I have one Only Important Message to all of the parents, To Only Make your Children aware from COVID-19 is to Tell them about the Novel Coronavirus. Resides this Campaign to Make more Students aware of Novel Coronavirus, I Recommend Teachers to Tell Kindergarten or Elementary Students about Novel Coronavirus. This is New Normal Looks like in Fatimania when it comes to Coronavirus Pandemic.

What is Student Repatriation Bill?

As of June 21 2020, Student Activists received a lot of Petitioners to Petition the Fatiman Government to Evacuate Philippine Students away from Philippines, As well giving them Free Scholarship and Allowance. But, Fatiman Government rejected the Petition as a Greater Risk to the Nation during the Pandemic.

But, What is Student Repatriation Bill is? Student Repatriation Bill of Bill (Provisional Law) no. 1225 is a Bill Created and Filed by Schripol City Congressman Otto Burgdorf to Hope Philippine Students educated outside of Philippines. Which the Advantages are; Philippine Students are Learning in a Country with a Good Education System, Perfectly Edited and Produced Textbooks, Free Scholarship and Free Allowances for Philippine Students. The Only Disadvantages are; Philippine Students aren't Fluent in Fatimanian, Indoesh, Ramseyian, Rasmussenian and other Regional Languages which Makes them Stressed about Learning and No COVID-19 Mass Testing for Philippine from that will Cause an Large Catastrophe, It is just only to Prevent them having a Tantrum when they are nasopharyngeal or throat tests.

Most of the Politicians Rejected the Student Repatriation Bill due Highest risk of Students may Bring Novel Coronavirus to Fatimania and Also Breaches UFN's Immigration Protocols during the Pandemic. But Student Activists wanted to Show Support for the Bill by Protesting in their Schools to Represent the Youth Against Duterte. But, Philippine Students may Leave Philippines to Fatimania if they are Filed for "Blue Ribbon", A Term for a asylum Application and Immigration Officers on a Immigrant who wanted to Migrate in Fatimania and became a Permanent Fatimanian Citizen. However, Fatiman Immigration Secretary Stefan Guiguinto said that there will be no Mass Evacuation of Philippine Students unless there is an Approval from President Rodrigo Duterte. Most of the Political Exprts told Politicians that Duterte might Heavily Disagree and Embargo on Fatimania if they are Doing a Mass Evacuation of their Underage Citizens to Fatimania to Continue their Education, Most Likely Similar to Ferdinand Marcos' Cease and Desist Order against Former UFSR Leader Melissa Lantana Evangelista in 1972 to Withdrawal of Mass Evacuation of Philippine Citizens and Fatimanians from Philippines.

The Fatiman New Leftist Opposition, Including the Red Path, The New Communist Party of Fatimania and National Marxist Front blamed Duterte for "Destroying Student's Access to Education" by "Waiting for a Vaccine that can Ruin Children's Health". Even GCQ Guidelines in the Philippines are Criticized for Including the Youth as a Group that not Allowed to Leave their Homes to Attack Students as a Defense against Communist Rebels. But, The Fatiman Far-Left/Social Democratic Parties are Mildly Criticized about Duterte's Handling on Education during the Pandemic, Because Vaccine is not a "Requirement" to stop the Spread of COVID-19. Centrist Parties like Edinaya Fatimana and Democratic Party of Fatimania commended Duterte's Action to Delay School Reopenings.

Education is very Important but Health Safety is our Priority during the Pandemic. But, Fatimania is Struggling to Educate People to Make Money as a GDP Source. Otherwise, Educational System may be Improved if President Jeannie Was now a Leader.

"Just Open the Borders for Philippine Students not Mass Evacuation": Alice Desnilla Contradicts Student Repatriation Bill

Just Open the Border for Philippine Students, I hope they Came but no Mass Evacuation of Students, Because I don't Want our Children to be Infected with the Virus.

