Most states in the good ol' US of A have some kind of revenge porn laws, which criminalize the dissemination of sexual imagery without the consent of the depicted parties. Recently, Illinois' law has come under fire, though the state's supreme court ruled that revenge porn is not constitutionally protected free speech. So, nations of the NS world, what are your nation's revenge porn laws?

In Belshekistan, non-consensual distribution of sexual imagery is governed under 3 separate clauses of the People's Convention on Sexual Crime.
The professional pornography clause dictates that in cases where sexual content is distributed in a fashion that parties other than the party depicted in the content draw financial gain, prior written consent by the depicted party is required. Texts, e-mails and other forms of electronic writing are not considered legally binding. Violating this clause results in the seizure of all assets and money gained by the accused party, as well as 10 years in prison.
The non-financial pornography clause dictates that in cases where sexual content is distributed in a fashion where no parties other than the depicted party, or no parties period, draw financial gain, some form of prior verifiable consent is required. Text messages and e-mails are considered valid here. Violating this clause results in a fine or asset seizure of not more than 1,000 rubles, or 1 year in jail.
The child protection clause dictates that under no circumstances may sexual content depicting individuals under the federal age of majority be distributed or possessed, with or without consent of the depicted parties. Violating this clause results in death by firing squad.

1) Digital cameras and video recorders do not exist. At best the footage will consist of a few still photos.
2) Television, radio and internet do not exist. There isn't even a postal service outside of cities. This greatly limits the ability to distribute revenge porn.
3) Sex is not taboo at all here. Even if made public, revenge porn would not create any sort of scandal. As effective as threatening to punish someone with cake.

And there you have it, why the practice of releasing steamy pics as a blackmail tool is nonexistent. And why we don't need a law for it.

In the present timeline, Ephyra has yet to enter the age of digitally accessible porn and an ease of image transfer.

Based solely off of the concept however it is unlikely the Freehold would introduce laws to counter either porn or so-called "revenge-porn". The greater the laws the more corrupt the republic, and the Freehold places a burden on its citizens to refrain from immoral practices through weight of communal censure and fear of social dishonour. Sexual practice is regulated to this end, and whilst prostitution (the closest we would have to pornography) is legal, and use of prostitutes by men permitted (by women, it is not), self-control and regulation of one's excesses are expected.

To that end if a citizen or other subject of the Freehold were to unclothe, take a photo of themselves either nude or in a sexually suggestive or provocative act, and deliver that photo digitally to a recipient, they are demonstrating immodesty. For men and women both this is undesirable behaviour, and were the recipient of the message to share it amongst friends, peers, and the community at large for whatever purpose, the resulting shaming of the object of the photo would be entirely justified as a warning to other young men but especially women to retain appropriate modesty.

Sex and sexuality is intimate. Women especially should only undress for a sexual purpose with the company of their husbands, and whilst it is expected men do likewise with their wives, the dangers present in male extramarital fornication such as pregnancy are far less severe than in the female case. For a woman (or indeed a man) to unclothe for a photo, over which they have no control over its destination once sent, is the digital equivalent of posing naked in public. It is indecent behaviour to be discouraged and shamed.
