Open an embassy in Crisac
Posted: Thu Oct 03, 2019 1:10 am
The Department of Global Affairs and Trade ("DGAT") of Crisac has decided to establish this online platform to facilitate the exchange of embassies with Crisac to foster bilateral and multilateral ties. You may find more information about our country here.
Considering the small size of Crisac, embassies in our nation are limited to twenty personnel, including the ambassador. A waiver to this rule maybe entertained by the Department on a case to case basis and purely by decision of DGAT.
All embassies will be located within Friendship Park, a secure enclave envisioned to house all foreign missions, with office buildings, commercial spaces and residences. There are currently five office buildings to choose from.
Residences are also available inside the park and are negotiated separately.
Before filling up our forms, please familiarize yourselves with our foreign mission rules:
-Foreign mission offices remain under ownership of Crisac, but will be treated with extraterritoriality for purposes of diplomatic courtesy. Crisac officials will not be allowed to enter unless otherwise allowed or requested by the foreign mission
-Foreign missions shall be allowed to display their national flags, coat of arms, symbols within their offices.
-Foreign missions shall be allowed to import, purchase and or rent vehicles for their use. These vehicles shall have a plate with the color green to mark their status as properties of the foreign missions. These vehicles shall be allowed immediate entry into the park without need of security checks. Vehicles may be armored but not armed with weapons.
-Foreign missions shall properly mark their official correspondence and items to be exempt from search and seizure, Similarly, the attending and or responsible courier should be properly accredited and shall carry valid identification documents to be extended diplomatic courtesy.
-Residences of the head of the foreign mission, inside and outside the Friendship Park shall be exempt from search and seizure. Their domestic servants shall likewise be extended diplomatic courtesy. Residences of other members of the foreign mission, inside and outside the Friendship Park may be exempt from search and seizure depending on their reciprocity to Crisac diplomats.
-Staff of foreign missions, except the head and deputy head of the foreign mission shall be required to have their valid identification cards to be allowed entry into the park and into their respective buildings.
-Security shall be provided by the Police Force of Crisac. Each foreign mission shall be allowedonefive security agents (to be included in the 20-staff size requirement) of their accreditation. The security agents shall be allowed to carry a maximum of two sidearms (handgun/knife/dagger/taser) each, which shall be registered with DGAT upon arrival of the security agent. No weapons, other than those used by the police or accredited security agents shall be allowed inside the office of the Foreign Missions.
