fatima City 1st District Congresswoman Angelica Magsaysay, Canumay East 2nd District Congressman Nathaniel Dela Cruz and Polintan City 2nd District Congressman Nicolas Tejeros, Which they said that A true Happy Marriage without Parental or Judicial Consent is In the Older Age of 22, Which Couples can Now Marry even they are College Graduates.

However, Marriage with Parental Consent will Remain at 18, While Marriage with Judicial Consent still Remains at 16, With New Strict Guidelines that a Couple should Follow to Mary, Which Couples who are Still High School Students should be Rejected until they Learning at College, Which the New 2020 Family Code has said. But, Marriage with Judicial Consent has Strict for the Long Time, Which Requires the Attorney's Office would Question the School where they Learn if they are agreed that a Couples should be Married, As well to Sign the Special Power of Attorney to the Both Parents and Couples.

The New 2020 Family Code will Affect the Age to Marry without Parental or Judicial Consent from 20 to 21, While Marriage with Judicial Consent will have it's New Guidelines, Marriage with Parental Consent will not be Affected. The 2020 Family Code will be Fully Implement on December 15, Which this Gave the Opportunity for High School Newlyweds to Marry before the New Guidelines for Marriage with Judicial Consent will be Fully Implemented.

Since we can Get New Seats for the Secretariat and the Congress, I Will Announce that Fatimania will have it's Elections in 2021, Both the Parliament and the Local Government may be Involved in this Election, but Senators may not Allowed to Run in the Parliamentary Elections, Which the Senate hasn't Included in the Elections.

However, Election Commissioner Pinggoy Dela Cuseta has Recommended the President to Begin the Voter Registration by January 2021.

The President has Announced during the Evening Presidential Meeting, Which the Government has a Intention to Begin a Congressional, Secretariat and Local Elections (Provinces, Municipalities and Cities), Since the Last Election was Held in September 2019, While the Last Presidential Elections was in May 30 2020, During the Modified General Community Quarantine Period.

More than 17 new Seats of the Congress and 10 New Seats may be Appointed for Any Election Candidate who Elected in the Elections, While the Mayors, Congress Members, Governors, Councilors and Board Members may be Changed in June 30 2021. Dela Cruz Said that Academic Freeze is not just Cancels the Philippines School Year 2020-2021, but it may Harm the Economy Drastically. He Also said that Insulting or Using Far-Right References is not a Solution to end the Academic Freeze Movement, but it only Harm Student's Mental Status and Facing Discrimination, Depending if it is Racist or not.

Since So Many Congress Members suggested to Aid the Filipino Student and Teachers again since the Reopening of Distance Learning Classes in the Philippines, I Will Sign the Hill even if is Filed Yesterday. There is no Solution to End Academic Freeze,
but I need to sign this Bill.

Recently on the Televised Presidential Meeting, The President has Recently Signed the "Aid for Filipino Students and Teachers" Bill, or AFST Bill, Which Allows the Government and Other Third Party Foundations to Donate School Supplies and School Bags to the Filipino Schoolchildren, Students and Teachers without any Paying Fees for Shipping, just a 25% Tax from the Government in order to Pay all of the School Supplies and School Bags that a Foundation Purchased for Filipino Schoolchildren, Students and Teachers, While the Government of the Fatiman Federation can Donate School Supplies and School Bags free of charge, Which it Depends on the Fatimanian Red Cross Funds for Humanitarian Aid, and the Fatimanian International Education Aid Fund.

She said that Stopping a Movement of Academic Freeze Supports is Harder, Since there is no Law or Bill in the Philippines to ban Academic Freeze since there are no Philippine Congress Members of Senators filed an Bill to Ban Academic Freeze, even Filipino Students learn at Home while the Face-to-face Classes are being Suspended until a COVID-19 Vaccine has Found, Mostly due to Lack of Mass Testing Funds.