- Senator Alice Desnilla

Senator Alice Desnilla told Fatiman Federation President Valentina Manalaysay to Open Fatimania's Border for Philippine Students who needed to Continue their Education. This was Resulted after the Rejection of Student Repatriation Bill as a Attempt to Evacuate Philippine Students.

As Senator Alice Desnilla said that Fatimania's Borders shall be Reopened, She added that Students can Apply for Both Blue Ribbon Status and Yellow Book Status from the Fatiman Embassy in Quezon City, Alice Explained that Yellow Book Status means that they are Student Refugees who was Entered to be an Permanent Citizen under Article 2001, The Immigration Act of 2008.

But, Scholarship and Free Allowances is Students' Option if they are Filed for Chapter 20 of Student Migration Act of 2010. She Hoped that Philippine Students come to Fatimania to Learn on their Country in a Happiest Way, "Education is a Happy Place for Children and Teenagers" .

The Fatiman Weasel Fever Virus Outbreak of 2020, Which Results into Ultimate Disruption after Fatiman Federation done an COVID-19 Mass Testing as Only 2 Recoveries from COVID-19 was Recorded. Today, Most of the Private Bus Operators are now Reducing their Trips, which Jeepneys was still in Operation but in a Limited Passenger Capacity, Because Fuel Price was Increased by 5% as of June 21 2020, Bus Companies needed to Increase Fares on City Buses as well Provincial Buses.

Not only the City Bus Industry was Affected by the Route Reduction from their Bus Companies but also Tourist Buses that Tours Tourists in a Tourist Spot like Mount Claro in East Samara and Mount Kosćiuszko in Province of Kolechia. Because Tourism Industry was Affected by the Pandemic, Tourist Visitors are Limited that Causes Bus Drivers and Tour Guides to be Jobless by June 20.

Because Bus Companies are Fearing that their Employees will be Jobless, Most of Bus Companies consulted to Department of Transportation and Department of Health to Discuss Social Distancing. Congressman Pavel Lorenzana suggested that Department of Transportation and Department of Health must Create new Memorandums that will help Jobless Bus Company Employees by Funding them.

Saint Mary's College of Indo City proposes Massive Handwashing Program for it's Students to Prevent COVID-19

To Prevent the Spread of the Novel Coronavirus, I Recommend Teachers to Teach Kindergarten and Grade School Students. As High School Students has a Knowledge of Washing their Hands on the I Own, So, High School Students will be Lectured by their Teacher about the Novel Coronavirus and it's Disease, The 2019 Coronavirus Disease. I hope SMCIC will be Safe from the Pandemic.

- President Maria Susanna Delarmente, Saint Mary's College of Indo City

President Maria Susanna Delarmente, The President of St. Mary's College of Indo City Proposed a Massive Handwashing Program for their Students from Kindergarten and Grade School Departments. High School Department wasn't Included due to High School Student's has Washed their Hands Independently.

As Miriam College and Department of Education are now Making Media Materials to the Students about the COVID-19 and the Novel Coronavirus. But, Other Schools had Lacked a Extra Campaign for their Schools to Promote Awareness about COVID-19, Saint Mary's College of Indo City was the Second School and First Private Coed School to Promote Awareness about COVID-19.

As Other Countries closed their Schools Still, Fatimania will never be Stopped to Earn Money from Educational Sector as a GDP Source. But, Saint Mary's College has Recommended Parents and Their Students to bring Rubbing Alcohol or Hand Sanitizer (Alco-Gel) as they Recorded 2 Student Groups that was Positive for COVID-19, Notably Fatimania's First COVID-19 Cases.

Meanwhile, Delarmente said thay their Schools is open to The Issue of Allowing Student Refugees from Philippines, As their only Requirement was COVID-19 Test but Delarmente Criticised the Fatimanian Government for "Allowing the Fatiman Federal Department of Education and The Department of Immigration to Open it's Borders to Philippine Student Refugees to just Affect Fatimania on the Coronavirus Pandemic". But, Delarmente wanted to Educate Filipino Student Refugees as they are Away from their Homeland, Philippines.

