Accept her, but not let her do anything because she isn't an adult. Only adults can deal with climate change.

She'd be rather pleased by our commitment to non-fossil fuel energies.
By 2033 we're running about 74% on non-nuclear renewables.
Add nuclear power into the mix and we're hitting about mid-90s.

In terms of acceptance, some find her ideas good, but her annoying. She wouldn't have any "Clah-mat chaynge a lie! Shoots 'er fur dem lies!" enemies though, that's for sure.

We would use one of our unnamed brainwashing devices to turn her into a propaganda machine against the ever-numerous fictional "threats" Greater Cosmicium "faces" and anyone who dares to even suggest reducing Greater Cosmicium's massive emissions.

Syagrots young & old would welcome Greta with open arms. The common Syagrot would offer her support, attending her protests & providing raucous support. People would want to make her feel welcome, inviting her to their communities and writing letters of support. The Emperor would more than likely offer her Yi'Amolatis Ni'Gonissis Sorm Thalassa "The Medal of Earth & Sea" which is the nation's highest award someone can earn for protection of life, including the environment. He would also offer her a private audience followed by dinner to discuss her perspective as a child on Climate Change, then probably offer a public appearance with her to help promote the cause. He'd probably also surprise her with honorary citizenship in Syagros, allowing her to visit (but not live) in Syagros passport free. Then he'd give her a beautiful young, freshly potted Willow Tree, the nation's most cherished tree species, surrounded by Sunset orchids, symbols of the nation.

The nation has been from its start, in love with its land. The nation is at the cutting-edge of climate activism. Greta would find in Syagros the closest place to a country free of Climate injustice. 90% of the nation's energy grid is provided by renewable & clean energy sources with the nation's last coal powered plant demolished in 1982 and its last oil plant in 2001. The nation has stringent air & water safety standards. Just as well, the nation is putting real capital into building 100 Carbon Capture Plants across the nation and the Imperial government spends roughly 13 million USD per year planting trees in any country that will let them. It's also at the forefront of ethical farming & logging as well as techniques to fight desertification. It is the ambitious goal of Syagros to be Carbon-negative by 2025.

Most of them wouldn't be harsh with her... but they'd still ignore her. The Syndicate has tried its best to be efficient over the years with its emissions already, and it doesn't want to harm its industry.

The most common response would be "Go ask the Pan Asian People's Republic instead, if they're still alive".

She would likely be seen as a troublemaker, and the embassies would be ordered to refuse her an entry permit, without which entry would be impossible. We're used to being yelled at by the western world, so no amount of prodding, speeches and hashtags would make the foreign secretary change his mind. We are who we are and damn this ignorant capitalist virtue signalling!

Propoganda painting her as a dancing marionette for corporate masters would be circulated along with other party messages to ensure the populace remains on our side, Crysukons are taught how to argue and debate and would take to the social networks in droves to sling mud and get into scraps. The whole thing would be spun as an attack on Crysuko's self sufficiency.

Halt. Stand back, Miss Thunberg. Purpose for visit required for all true humans. Prepare for mandatory security inspection. Entry to Tänkmenistan only for approved visitors through appropriate procedures by decree of the Great Tänkmenbascy. Please proceed. Your baggage has been checked and everything seems to be in order. Take care to not forget to pick up any belongings at baggage claim. Have a nice stay, Miss Thunberg the true human. Häil Tänkmenistan! NEXT!

The above is likely how it would go for each human willing to visit us. We Tänkmenler have indeed heard of Great Thunberg, the environmentalist true human of the Human Kingdom of Sweden. The Great Tänkmenbascy in his greatness was indeed amused greatly of the small human concerned of not only her immediate environment, only her future and the here and now, as is typical of true humans, but of the future of her entire race and all of the Earth as a whole.

Her concern for something greater than herself is admirable. However, we Tänkmenler are proud warriors, made to fight and conquer, running on the very oil and electricity she wants not to be utilized as much as it is. May we remind Miss Thunberg that it is indeed our lifeblood, the oil in our hoses, which she wishes to regulate?

Her advice having fallen on mostly deaf ears and earless heads made her visit not very long, especially as any humans applauding were sent to be executed immediately.

Greta would need a visa to come here first off, that could take about a month tops. She would first have to notify the Aurevbushan Minstry of State and Foreign Relations on her intented actions whether violent or pacifist and receive a permit to assemble in her city of choice, to avoid arrest for an unlawful gathering. Upon arrival, she will be checked for guns, metal, explosives, and tools of the arcane.

As for her views here in Aurevbushan soil,
commoners will have alot to say about Greta's message for humanity to reduce their consumption of animals and use less vehicles with fossil fuels (last part got the fuel thing covered). In time, she will be made a rockstar in the activist community as multiple media outlets will give her a mic and a podium to stand.

On the other hand,

there will be pundits and columnists will laugh and treat Greta as if she just learned how to read, given how much Ercorabians have struggled to push back against nature.

