It’s been a month since the Primaries of the office of Chancellor and Attorney General. This is now the time for the secondaries to begin. The secondaries will be the same as the primaries, but with less parties to choose from and more political promises and campaign ads. The fall election will take place on November 27.

Conan Edogawa is a junior detective for the Beika City Metropolitan Police Department. He wants to see a decrease in crime and bigger crime prevention programs, as well as increase in health and social welfare. Eric Cartman and Mandy Darling	Imperial Party of Cartoonia	Eric Cartman is a member of the freemason society, The Order of Mysterio. He was also a junior officer for the Cartoon Brotherhood of The Confederacy. On top of that, he is currently the Gran-General of the Army, the highest position of the army. He wants to expand the power and influence of Imperial Cartoonia, as well as end social welfare. Mandy Darling was a graduate of The Cartoon Military Academy of Toon Point, the class of 1999, and is currently serving as Colonel of The Endsville Brigade, which has grown more militaristic in the past years under her command. She wants to do away of all social reforms and turn the nation into a nationalist, socialist state. Jellal Fernandes and Kyoya Ottori	Cartoon Party of The Royal Crusades	Jellal Fernandes was once a child slave to the Tower of Heaven and after being freed, served as a civil servant to the newly formed Department of Magic. He is currently the ambassador to the United Island States of AHSCA. He wants to reform Cartoon foreign policy and begin an era of unity among other nations. He wants to protect Toontholosism and other religions through crusading in the Middle East, as well as rebuild magic relations. Kyoya Ootori is the head of the Ootori Healthcare firm, one of the most influential firms in Cartoon, and a former member of The Ouran High School Host Club. He wants to help improve the healthcare system, and improve the standard of living for the half of Cartoonia. He also wants to help rid Cartoonia of the SJW problem it’s having at home, and internationally, all of which requires money which he would enact new economic policies as well as new tax incentives for the rich. Loud Kiddington and Ciel Phantomhive	The Grand Old Cartoon Party	Loud Kiddington Jr is the head of the Kiddington Toy Company, founded by his father. He is also a member of the Cartoon House Council. He will push for agriculture and economic policies to boost productivity in all of Cartoonia’s industries. He also promises to deregulate the economy, but not to much. Ciel Phantomhive is the owner of Funtom Corporation. A nobleman by nature, also a member of The Cartoon House Council. Had a terrible childhood and vows to reform the national police forces and ensure a system of foster care that helps children recover from trauma is strengthened. He also wants to strengthen up the military and open up on expanding Cartoonia’s current Imperial territories. Cartoon National Kid Convention. Gallagher, Cartoonia, November 10, 2019

Members of the CNK once again gather at the convention hall of the Imperial Exposition Center. These people were celebrating. Their party advanced to the secondary elections, a most prestigious position to be in besides making it to the final election. Candidates Nigel Uno and Conan Edogawa are esteemed to be chosen to be in the running for the secondaries.

“My friends! Thank you for your support for our running for the office of Chancellor!” Nigel says. “The path to Chancellor is closer to our control than ever before. As the current majority party, sharing with the Radical Anti-Slavery Party, we have achieved more than in pervious years. Our expansion of power and protection of power must lie in control of both the house and the Chancellory. I now ask you my friends to test my faithfulness to the party. I want to expand my platform.

“Mr. Uno!” Shouted a news reporter. “There are things going about like the immigration caravan, what will you do about that?”

“Ah Yes, The caravans. As a nation of caring people, we will gladly take in caravans and refugees. However, they must be cleared through customs. I think my running mate, Conan Edogawa, can explain this much better”.

“Well” Conan starts off, “remember back in the 1900s we had this island set up for immigrants, either documented on undocumented. They would go through paperwork and health tests and background checks with their governments of origin to keep Cartoon jobs and give a little bit of refuge to those in need? Well, we propose we do that again. We should reopen that island and expand it to accommodate caravans and refugees”.

“We know the situation in Latin America is catastrophic and damning to hear. That is why under my administration, we shall allow troops to secure the peace in Venezuela and other Latin American countries. As due with our alliance with America to help ease the caravans” Nigel responds.

“Mr. Uno” another shouted. “You say that you will provide better healthcare. Now how will you do that?”

“What we have considered is to fund more public health care services and raise awareness for public health and safety. It is a fact that the new nuclear power plant in the Seyette region of Western Pacifica would bring concerns for the health of the region with the nuclear waste and all”.

“Of course they will abide by proper dumping laws, but just in case something were to happen, we should build a modern clinic in the smaller villages in that area” Conan explains. “The more we keep these small villages sanitized to modern standards, the better it is for society”.

“Speaking of nuclear power” another reported shouted “Mr. Uno, what will you do about our nuclear program?”