As Delarmente hasn't Commented about Duterte's Used Phrase, "No Vaccine, No Classes", Teachers and Alumni Students are Concerned about the Issue.

Department of Transportation to Limit Rush Hour Capacity on Metro Stations

The Federal Department of Transportation (FDOT) mulls new Memorandum alongside with the Suburban Transportation Regulation Board (STRB) that Limits the Capacity of Passeners in Metro/Subway Stations as Social Distancing was Implemented in Every Place to Prevent and Eliminate COVID-19.

According to Transportation Spokesperson Enzo Matias, Social Distancing was keeping the Capacity of the Metro/ or Subway Passengers Low in a Metro Station, but Some Metro Subway System hasn't Controlled Social Distancing. So, The Transportation Department and the Suburban Transportation Regulation Board has to Make a New Memorandum to Limit the Capacity of the Metro Stations. But, Light Rail Systems and Trams are Exempted from the Memorandum unless it is Amended for Both Light Rail and Tram.

Before the Memorandum was in Effect, They need to Consult to the Public, Including Commuters to ask them if they are Against or Agreed on the Memorandum. Additional, Fatimania has still Recorded no COVID-19 Cases as of June 23.

Wood Exportation in Fatimania under Decline due to COVID-19 Pandemic

The Wood Exportation in Fatimania was on Decline as Cargo Ships Quaratined for 14 Days due to 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic. Which Causes 200 Lumber Workers of Imported Fatiman Wood Brands lost their Jobs, As Government seeks Further Action.

The Main Cause of the Decline was the 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic, Which Every Country has in Lockdown and Closed their Schools. Secondary was UFN's Quaratine Protocols and Third was Ongoing Low Level Philippine-Fatiman Split, or Duterte-Manalaysay Split of 2020 which it is impacted Trade and Labour for Overseas Filipino Workers, even for Filipino Students Learning in Fatimania.

But, The Unemployment Rate was Low due to Government's Social Security System, As Manalaysay Administration wanted to Create more Programs for Unemployed Workers to be Funded by 2021 before Jeannie Daza was now the Leader of Fatimania by June 30 2020.

As Fatiman Government hoped Lumber Workers to Work on Other Jobs, 67% Lumberjacks moved to Other Jobs to Prevent further Unemployment during the 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic.

Students from National Patriotic School was Invited by the Communist Party to Protest Duterte's Phrase, "No Vaccine, No Classes" at Tomas Morato Circle in Merrysville, But, Merrysville Residents Concerned of Security and Students from Saint Mary's College of Indo City may Join the Protest, as the main campus was near from Tomas Morato Circle.

According to the Party, Duterte must Reflect his Speech against the Reopening of Classes in August 24, which Students must know ahout the Potential Dangers of the Administration that rejected the Reopening of Classes.

The Protest might be Organised by Tomorrow, but The Protest has a Permission from the City Hall. As Some Merrysville Residents Concerned, Saint Mary's College of Indo City President Maria Susanna Delarmente Threatened it's High School and College Students that who Participated on the Protest might get Suspended from the School for 4 Weeks.

Duterte-Manalaysay Split might Spawn Racism against Filipinos in Northern Fatimania and Other Problems

As Tensions lightly Increased between President of Fatiman Federation, Valentina Manalaysay and President of the Philippine Islands, Rodrigo Duterte just 1 Week before Jeannie Daza will be Appointed as a President of Fatimania, Filipinos in the Fatimanian Provinces of Republia and Rasmussen Feared that they will be Discriminated just Because of their Country of Origin's President and Even Other Problems in Educational Industry and Even Labour of the Overseas Filipino Workers.

