When her Birthday has Begun, Her Classmates from Siena College, Where she is Learning, and Her Siblings and Cousins Should wear Facemasks upon Joining the Birthday Party, and She Always remind her Classmates, Her Cousins and Siblings to Bring Hand Sanitizer. However, The Venue of the Birthday Party will be Remain Secret to the Public, But her Public Birthday Party will begin at Afternoon of September 20, Where it will be Held on House of Hope in Fatima City, The Major Childcare Facility in Fatima City.

"All School Canteens in All Public and Private Schools are Allowed to Reopen Starting September 14": Education Minister Catherine DeLasscher allows School Canteens in All Public and Private Schools to Reopen with Health Safety Protocols, But Mass Gatherings within the School Canteen and Classrooms Remained Prohibited

Since All Schools, Whatever Public or Private has Always sending me a Letter, Telling me about their School Canteens when what Date they should Reopen. I will Announce in this Day, September 13, All School Canteens in All Public and Private Schools are Allowed to Reopen Starting September 14, Monday, Which All Canteens in All Schools should Observe Social Distancing and Frequent Hand Washing to their Students, And as well For their Workers to Wear PPE to Serve food for Students. As many Questions from Students said "Are Mass Gatherings Allowed to Start of Continue?", Only Mass Gatherings that was Organized by their School and Other Parties like Birthday Parties are prohibited Until we Deemed that All classrooms are Allowed to fit the Mass Gathering Capacity.

In Addition to Social Distancing and Frequent Hand Washing, Disinfection after School Hours should be Compulsory inside School Canteens, this Includes Cleaning of Utensils, Tablets and Chairs, as well Air Fogging to Disinfect. The Easiest Way to Tell the Belarusian Authorities about our Repatriation of Fatimanians is their Saying that they will have an Holiday Break from September until January, but They will never Return to Belarus.

Every Teenager, or High School Student has Everything know about the World. But there is an One Exception, Belarus, Which Students from my School, Miriam College has Organizing Protests for their College Students. So, High School Students began to React because they know what's happening in the earth but Belarus is mostly Criticized because of Alexander Lukashenko's Dictatorship in Belarus, Because he Always won on Elections. Not just Daza said that Abduction of Female Activists was Worse than Comfort Women, But Prime Minister Alice Desnilla has Compared the Abduction of Female Activists in Belarus to Wartime Rape in the Bosnian War, Which 50,000 Bosnian Muslim Women are being Raped by the Army of the Republika Srpska Soldiers, But without the Abductions and No Plan has been Leaked by the Activists Yet in Belarus regarding the Abduction of Female Activists.

However, Daza has Waiting for the News that Regarding the Stories of Female Belarusian Activists who has been Detained by the Belarusian Authorities. Which it there is no Rape Involved, Then there is no Sexual Assault Involved, Daza Said.

After MFDA Chairman Chirag Singh-Gutierrez Ended his Term, President Jeannie Daza Appoints Edgar Villafuerte as the New MFDA Chairman

Since I Served the City of Polintan as the Mayor from 2007 to 2016, I was finally in the Government Office Again because President Daza has Appointed me as the Chairman of the Metropolitan Fatimania Development Authority, or MFDA. My goal is to Clean up the Metropolitan Fatimania with the Same Goals from the Metro Manila Road Clearing Operations in the Philippines.

Since the Former Administration has no Actions to Immitate Philippines' Road Clearing Operations in the National Capital Region.

Edgar Villafuerte has been a Mayor of the City of Polintan from 2007 to 2013, and then 2013 to 2016, Which he Become Popular in the City for Helping the Low-Income People in Polintan City to find a Better Jobs in the City by Setting up a Government Job Fair and to Prime People that They will have a Higher Salary, Costs 2,500 Estanas as the Minimum Wage for the City Employees of the City Hall.

However, He lost the Position as the City Mayor to Luis Tiangco in 2016, Which the Continued the Government with the Promises of Higher Minimum Wage for the Aspiring Employees of the City Hall in Polintan.

After being Lost in the Elections in 2016, He joined Several TEDx Lectures to teach Aspiring Mayors about his Strategy and Policies to Improve the Reputation of the City Government as well to Prevent Corruption and Poverty in their Cities that they aspired to be a Mayor in their City. Rather than TEDx Lectures, He also Joined the Buwan ng Wika at Miriam College in 2017 and Also in Saint Pedro Poveda College in 2018 then Saint Paul College of Polintan in 2019.