“Of course, in today’s world, one must have weapons ready for defense of our nation. It is our firm belief that Mutually Assured Destruction will convince us not to drop our arsenal. It is good to have the option however. That can be said for our etherion satellite cannon”.

“Mr. Uno! What about inflation?” Shouted a news reporter.

“Inflation happens because of the costs of materials and labor. I would pass industrial legislation to keep production high and prices low, therefore helping boost productivity for export while keeping prices low and waves high” Nigel responds.

“Is there anything else you stand by?”.

“On the current issue of abortion, it shall remain illegal to have one. It is a moral wrong which is no one’s choice period. We have made it illegal and we aim to keep it that way” Nigel states. “It is a universal issue, not just an issue for women. We also aim to help the needy through government programs which in turn will better the lives of all our citizens”.

“Our police force is the only way public safety can be achieved, these leftist attacks on our national police force must be stopped. Their job is the safety of all of our citizens. As a matter of fact, we should be increasing spending on local authorities to secure public safety” Conan says.

“What about felonies?”

“We shall implement government rehab centers to get felons back into civil society”.

“A lot of these emotional SJWs are the way they are because they don’t receive proper education from the schools that voted liberal leftist. We vow to regulate public education as it should not go over the boundaries of what we stand for” Nigel says. “My last words before we continue our campaign is this. The future looks bright for Cartoonia! We shall surpass all others in times to come, my decade in Cartoon House will come with a promise of prosperity for everyone. The children shall have their day. A vote for me is a vote for child prosperity in our empire. Cartoons and children above all!”

Imperial Party of Cartoonia Convention. Central City, November 17, 2019

The Imperial Party members bursts into huzzahs and cheers, as their party is going on into the secondary elections. Eric Cartman and Mandy Darling celebrate their first victory with a bottle of fruit punch. Cartman had big dreams for the empire. He wants to take control of various liberal, feminist, and SJW lands. Then he would get the UN under his control. He has the knowledge and know how of the highest ranking official of the Army. The Gran-General.

“General Cartman!” A news reporter says. “Now that you have the opportunity to run in the secondary elections, what are you going to deal with issue wise?”

“Well sir” Cartman says. “It is time for me to unleash our new plans for the future of our empire. First off, I would like to thank each and everyone of my voters for choosing me as your candidate of choice for the election. It is clear that the proper choice is the imperial choice. This whole world has been ordained to us by God! And that is what we plan on”. Cartman opens up a world map with Cartoonia and her imperial possessions.

“We want to spread our ideology to those who wish for liberalism to live on. Liberalism is a deadly disease that we all know will drown the earth. Therefore, I would ban all things liberal as Chancellor of Cartoonia. We shall revert all social policies to the early 20th century, a great age for all empires. Then, we shall raise the world’s largest military to conquer the rest of the world. A peaceful world is a united world under Cartoonia”.

“But that is against UN and WA charters!” A news reporter shouts.

“We don’t care about those damn organizations” Mandy shouts. “They think they can interfere with our domestic affairs? We want out of that damned organization!”.

“Likewise” Cartman adds, “They are a mere obstacle in our plan of uniting the world. If we are to strengthen our empire, international organization is a no no. We must have an isolationist attitude towards these things if we are to achieve our imperial endeavors”.

“What will you do with our dying industry?” A news reporter asked.

“I will revive our industry through military expansion. Modern warfare requires machinery. We need to mass produce weapons as much as possible”.

“This authoritah you speak of General Cartman” One reporter says. “What are you going for people to respect your ‘authoritah?’”.

“My authoritah is my authoritah. And you will learn to respect my authoritah. Now,” Cartman says changing the subject. “I have been looking for opportunities to spread out out empire. The poor country of India, the Liberal state of New York, which belongs to the Americas, Texas, This country called the Munkcestrian Republic, this nasty nation full of slaves. This SUPER liberal country called the Mikanjima”. He shivers in disgust. “Those liberal hearts make my blood boil. Cartoonia is stronger than that. Cartoonia shall rule the waves over all others. We shall have our victory over seas. We shall fight to imperialize the world under our banner. Our motto is Cartoons over All, but I also say Alle begrüßen das neue Cartoon-Imperium!!!”.

The crowd cheers as Cartman rallies them with a phrase (in German) while a band plays The Königgrätzer Marsch.

Cartoon Party of The Royal Crusades Convention, Era, November 23, 2019

Cheers are heard for Jellal and Kyoya for they have won and went on to the secondary election. People rejoice as their party cheers on. Jellal and Kyoya just waves back in triumph.

“Brothers and Sisters. I give thanks that God has graced me with for victory in this election. I promise to make upon my promises I made for my campaign”.

“Mr. Fernandes” a newsreporter says. “When you said crusading in the Middle East, what nations will you be going against, and how will we convince our soldiers to fight over there”.

