In order to help secure world peace, the Ibican Armed Forces seek to establish ties with foreign militaries. The joining the Defense Partner Program is an official declaration of friendship between our nations militaries, but comes short of an alliance. Nations that are a part of the DPP gain access to joint training exercises with the Ibican Military, access to hardware developed by Ibican military contractors, and further programs and integration with the Ibican military. These programs include troop exchanges, access to Ibican military academies, mutual defense, and intelligence sharing.

In order for a nation to qualify for the Partner Program it must fulfill only two prerequisites:

Have had at least some formal contact with Ibica in the past, even indirectly (such as both being part of the Council on Free Market Economies.)
And be a fairly free society, in keeping with Ibican Ideals.

Upon Application, the Department of Defense and Department of State will review the application to make sure the above requirements are met, and are likely to grant membership if so.

Programs and Incentives for Partner Nations
The following are either automatically available to partner nations, or are programs that partner nations are allowed to apply for:

Contractor Products
Any nation that is part of the Partner Program is allowed to purchase military hardware, such as ships and fighter jets, from Ibican Contractors. Links to the relevant storefronts will be listed here in the future.
- Aegis Aerodynamics
Training Exercises
Any partner nation may request a joint training exercise with the Ibican military, or may take part in open exercises hosted by Ibica
Troop Exchange
Partner militaries may request for soldiers to join Ibican units and vise versa, such as stationing sailors on Ibican Aircraft Carriers, or having an entire company hosted at an Ibican base.
Military Academies
Partner nations may send their soldiers to Ibican military academies as students or as instructors.
Mutual Defense
In the event of an invasion, Partner Nations are obligated to provide aid to the threatened nation.
Hosting Ibican Bases
Partner Nations may invite Ibican forces to establish a base in their territory. For smaller nations, this may serve to protect them from aggressive powers.

But still, despite being a super developed and modern, highly skilled and trained military, the Army lacks numbers to even think about defending themselves against Russia or China, thus, the government seeks allies all around the world.
