Theoretically yes. In practice, there is always social and legal discrimination against men.

1. Only female heirs can inherit the queen's crown. If there is neither a female nackomme nor a female relative, the queen must choose another female citizen as heir.
2. Only women have the right to stand as a candidate for prime minister and head of parliament.
3. The explicit protection against sexual harassment only applies to women. Sexual harassment of men is only punished as normal harassment.
4.If no will is left, an inheritance goes to the closest female relative. Men are excluded from general inheritance law. Nevertheless, it is possible for them to inherit by will with equal rights.

Are there any laws that only apply to men(if so what are they):
1. Ehibitionist law prohibits a man from public nudity. Public nudity among women is perfectly legal.
2. If men open a sole proprietorship, they are obliged to hire a female co-managing director. However, women are not required to employ a male co-managing director.

Do human rights laws apply to women?:
All constitutional rights apply to women.

Other relevant policies and/or laws:
By law, trans women are also considered women and trans men are considered men. Non-binary are regarded as a separate, third gender, which, however, is "legally equal to men". This means that if non-binary people are not explicitly mentioned in a law, the regulations for men apply to them.