After Duterte Commend Former President Carlo del Monte's Resigination and Even Presidential Elections in 2019, Valentina Manalaysay was Won in the Elections, Which she've Restored Influence of Feminism and Returned to Social Democracy after Del Monte's Influence of Anti-Feminism and Capitalism. But in the Month of June, Tensions lightly Increased as Duterte Rejected the Reopening of Classes in August with the Phrase, "No Vaccine, No Classes" as Fatimania Reopened it's Schools as Early of June 15. Which a One Congressman proposed a Bill that Evacuates Filipino Students from Philippines to Fatimania with Free Scholarship and Livelihood Program for their Parents as well Freedom to Live as a Filipino-Fatimanian away from the Duterte Regime, Which Later Rejected by President Manalaysay and Causing many Disagreements from Politicians. Hoeever, UFN might Impose Sanctions and then Evacuate Filipino Students if Duterte failed to Reopen Classes by August 24, But not the Same Way as the Proposed Bill, Because "Operation E" Will conduct COVID-19 Testes for Filipino Students alongside with the Psychiratrists to Control Student's Behaviour during the Testing. As for the Sanctions, it will only Effect Importation of Educational Materials like Books and School Supplies as Sanctions was Imposed.

But, Concerns Spawned after Large Scale of Protests as Filipinos cited the Protests as "The Reds finally Reached Fatimania to only Oust Duterte". This Includes in Racism, Educational Sector and Labour of the Overseas Filipino Workers.

Filipinos Working and Living in Rasmussen and Republia was Worried of the Future Racist Attacks on them, As Protestors called the Government to Deport Filipinos from Fatimania. 2,500 Filipinos in Rasmusen and Republia called the Government for Further Protection of themselves against Foreign Discrimination.

Not Just Filipinos are Worried about Racism in Northern Fatimania, But Many Private Schools worried of Future Consequences when UFN Evacuated Filipino Students from Philippines to Fatimania as they Didn't Get Tests. A Teachers Union in Saint Mary's College of Indo City concerned about Duterte's "No Vaccine, No Classes" Policy and Even Increase of Influx of the Filipino Student Refugees, Which it is Violates College President Maria Suasanna Delarmente's Order in Enrollment of Filipino Students and UFN Protocols as "Some" Filipino Students doesn't Take COVID-19 Tests. Meanwhile, Miriam College and Ateneo de Indosejiku University will Not Accept Filipino Students without a COVID-19 Tests, as their Efforts to Combat COVID-19 before the Mass Handwashing Campaign. And, Siena College of Indo City will not Accept Filipino Students who Hasn't Taken a COVID-19 Test or Already Tested Negative from the Virus as to Prevent Further Infection from Foreign Filipino Students, But, SCIC Teacher's Union blamed President Dmitri Kamilliyov for this Statement against Filipino Students.

OFWs might be Concerned about their Labour in Fatimania, As Former OFWs in Kuwait and Other Middle East Countries are getting Maltreated from their Bosses. Which Fatimania is Tagalog-Speaking Country that Respects Filipinos and it has a Law to Protect Filipino Labourers and Even Fatimanian Workers from Abuse and Maltreatment.

Tensions might be Increased to Canada, United States and Russia. But, Political Experts said that Duterte-Manalaysay Split may be a Political Tensions between the Philippines and the Fatiman Federation Alongside it's Allies, Robloxia and Dilimania, But not Similar to Russo-American Tensions and Even the American-Persian Tensions.

Bobby Lazcano eyes Philippines' Reopening of Classes in August 24

UFN Secretary-General Robert "Bobby" Lazcano eyes Duterte's Reopening of Classes in August 24 or Duterte could Face Consequences if he Didn't Succeed in the Reopening of Classes, As President Valentina Manalaysay said that UFN must in Charge of Eyeing the Educational Situation in the Philippines and Preparing to Evacuate Philippine Students from Fatimania.

Lazcano said that Duterte shouldn't Reject the Reopening of Classes as he Reflected his Mistakes in the Reopening of Classes, But, if he Succeed, UFN-ESTO (Eastern Siberian Treaty Organization) and It's Fellow Departments will lift the "2-Team Plan" as Duterte Complied with UFN's Order. If Not, UFN-MLHE may Order ESTO to Evacuate All Students in Philippines to Fatimania, Robloxia and Diliman as well MLHE may Order UFN Ministry of Trade to Ban Educational Materials such as Books or School Supplies to be Declared, Sold or Traded.