His Goals is to Clean the Whole Region, Including Road Clearing Operations and River Cleaning Operations as well to Inspect every Establishment for Proper Waste Disposal, and Also to Recruit Low Income People to Work in Metropolitan Fatimania Development Authority as Street Sweepers and Sometimes, Road Maintenance Workers with Proper Training, His Goals will Last until 2030.

This Prompts the Department of Education and the Department of Immigration to Offer Student View for Fatimanians who Completed and Passed their Tests, Which Education Minister Catherine DeLasscher said that Students must Take the Bi-National Cultural Review Test in their University of College. If they Pass, The Department of Immigration and The South Victorian Embassy in Fatima City will Give a Student who Passed their Tests an Student Visa to South Victoria.

However, Since Both Countries are the Members of the Union of Fatimanic Nations and Signatory of the Schripol Agreement (leading to the Creation of Schripol Pass), Students do not need a Visa to Enter the Country, But, Catherine DeLasscher said that Visa will Make sure that Fatimanian Students have the Correct Documents upon Enrolling to a School in South Victoria, Which it was the Requirement for a Foreign Student Learning in Eastern Siberia.

But, While Catherine DeLasscher has the Goals Providing Girls and Women a Better and Quality Education for Fatimanian Women and Girls, Lydia has the Same Goal, But Also Providing Co-Educational Quality Education for Boys and Girls in their Hacienda Dela Costa Campus. Not Just Quality Education, but Preventing the Same Controversy as their Affiliate in Philippines, Known also as Miriam College was in the Largest Controversy Regarding the Sexual Harassment inside of their School.

After Fatimania Terminates the Belarusian-Fatimanian Relations, President Jeannie Daza looks Forward to Improve Relations between Fatiman Federation and Ukraine

Since we lost our Relationship with Belarus after I Implement the Full Embargo until Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya become the President, We are Now Looking Forward to Improve Relations between the Fatiman Federation and Ukraine, Which it is also a post-Soviet State since 1991.

After 18 Years where Ukraine and the Fatiman Federation Normalized their Relations after the 1996 Fatiman Civil War, President Jeannie Daza has Prepared to Improve the Relations between Fatimania and the Post-Soviet State Ukraine, Which Fatimania has also Aiding the Ukrainian Soldiers fighting in Donbass and Also in Crimea. However, Fatimania has remained Neutral on Russia since 2014, Which the Russian Federation Annexed Crimea in that Year.

As Fatimania is a Developed Country, Fatimania has a Major Partners between Major Countries that Fatimania is Interested on, This Includes Philippines as their Ally, Ethnic Ancestor and Also Exports their Products from Their Country to Fatimania and Back, India as their Ally and Trading Partner on Medicines, Russia, Japan and France as their Military Trading Partner, United Kingdom and Germany as their Labour Partner, and Poland as their Trading Partner on Manufacturing of Rail Vehicles. However with Ukraine, there is no Signs of Major Exports, Which I oh Vodka has been Exported from Ukraine to Fatimania.

She Announced Improvement of Fatimania-Ukraine Relations after Having a Long-Distance Phone call from Volodymyr Zelensky, The Ukrainian President, Which they Talked about Possible Ways to Monitor the Situation in Belarus during the Protests. Daza said that Ukraine can Export Anything from Food and Drinks to Vehicles, not just Vodka, She said about the Future of Fatimanian-Ukrainian Relations.

Fatimanian Le Posté Stops Distribution of Letters and Parcels from Belarus and Back as a Response to the 2020 Belarusian Protests

Since the National Postal Service of Fatimania, the Le Posté has Feared that Belarus might Conduct Postal Censorship to Censor Propaganda by Mail from Fatimania, The Postal Service has Finally Announced that they will not Allow any Kind of Mail ranging from Letters to Parcels to be sent to Belarus as a Response to the Ongoing Opposition Protests against Alexander Lukashenko.

The Ban on Sending Mail to Belarus will Begin on September 23, Wednesday, Which the Fatimanian Department of Customs and Le Posté will Seize any Item that has a Address in Belarus, While the Postal Services in Fatimania has Continued to Distribute Mail from Fatimania to Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine and Other Eastern Europe and Central Asian Countries. However, There is no Response from Third-Party Parcel and Mail Services regarding the Belarus Mail Ban.

The National Postal Service of the Fatiman Federation has Waiting it's Approval from the President of the Fatiman Federation to Impose a Mail Ban to Belarus, Which it needs a Meeting from the Monitoring Task Force for the Republic of Belarus (MTFfRB) to Allow the Mail Ban to Belarus as a Measure to Support the Belarusian Dissidents.
