I have not implemented the exact numbers, but the minimum pay for a Valentian is such that "He/She can afford at least the following necessities: 4 meals per day for a month; monthly utility bills." School and Healthcare are not included because they are provided free-of-charge even for foreigners and tourists.

Side info: Using NS Stats, an average Valentian earns 27 472.75 Valentian Credits (VC), which amounts to 56 868.59 USD / month, so... I guess they are doing well-off for the most parts.

Suenite civilization has reached a stage of (post-)automation in which substrates of wealth such as currency have been rendered useless. Residents are generally offered uncompromised access to the overabundance of resources and materials.

I'm not sure what this is. In my virtual nation all men and women are treated equally and there is no preference or difference in economy between all, mainly that the poverty don't exist. The currency has only the purpose to keeps the economy measurement. Basically all have same revenues as a basic income is at 70,000 currency units.

If you are fully able-bodied, an adult, and of sound mind: "he who does not work, neither shall he eat". For those who are poor to no fault of their own (especially children), the sick, the suffering, orphans, widows, former slaves, and so on, that is a duty and matter of the Church and the individual and is socially expected, if not culturally mandated to be, done out of the goodness of one's heart, without coercion.

However, TurtleShroom advocates for other countries to abolish their entire welfare state and replace it with Universal Basic Income, because it is cheaper, more efficient, and more based on personal responsibility.

Several left-wing supporters like UBI because it may better support people's lives regardless of who they are or what jobs they have, while some right-wing supporters believe that UBI can cut down on bureaucracy. UBI is also opposed by people from both the left-wing and the right-wing. Right-wing politicians are doubtful that giving people extra money is affordable nor effective, while certain left-wing figures have called it a "libertarian trojan horse" that will gut welfare (although this one is more or less a conspiracy theory).

Yes, there is a hybrid UBI-UBS model which ensures that each individual has their basic needs met and at least a small amount to spend on consumer goods, keeping the economy moving. The different social castes in Fodenia each get a higher or lower level of UBI-UBS support, depending on their position in the hierarchy