And the dichotomy of climate change in cyberpunk Ercorabia is less about if it exists or not, but more so what do we do now that we're losing the fight, in other words: should we continue to move to higher safer ground and adjust our way of life to ensure our survival OR should we take back the lands ravaged by Mother Nature and make that the higher ground?
A possible response from critics will involve Greta's lack of solutions or solutions that would be rendered futile if inplemented years after two superstorms hit the nation (Although, Greta's views would lean towards the adaptationist side of the debate).

In any case, Greta will be welcomed in the country and hailed as a brave young girl by the people, but with solutions, will look like a vain fool throwing a tantrum that she's not in school.

She would be denied entrance, arrested and deported. Furthermore, she would face a media ban, meaning that any local outlet covering her activities would be shut down.

Islaevia already takes steps to fight climate change and preserve the environment, and does not tolerate any threat to public order.

So how would your nation react to Greta's improvised visit?
Many would just greet with a shrug and go on their merry way. Others (typically those on the center-right) would just grumble about how she's an apocalypse-monger or a child manipulated by her parents (or both), and that the policies she advocate for would be economically disastrous for Ausonia. Only a portion of the citizenry (typically Greens and more left-wing crowds) would probably pay more attention to her message.

TL;DR - Greta would most likely enter, make a couple of speeches in front of sympathetic crowds, and then leave without making much of an impact.

How would your citizen react to this government, how would your government react ? and etc.
(see question above - though the government would mandate that she follow standard procedures for obtaining a visa beforehand)

How green is your nation?
Ausonia is largely conscious about the environment, to some extent, with some of the smallest carbon footprints of the major powers of Terramir. They're especially proud of their nuclear energy industry. which provides around 70+% of the Commonwealth's energy supply from their 84 reactors (This of course, means that renewable energies like the ones she advocates for have an exceptionally harder time gaining traction). Recycling is also prominent across the country.

She would be fine, but her mother would possibly be charged with encouraging mental illness in a dependent minor. It is unlikely that she would be arrested to avoid an international incident, but she would be in violation of that law for the duration that both were in the country and thus could be arrested in theory, and very likely could be subsequently banned after her departure as a measure of response for the violation.

She would be seen with pity, probably

She'd probably be welcome to say whatever she wants, but she wouldn't have much of an audience - in fact she'd be lucky to get a bigger platform than sitting on the side of the street yelling with all the other nutters.

At worst she'd face protests by people working in the oil, manufacturing and mining industries and she'd might even be mocked by TV talk show hosts for her histrionics.

In saying that it depends where she goes. If she goes to a western state, she'd probably get a lot of people agreeing with her. She might even be able to get an audience if she goes to a university campus. If she went to Midgard (an extremely polluted industrial centre), she'd be taking her life into her hands because Midgard is violent, poverty stricken and dependent on the things she decries and in Exegrad or Xerconia she'd be ignored - because who would want to listen to the uneducated, overly emotional ravings of a foreign child?

by Brellach
The Brellachi do not understand the concept of 'environmentalism' as other cultures do.

According to Brellachi beliefs, the entire universe and everything in it is essentially the body of their goddess, and to cause harm to it would essentially be the same as trying to inflict pain upon one's deity. Accordingly, little heavy industry exists in Brellach, a country where some 60% of the entire population still follows a nomadic, hunter-gatherer lifestyle, and what little industry does exist is largely self-regulated to a degree in excess of that found in government-regulated economies. Fossil fuels are rarely used, what little electricity available is generated primarily through renewable sources, and few Brellachi own private vehicles. Even the most determined Brellachi capitalists are reluctant to knowingly cause damage to their goddess' creation. Reverence for nature is part of Brellach's national psyche.

For a child from a comparatively heavily industrialised and extremely polluting country to come to Brellach and inform them that they need to do more to protect the environment would elicit confused glances at best. For the Brellachi, it is people from countries such as hers that have no respect for the natural world Her Divine Glory has bestowed upon Her Children, and it is the Brellachi alone who stand as a bastion of Her values.

Nevertheless, her overall intentions - environmental protection - would resonate well with the Brellachi, despite their confusion.

The Orosian government would ignore her, and any protests she organized would be permitted, but most people wouldn't care. She'd be welcomed to cultural events and taken to the Ministry of Energy, where hordes of bureaucrats and scientists will extol the virtues of nuclear energy for hours on end.

Emmerian-Anea will let her do something, but as like someone in here said, we're working with Thorium Nuclear Reactors, which output alot more energy per tonne of Thorium than Uranium. The Center and Right wing will just say shes just a child who is being used by the fear mongering media, while most left wing will pay attention to her messages or just listen. Then again we're a centrist Democracy and we're trying to improve our environmental beauty. She would leave, of course, because we prefer doing nuclear reactors than wind mills or solar panels. Although we could add that, we just need to not litter, improve infrastructure, and maybe start looking at making bigger batteries or something.

That depends if she just comes to visit, or to protest.
If she'll protest, most Ezechardians will be like 'aight, but we don't have anything to do with that, go visit the heavily industrial corporatocracies next doors'. Reactions of the police department would depend on how much Grera annoys the Ezechardians.
If she just comes to visit, most people would accept her as the environment is pretty good and meat is banned.
