Will Fatimania Remain to Maintain Human Rights?

After the Passage of the International Criminal Protocol in General Assembly of the World Assembly, Debates from Human Rights Groups Increased, Citing the Resolution as a Violation of Human Rights as well Freedom of Speech, Will Fatimania ever Continue to Maintain the Human Rights or It will End up into Authoritarian Federation?

The International Criminal Protocol is a Resolution made by Tinfect to Solve Criminal Justice System Abuses, But, Human Rights Groups in Fatimania was Concerned about the Human Rights after the Resolution was Passed. Since Fatimania is Enacting Laws against Torture Preparated by the Fatimanians due to Taboos against People with Tattoos, Piercings and Hair Colouring. Which Tourists Coming to Fatimania are almost Empty due to Human Taboos.

However, Fatimania might Maintain it's Human Rights if President Jeannie Daza will not Make Controversial Laws like President Duterte Signed the Anti-Terrorism Bill. But Prime Minister Alice Desnilla hoped that President will respect the Human Rights of Fatimanian People. Which Desnilla made a Bill that Protects Human Rights and Freedom of Speech as well Personal Freedoms, Which it will Repeal the Freedom Protection Act of 2007. That means Fatiman Federation has a Right to Protect People from Human Rights Abuses and Violations.

However, Attorney Danillo Tuazon, Maria Susanna Delarmente's Attorney said that Saint Mary's College has Following the Proper Health Guidelines Starting from January 2020. And he Claimed that SMCIC hasn't Exploited the Subjects of the Sexual Reproductive Education as a Way to Abuse Students. But, Congresswoman Claudia Dela Cruz, Attorney in Fact of The Families Involved against SMCIC, Ruled out that According to Some Students, Some Teachers are Allowing them to Watch Pornography inside the Classroom, Which Prompts a Violation of Article 720, Or the Children's Protection against Obscenity Act of 1972 and Article 611, Or the Sexual Reproductive Education Act of 1968 which it has Guidelines for Teaches to Teach Teenagers aged from 12 to 16 about Sexual Reproductive System without Explicitly Explaining the Reality of Copulation, Instead, The Illustration of Copulation may be Explained Drawed by Sex Education Teachers from Fatiman Educational Material System or FEMS, Which it is the Formerly Government Owned Educational Books Published from 1968 to 1992 and Then Privatized in 1993.

President Jeannie Daza Orders Fatimanian Supreme Court and Department of Education to Give Students Protection against Abuse from their Teachers

Donec in studiosum scriptor or In Student's Protection should be Termed for Legal Protection of Students against Unfortunate Events like this in SMCIC. So, I Made a Decision to the Fatimanian Supreme Court and Department of Education to Use Donec in studiosum scriptor or In Student's Protection in these Cases. So, Students may File a Case against their Teacher who has Abused him/her Automatically within Reporting the Incident to the Guidance Counselor or School Management within 24 or 48 Hours and the School Management can Fire the Teacher who has Abused their Students and Sue Them.

- President Jeannie Daza

Meanwhile in the Round Table Meeting of the Presidents of the School under the Membership from AFPS, The Association of Fatimanian Private Schools and the President of the Fatiman Federation, Jeannie Daza, Daza Suggested that Students should file Donec in studiosum scriptor (In Student's Protection) in case of a Incident of Abuse inside Schools, Like the Incident of Alleged Sexual Abuse inside Saint Mary's College of Indo City in Saint-Mary's.

Donec in studiosum scriptor, or In Student's Protection is a Legal Term used in Fatimania and Dilimania as to Protect Students from Abuse and Discrimination which It can be Automatically Filed when the School Management Fired some of their Teachers who had Abused their Students and File a Case against Them. It was used from 1967 until 2006, Which It was Removed in favour of Student's Protection Act of 2006, Which Lasted for 4 Years and Replaced by Some Laws conceded in Academic, Education and Protection of Students.

However, Supreme Court Chief Justice Bernando Calumpang said that Donec in studiosum scriptor could be Revived again by Making a New Law, Which he said that Student Protection Bill has a Power to Revive the Term as the 2nd Draft has Revealed to the Fatimanian Parliament. He Also Said that Donec in studiosum scriptor can also Cover Cases of Rape and Sexual Harassment somehow.

The Senate has now Reviewing the Second Draft of the Student Protection Bill, Which it is included the Donec in studiosum scriptor Legal Term. However, Testis erit studiosum scriptor (Student's Witness) term was Also Added in the Bill which Students has a Opportunity to Have a Testimony regarding his/her Witness of the Incident. Meanwhile, The Third Trial of the Department of Education vs. Saint Mary's College of Indo City President Maria Susanna Delarmente Has ongoing and to be Last for 4 Hours, Which All of the Complainants are now All Students who has Filed a Case against their Teachers.