She also Denounced the Ongoing Far-Right Online Campaign against Academic Freeze in the Philippines, Which she Urged the Committee for State Security and Ministry of Internal Affairs to Address the Issue, Which CSÉ Cybercrime Division and MAI warns Netizens and Citizens to be Vigilant in Social Media during the Far-Right Campaign against Academic Freeze, Which Fatimanians Encouraged to Ignore the Social Media Posts Supporting Academic Freeze and Should be Discouraged to Join these Movements. Students, Parents rushed to Schools for Junior High Entrance Exams Results

Schools in Metropolitan Fatimania has been Crowded of Parents and Students Recently after the Department of Education Revealed the National Junior High School Entrance Exams Today, Which this is the Result of Crowding Inside Schools, Which Most Parents and Students are Excited to See their Exam Results in order to Fulfill their Junior High School Dreams and To Complete their Middle School Journey.

The Mostly Crowded School that has been Reported today was in Miriam College, Ateneo de Indosejiku, Saint Mary's College of Indo City, Saint Paul College of Polintan, Saint Paul University of Fatima City, Saint Catherine College, University of Royal Fatimania Middle School, Saint Pedro Poveda College and Siena College of Indo City. Which these are Mentioned in Facebook Posts made by Parents who those say that COVID-19 Already doesn't exist in Fatimania, but the world has.

Most Students and Parents has Mixed Reactions, Mostly Crying in Tears of Joy due to their Children being Passed the Exams, as well being Joyfully Cheering to their Children and Students who Passed the Exams. However, The Reactions has been Compared to Chinese Parents Reacting to Gaokao Results in China by Fatimanian Twitter Netizens.

Parents and Students can only Visit the School to Look for Junior High Entrance Exams Results until 6 PM Only, According to Department of Education and Other Schools that Announced the Schedule via Social Media Accounts.

It's up to Briones when it came to Student's Mental Health, We need a Assistance from Philippine Mental Health Association to Assist Filipino Students at Home needing Mental Assistance.

This Proposal may Harm the Philippine Economy and the Education System, So, We Encourage President Rodrigo Duterte to Reject this Proposal and Focus on Distance Learning Instead. There is No Choice to Stop them."

Bacarra has stated that Academic Freeze may only Harm the Philippine Economy and the Education System, Instead, The Philippine President should Reject the Proposal Instead and to Focus only on Distance Learning. Shutting Down the University of the Philippines is not a Solution to the Academic Freeze Problem, Bacarra Said. Also, Bacarra has only Criticized UP Geologist Mahar Lagmay for Talking about Class Suspensions without the Permission from the Department of Education, Because Parents may not let their Children Learn at August.

However, Bacarra has to Question his Professors in Ateneo in order to Talk about Accepting Filipino Students amid the Pandemic, as well if the Government Granted the Free Citizenship for Filipino Students who do not have any Choice to Learn in their Home Country amid the Pandemic. Because Students needed to be Tested for COVID-19 and Trained for Fatimanian School Subjects, There is One handicap for the New Filipino Students in the Fatiman Federation enrolling at Ateneo or at their Neighbour, Miriam College, Bacarra Said.

Former Miriam College President and Incumbent Education Minister Catherine DeLasscher has said that Since Miriam College is a School Exclusive for Young Girls and Women, New Filipino Students should be Informed which School that fits in their Requirements, as well if the School is Co-Educational or Exclusive. Since Philippines is our Ally, We cannot Take the Risk of Filipinos Lost their Homes and Being Killed during this Terrible Storm. Because Philippines is Prone to Typhoons, The Fatimanian Government would like to Donate Humanitarian Aid to the Philippines in Preparation for Two Typhoons, Rolly and Siony. This Includes 72,000 Therapeutic Foods for Severely Malnourished Children, 500,000 Water Purification Tablets, ORS Sachets, Canned Goods, Medicines, Instant Foods, Packs of Nutribun and 12,000 Sets of Clothing and 30 Million Estanas Funds to the Philippine Government.
