The country of the United States of Fallenstorm is a small country with a population of 5,397,109 citizen. Surrounded by a huge sea, Fallenstorm mainly lives off on oil and gas, manufacturing and financial harbor.

The country's landscape is gorgeous; calm lakes, scented flowers, and jade green fields are just a sliver of the attractions Fallenstorm has to offer, which is why the country is commended among foreigners. The people of Fallenstorm are warm towards foreigners and tend to welcome them with drinks. They feel foreigners could bolster the country's economic. The United States of Fallenstorm has precise laws and law enforcement, which is fairly normal. The people are harmonious due to their freedom, thanks to fortunate natural properties.

The union of Fallenstorm built upon the love, intense labor and poorer times of its past, this union is now among the most progressive countries in its corner of the world. Their science, infrastructure, and hygiene are among its current greatest strengths. Unfortunately, they lack a lot in import and foreign investment. Fallenstorm is a democratic nation. There are some opposing groups against the current leadership, but things are changing at the moment. However, the current greatest threat to the nation is the rise of storm and hurricane, but the current leadership lacks resources to solve this issue. The people of Fallenstorm are cheerful. They live decent lives and while FDI might be lacking, their export helps relief most of their issues. Religion holds no importance in their lives and, if anything, has made them more joyful. The people of Fallenstorm aren't really spiritual either and they rely more on what they can prove and nature.

Fallenstorm current leader is President von Artemis. There's a lot to say about James G. von Artemis, but the two traits most people enjoy the most are that he's farsighted and elegant. Of course, he's also reflective, caring and idealistic, but those are often overshadowed by tendencies of being desperate as well. His farsightedness though, this is what he's so well-liked for. People often count on this and his ambitions when they're in need of support.

Fallenstorm legislative system is unicameral which only the Parliament is the highest authority. Fallenstorm has two major political parties which United Labor Party [ULP - www.ulp.org] and Democrat Action Movement [DAM - www.dam.org]. Parliament election held every five years, which every eligible voter will vote for their choosing party. The winning party will have a right to form a government and the winning party leader will appointed as President without any terms limit, and be a government side in parliament (select Parliament Speaker which not MP), and select city mayors. [two third is 13, simple majority is 10]. For states governor, a States Election will be held after Presidential election to select states governor which will held a position for one terms of five years and can be elected for second term only.

For making a law, all bills presented in the Parliament go through three readings. Once a bill is passed, a bill must obtain President Executive Order in order to turn such bill to a Federal Act.

The Judiciary is the custodian of Justice and Rule of Law. It administers justice through the Supreme Court (which consists of the Court of Appeal and the High Court), the Intermediate Court and the Lower Courts. The current Chief Justice is the Honorable Chief Justice Marcus T. Limpars [Term end 2020]. Court of Appeal
The Court of Appeal is the highest Appellate Court. It consists of the President and two Judges. It deals with the appeal of both criminal and civil cases from the High Court and the Intermediate Court. The Court of Appeal is the highest Appellate Court for criminal cases. In civil cases, the Court of Appeal is the highest Appellate Court.

High Court
The Chief Justice and Judges of the High Court heard both the Civil and Criminal cases of unlimited jurisdiction. It deals with the appeal of both criminal and civil cases from the Lower Courts.
In addition to the usual civil and criminal jurisdiction, the Courts also deal with cases of bankruptcy, companies winding up, applications for Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration of deceased’s person’s estates, issuing apostilles certifi cates and registration of civil marriages.

Intermediate Court was established in 1960. They hear both Civil and Criminal cases. In Criminal cases, they can hear any cases where the punishment does not exceed 20 years. They do not have jurisdiction to hear Capital Punishment cases and can impose whipping and fine. In Civil cases, they can hear any claim that does not exceed BiT$300,000.

Lower Courts
The Lower Courts include the Magistrate Courts and the Juvenile Courts. The majority of cases are heard by the Magistrates’ Courts. They are situated in all fives states of Fallenstorm; Royalbirds, Coldwind, Berryfoot, Fingerhawk and Greentoad.

Democrat Action Movement (DAM) is a centrist and populist political party in the Fallenstorm founded by Monica A. Palms, the second wealthiest person in the Fallenstorm, owner of Fallenstrom Petroleum Holdings. The idea of founding a new political party came after current leader and founder Monica A. Palms started talking about systemic corruption. Her statements were supported by thousands of Stormian. Democrat Action Movement started as an association in November 2011, and on 11 May 2012 Democrat Action Movement became an official political party in the Fallenstorm.
