Jerbasan culture is extremely intolerant of ignorance. People who are considered ignorant are looked down upon and discriminated against by society. Until recently, only those who had graduated college and passed a civics exam could even vote in elections.

Purpelians don't practice gender segregation so you will find changing rooms, public baths and even toilets all being unisex. They also have basically no shame about being seen naked by the opposite sex.
