The only nationalized utilities in Blodrike are the postal service and the BSB (Blodriker State Railway). Running water and sewage systems do not exist outside the cities, and electricity (or anything that depends on it, like TV and internet) does not exist anywhere.

Generally privatized. The only exception is in areas that are serviced by government-owned nuclear power plants, in which case the individual states Department of Transportation services that area.

Adalzica's water supply is fully nationalized, being controlled by the of Adalzican Water Corporation (AKA the AKA: Arpatihihei Kulorai Adalsikau). Although private energy utilities are not uncommon, the Adalzican government controls a few national energy companies. Telecommunications and other utilities are mostly privately owned.

Their generation and sale have been privatized by budgetarian reasons. Otherwise the government regulates the service and max tariffs.

Utilities such as telecom, electricity, water, transportation, and many others are public. There are some utilities that are under public-private competition.

All of the utilities are public, as there is no private enterprise in Bozopolis.
She/Her

People tend to assume that Entrance of the Gladiators by Julius Fučík is what that ever so famous circus clown theme is. And it is. Nobody would ever argue with you on this fact.
However, if you want to be an unlikable, pedantic jerk, the song actually known as "circus music" would be a version composed for American woodwind bands (and later transcribed for fairground organs) titled Thunder and Blazes, published by Louis-Philippe Laurendeau.
Of course, this information is of absolutely no consequence to anyone.

In our nation, all home utilities are publicly owned and governed at a local level (water, power, gas, internet, etc.) except for telecommunications and television. There is an option, however, to purchase distilled and mineral water, as well as higher speed internet, from private providers.

All utilities are private and competitive in the Free Land, with many urban areas having as many as eight or nine available providers.

Water is a nationalized utility, though rainwater collection, homestead wells, and other small time private water ownership is legal.

Electric and Gas are government-involved utilities on the state level. Buses, trolleys, and subways are local-government projects.

The Post, railways, and all other utilities are private corporations with subsidies.

Necessities are a public utility, such as water, heat, and electricity. Other things such as phone service, and WiFi are privatized.

Electricity, water, and gas are run by quasi-private trusts under heavy government supervision and regulation. The government owns a major stake in them, regulates prices, and has many schemes for ensuring everyone who wants them has access. Non-citizens are prohibited from owning any stock in them. Internet access is is private with many competitors, though the government will foot the bill for access for educational institutions.

They are state-owned and can't be privatized. It is stated in Social-Oriented Market Economy Basic Principles Act (SOMEBPA).

Water is a public utility owned and operated by Ceryana Water, a federal authority. Ceryana Post is also nationalised. Telephone and internet infrastructure is owned and operated by federal authorities, but supplied by private providers.

While electricity grids and and gas pipes are owned and operated by state authorities, these utilities are privately supplied in all states except for Ceraine and Indaya. Similarly, transportation is coordinated by federal or state authorities (depending on whether air, rail or road) and may be privately operated.

Mixed, private utilities are present where the local government can't ensure much utilities, and viceversa. Tejas, for example, is famous for having almost everything private. On the other hand, private utilities barely exist in small territories such as El Pacífico (Micronesian islands).

The majority of all basic utilities exist under a nationalized system controlled by the CUB (civilian utilities board), a department of the American Labor Service.
A small percentage of utilities are privatized, roughly 11%

All utilities in the People's Republic of Zhouran, from electricity to infrastructure to even cellular mobile and Internet services, have been public utilities for several decades even before The Kangmukeli abolished private entities in 2027. Under national law created shortly following the establishment of the PRZ, all citizens have universal basic right to access to basic necessities and utilities.

All utilities are publicly owned and accessible for free by all citizens.

These utilities include: water, electricity, gas, telecommunications services (landlines and mobile service), and broadband internet.

The last state owned electricity company (Volta Energy) was partially privatised in 2004 and the government now only owns 51% of it. However, the company is run by an independent board and is expected to conform to market standards and regulations, as well as be competitive in terms of corporate performance.

Water services are operated area to area by local councils, who are free to choose to privatise the services. However, none have so far.

There is a state-owned internet and telephone/mobile service provider, Spark DG. However, it was also partially privatised in 2004 along with Volta Energy and is operated similarly. As a result, the government is not permitted to control or censor what customers see as part of their Internet experience outside of normal law.

All provinces in the NAU have some kind of public utility provided by the government (i.e. a provincial crown corporation), while privately provided utilities do exist for more remote regions or for provinces in the process of doing a public-private partnership.

Provinces regulate the extent of privatization and set standards for private companies granted the sole rights to be the monopolist provider, hearing appeals from local governments and deciding what is ideal for a region of a province or perhaps the entire province. There is growing privatization of energy generation, and waste collection and sanitation is largely a municipal choice to have it public or private. Water supply are handled by regional provincial confederations and are a mix of private and public entities working together, given the general trend of regional confederations to handle water quality issues since the middle of the 20th century and the fact that many sources of water are in other provinces or cut through provinces.

The general government handles fisheries and navigation issues, and water quality on general crown lands and the NAU's coastal economic zones, as well as water supply and quality for indigenous nations.

Due to utilities such as power, water and gas being viewed as a basic human right on par with housing and shelter, all of these industries have been nationalized. In order to prevent government abuse, strict price controls have been instituted to keep these services affordable.