"Our Country is now Facing a Educational Problem": How TPSD, FWFV, COVID-19 and Evacuation of Philippine Students became a Issue for School Staffs and Teachers?

How Fatimania Reached this Issue than Phili' K-12 System?

In January 24 2020, Experts Found that TPSD is now Affect People with Blood Type FA, Most Common Blood Type in Fatimania than the World. Which Department of Education, AÉCSO, CFPS, Department of Health, Fatimanian Mental Health Association and Raban Rouge created an Task Force Jointly to Tackle TPSD Cases. But in June 14, A Congressman created a Controversial Bill to Evacuate Students from Philippines after Duterte Announced that there will be no Classes unless COVID-19 Vaccine is Found. Which causes Many Politicians Disapproved the Bill and President Valentina Manalaysay Rejected the Bill to Prevent COVID-19 to be Spread in Fatimania if "This Bill was Discussed" .

The School Staffs and Teachers, even Students faced a New Issue since 2007-2019 is the Best Year for Schools to Educate. But 2020 makes the Educational Sector Disrupted as The Issue of Teenage Pregnancy, COVID-19, TPSD and Student Repatriation Bill Made the Sector Worse as of June 2020.

However, Senator Jeannie Daza and Alice Desnilla said that Education would be Better if There is no Disruption. As well to Preserve the Fatimanian Way to Learn Students. But, Daza told School Staffs, Teachers and Students that Issues should be Ignored and the Government will take Care of the Educational Issues. As Well to Help Philippine Students Educated in Fatimania away from Philippines.

"Rename Merrysville to Saint-Mary's": Senator Alice Desnilla proposes Senate Resolution to Rename Barangay Merrysville in Indo City to Saint-Mary's

To Preserve the Barangay's Old Glory on it's Name, I will Call for an Resolution after my Inauguration, or on Friday to Rename Barangay Merrysville on the 4th District of Indo City to Saint-Mary's, Named after the School, Saint Mary's College of Indo City and the Virgin Mary, Mother of Jesus.

- Senator Alice Desnilla on Senate Virtual Meeting

After SMCIC Student's Dislikes the Name of the Barangay, Merrysville for 20 Years, The Barangay has a Chance to Rename on it's Old Name, Saint-Mary's or in Fatimanian Language, Sainté-Marié. Which it is a Fatiman Name of Merrysville, Rather than Marysburg in Rasmussenian and Indoesh, Maríesburgh in Firestonian, Maryèsburgh in Linneschesterin and Sainté-Máry in Maryisian Language, Local Language of Indo City after Sienan Indoesh, Miriam Indoesh and Paulinian Indoesh.

Senator Alice Desnilla called for an Senate Resolution that Grants Merrysville Punong Barangay, or Barangay Chairman (Chaireé d'Barrion in Fatimanian) of Merrysville to Give that Power to Rename Barangay Merrysville of the Indo City 4th District into Saint-Mary's (Sainté-Marié in Fatimanian, Sainté-Máry in Maryisian), To Respect Ignacian Marians (Students of Saint Mary's College of Indo City) and the Mother of Jesus, Virgin Mary.

Since Firestonians are Having Dificulty to say Saint-Mary's in Firestonian Gaelic, it was Renamed to Merrysville, or Rather called also, Marysville in 2000. But, residents disliked the Name, Merrysville to making it not Related to Saint-Mary and the Nearby Cathedral, Saint Mary's Cathedral. Theories rumored that the former Barangay Chairman was Playing Earthbound, where the Name, Merrysville was Originated. But, Desnilla wanted to Respect the Catholic Church by Renaming Merrysville to Saint-Mary's.

The Resolution was Set to be in the Friday, Where Alice Desnilla was now a Prime Minister of Fatimania and Jeannie Was now a President of Fatimania.
