Deathfall is a federal parliamentary republic that is based on the Westminster and American systems of government in Oceania. Deathfall is a former anarchic community that turned into a free paradise for individuals who just want to live their lives the way they want to.
Deathfall is now, for the third time, opening its doors to the world to enter into diplomatic relations with other countries. If your country would like to enter into diplomatic relations with Deathfall, please let us know (OOC: fill out the attached application).

• Government Type: Democratic State-Socialist Federal Republic - The Pan-Asiatic States governs the nation in a proportional and representative manner in which majority rule is considered supreme authority. The citizens of the Pan-Asiatic States are subject to four levels of ascending governance: District, Prefecture, State, and Federal. Being a State-Socialist nation, it also has a uniquely delineated hierarchy of workers' economic democracy, in which labor-participants collectively govern their workplaces and organizations.
• Economy Type: State Socialism - Many have often interpreted the Pan-Asiatic economy to be one in between State-Capitalism and Socialism; insofar as the Federation still commands a capitalist economy in relation to its economic agenda pertaining outside the Republics it composes. This essentially means that while capitalist competition has been abolished within the Pan-Asiatic States itself, the Federation authorizes select industrial organizations, through the State Development and Planning Commission (in cooperation with the Trade and Industry Commission as well as the Pan-Asiatic Economic Zone Authority) which are mandated to import and export their monopolies over the nation's goods in exchange for capital, which is later converted to workers' capital in the form of labor vouchers. This duality of operation also allows for multinational companies to operate within the Pan-Asiatic States through economic zones regulated and maintained by the government.
• Short Overview of Nation: The Pan-Asiatic States (Tagalog: Estados Pan-Asyatiko, Chinese: Fàn Yàzhōu Guójiā), officially The People's Federation of Pan-Asiatic States, commonly known as the States or Pan-Asia; is, nominally, a supranational, democratic federation of multiple established Soviet republics with a highly centralized, One-Party form of governance, which strictly holds executive authority over economic affairs under a Controlled, Socialist economy; yet is overly lax when it comes to political and representative liberties. As a One-Party State, it is governed by the Asian Communist Party (ACP) with Neo-Manila as its capital in its central republic, the Tagalog Soviet Socialist Republic (TSSR).
  With most early civilizations being attributed to the former countries it comprises of, the nation is culturally diverse; but its people tend to lean to its more Austronesian heritage due to the historical vanguard the South has provided, and, according to many anthropologists, Socialism's natural sociocentric tendencies. Many of the conservative laws that govern the nation's people continue to restrict certain personal freedoms, such as prohibitions on Free Travel and Free Marriage.

Greetings. My name is Nacio Estrada and I am an ambassador with the Diplomatic Cooperation Initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Eternal Eothasi Empire. Erika Alena Möllring (born 13 January 1985), Her Excellency Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, is a Yohannesian solicitor and diplomat who is the first and current Ambassador of Yohannes to the Democratic Union of Deathfall. Her accreditation was registered by Parliament’s Advisory, Press and Private Committee two weeks after the Presidential Palace Speech made by the Deathfallian Acting Minister for the Interior, Luke Bennett.

Raised by her parents Nikolas and Jude in Royal Alexandria, Möllring was educated at the state-integrated St Kunigunde an der (on the River) Wandse College, and attended the University of Yohannes to study law. After her graduation in 2008, she was chosen to become one of many promising interns for the World Assembly Mission of the Nineteen Countries. Möllring returned to Yohannes after two years to work for the specialist litigation and arbitration firm Stadtbäumer & Partners in Royal Alexandria. Coming into contact with then local Member of Parliament for the Halsten electorate, she was selected as a possible Legal Attaché for the Yohannesian Embassy in Knootoss.

Five days after the conclusion of the Anarchist rebellion in the previous Democratic Republic of Deathfall, Möllring was nominated, in her position as a senior diplomat and provisional parliamentary adviser at the time, as a possible candidate for the Office of Ambassador in Nairo. The International Diplomacy and Advisory Committee approved her nomination, and following her accreditation she became the first Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Realm of Yohannes to the new Democratic Union of Deathfall.