“I’m sure that many of us want to avoid a messy conflict in the Middle East, but I’m also sure no one wanted to get into a messy conflict in the Tower of Heaven, nor California, North Korea, The Philippines, or Somalia. This is not about if we want to go, it is the fact that we have to fight, to protect the freedom of our country, and our world”.

“Mr. Fernandes, what do you mean by religious protection?” asks another newsreporter.

“We want to protect people’s freedom of speech. With that comes great responsibility that the religious institutions must uphold. Fear and terror shall not be the order of these religions, many people prey victim to these sacrilegious institutions and become sacrifices and slaves. Myself included. These religions must not hurt the people and if trouble starts brewing, the government will uphold itself to withhold this religion”.

“We also plan to help those in poverty and those with poor health” Kyoya adds. “Many people here are well off and healthy, but that doesn’t mean that poverty is still not an issue. We will grant new services and aid to those unfortunate and help advance healthcare. And finally, we will have a cyberpolice force to guard Cartoonia from Social Justice Warriors. We aim to attack those who bully people just because of harmless tradition”.

“Borthers and Sisters, let us pray” Jellal says. “Oh God! Help us in our moment of triumph over evil. Praise to you and help Cartoonia regain it’s identity we have lost many years ago, God Save Cartoonia, with Cartoons over all!!!”

The crowd cheers on for him as the band plays Sousa’s The Crusader while chanting,

A rousing rendition of Hearts of Oak is sung by the party members after hearing their winnings in the primary election this year. This is probably the first time that this party held its own in the election. Kiddington and Phantomhive raises cheers as they will go on to represent their party in the election.

“My fellow conservatives” Loud starts. “I want to thank each and everyone of you for your support in the elections earlier this fall. You support proves that conservatism is still alive and well in our glorious nation. Is will surely bring Cartoonia to a new era”.

“Mr. Kiddington, what will be the state of relations between us and America? I know you said you want to distance ourselves with America” a reporter says.

“I would say that we mustn’t stop trading with America. We can distance ourselves militarily and politically, but we must continue trade with America. We don’t want another war, but if we have to we will. But keeping up with American trade is important and vital for the heart and backbone of Cartoonian industries”.

“You talked about the agricultural incentives, but what about other environmental incentives?” Another reporter says.

“As mentioned earlier, corn will be our new source of fuel in the future of Cartoonia real soon. But we won’t stop there. I am taking advice from the former American President Theodore Roosevelt and will begin to establish new parks and beaches not just in Cartoonia, but all across our empire”.

“And what about the industrial policies? Doesn’t all this sound contradictory?”.

“We shall look into new ways to set about industrial progress while keeping a clean environment. I’m talking about controlled forestry, cleaner factories, and with maintenance that will give even the most common man a job”.

“What about culture?”

“I believe that the culture heritage of Cartoonia comes first. Cartoon observes religious holidays of Christianity and Judaism. The music of the classical, romantic, and modern age must also be preserved. All of our statues must remain standing no matter who would want them taken down”.

“What is the policy on public safety?”

“Ciel. Would you like to answer?” Loud asks his running mate.

“I will say this. An increase in police presence provides protection to our citizens and all citizens across the empire. Say what you will about their racist attitudes, but with Cartoon doctrination against hate and for equality, the police will provide the protection needed to ensure that no citizen is harmed ever again”.

“Thank you. As I mentioned before, Cartoonia is on the verge of collapse of liberal ideas enter her. God knows what will happen if the world succumb to this. That is why we need to push for imperialism. Conservative values must stay relevant in the minds of Cartoonians and other nations everywhere. Cartoonia will be the light of the world. Long live Cartoonian values! Long Live our Supreme Leader! CARTOONS ABOVE ALL FOREVER!”.

Loud Kiddington claims to be for agricultural reform, but he claims that farms should farm one crop at all times. Corn.

Irish peasants in the 1840s did this too with potatoes and look where it got them. A famine that ravaged the Irish population. Are you willing to let a Chancellor insist on policies that will end up hurting the rich vast soil of Cartoonia?

This is a scene from the Irish potato famine. Think of the children dear mothers. Do you want them to starve in the fields trying to look for at least an edible ear of corn?

Another thing, Loud says he wants to push for expansion and diplomatic reform, but the issue is that he would be cutting ties with the United States of America, our greatest ally and former mother country. Over 100 years of diplomatic relations undone with his new ideals. And where are these new lands coming from? The expense of our friends and allies. From AHSCA to Danceria, the lands will be conquered and industrialized, and some of them havre really great scenery too. And our military will be concentrated there while radical Muslims roam free causing trouble in the Middle East.

He will force Trump to give Texas away, he will reshape Cartoonia’s industry and economy, he will bring about environmental reform, and he will put safety above all things.
