Vermonters would ultimately define ideal economic prosperity as:
The growth of an international marketplace in Vermont that was shaped by regulations that initiated innovation and a "cutting edge" to our industry, whilst using this prosperity to find new ways to ultimately provide services for the employees to ensure they actively can be supported to pursue jobs in said marketplace and give them equal opportunities to climb the ladder to success.
So, basically, a free market that is regulated domestically to shape modern innovation, with provisions for the employer to ensure the populace can be supported and have opportunities to get back up rather than falling to the deep dark abyss and have the government say "Well, it's your own damn fault. Learn from it."
