Other: Scorpio Spikal Federation restricts abortion to only lack of mental health or rape. This is because that Scorpio Spikals give birth differently, and a lack of mental health might cause the parent to crush the eggs killing the baby.

The Ether Corporation finds it appalling to get rid of human life when Ether scientists can deliver babies safely for the increased colonization efforts of Mars. Not to mention if someone were to abort it’d destabilize our growing population and pollute others with this idea.

The Holy Kingdom officially forbids abortion in all cases, similarly to the Lat-Errian church. When done illegally despite warning, it is treated as murder of a newborn.

If the fetus threatened to both the mental and physical health of the mother, and all safe methods proved ineffective, termination of the unborn child is approved, although the parents can deny this if they wish so. Perform abortion on raped victims are not allowed by the law, unless for some dangerous medical complications. If signs of mental defectives or severe physical disabilities are detected on the fetus, termination is default by law, however the parents can save the child by filling some paperwork, ensure that the responsibility of taking care this child will belong to them, not the social welfare system.

PS : There should be an option that exclude rape while still allow abortion for fetal defects.

In the Strahconian Republic, abortion is illegal with no exceptions. Abortion is seen as the cold-blooded murder of a defenseless, innocent unborn child. Those found guilty of the act (both the doctor committing the abortion and the mother consenting to it) are punished by execution.

The Kingdom of Rwizikuru only allows abortions on the grounds of maternal life, mental health, physical health, rape and/or fetal defects, but in practice, the law is poorly enforced, so there's really no restriction, especially if you know the right place.

Abortion is restricted to maternal health, but most official doctors are hesitant to do it, even if the mothers life is in jeopardy.

“Abortion” is a crime more generally known as the procuring of a miscarriage. The courts have interpreted this to require “unlawful cause”. The three major established lawful causes are:

• that the foetus is significantly malformed or “corrupt” such that its life will be despaired of;
• that the foetus will not survive birth;
• that the mother will suffer severe injury if a miscarriage is not induced such that her life will be despaired of.
  

Severe injury is defined as any reasonably life-threatening injury. Another potentially lawful cause is that the mother will suffer “slight” injury if a miscarriage is not induced. Abortion is a misdemeanour before quickening, at 20 weeks, and a felony thereafter.

The Crown does not typically prosecute abortions done for medical reasons, as they are generally considered “corruptible” offences and thus can be moved to the ecclesiastical courts where punishment is much weaker. Abortions procured for social, economical or mental reasons, however, are considered premeditated and thus a plea of mens corrupta is unlikely to be successful.

The very first abortion law in the Federation was passed in 1982 and is still in effect. Prior to that, there hasn't been any (known) legal document dealing with abortion in any shape or form, meaning, that it, in principle, hasn't been illegal before that. The federal law was enacted in order to create legal security for people requesting an abortion in the first trimester, and to ultimately prevent doctors who refuse to perform an abortion even in cases of maternal life being in serious peril from getting away with doing so.
So it's indeed legal in all cases, no questions asked (well, questions will be asked, but just for statistical purposes) - after all, limiting it will lead to even more bureaucracy than there already is, and needless mountains of paperwork don't help a country's efficiency, eh?
It should be mentioned, though, that despite the general legality, abortions are rarely performed - if so, then mostly due to medical issues.
