The Tankistani Query and Interview Service
Answering honestly and spreading the truth
Now, Tankistan introduces its first official inquiry department, open to all. You may ask anything, although some information is sensitive or complicated. Messages specifically addressed to Premier Kuznetsov or Minister Rykova will be replied to by their own words, more general inquiries will be resolved otherwise. All between interviews to embassy information to miscellaneous study information is welcome. Frequently asked questions are displayed below the description.
Is Tankistan communist?
No. It follows a state socialist model with modernized elements.
Is there shortages of food?
Not at all, Tankistan has improved farms and provided overabundance of resources.
What are the allies of Tankistan?
Tankistan has not recognized any alliances, although it is a de facto member of several anti-NATO pacts. Russia is the most frequently mentioned partner of Tankistan, mostly due to shared enemies.
How similar is Tankistan to the Soviet Union?
Many of Tankistan's policies are inspired by Stalin and Lenin. Heraldry is largely the same. International affairs and 21st century policies set Tankistan apart.
Are policies more liberal or conservative?
Neither. Tankistan is statist and takes such an approach to drugs, abortion, modesty, and many issues, but has equal opportunity and protects civil rights. Gun laws are designed to stop terrorism and tyranny rather than restrict choice. The environment is safeguarded while farmed animals/crops don't have unnecessary regulations and counterproductive emotional laws. Classical heritage survives alongside and open culture.
