Brief overview (optional): Roces was a former public relations officer for a student activist group that supported and later a spokesperson for a local partylist endorsed by the Liberal Party of the Philippines but after some disputes over praxis on how to enforce the ideology that the party hoped to achieve for the Philippines; Roces wanted a more semi-authoritarian approach to increasing human rights in the Philippines while the rest of the party thought that further democratization would ensure the protection of the civil liberties of Filipinos. Our jet, The Aeromax BJ-400X-V Business Jet, is actually a VTOL aircraft. We have used this model of aircraft for all of our diplomats. Our reason to use this aircraft is for security purposes, as when something has gone south in your country, our diplomat can return to our nation safely, without requiring to go to an airport. Not to worry, this aircraft is relatively silent compared to helicopters.

In Question C9: 'Weapons', we would like to enquire on what sort of weapon the "Kovac CCR-04 PDW" is, for current legislation restricts weapons to pistols, rifles, shotguns and ceremonial firearms.

The Kovac CCR-04 PDW is a Personal Defense Weapon, much alike the German H&K MP7 and the Singaporean ST Kinetics CPW. We have used this weapon as it is compact enough to be hidden in a suit, and is relatively accurate. But, if it still doesn't comply with your regulations, we can swap it with our Daikyu LP-02 Automatic Pistol. (It's basically the same weapon.)

We would like to inform you that the Great Farmer by your approval of our application, has now officially created The Cavirfite Embassy to Astoria through an executive decree. She has also officially appointed Darion Roces to be The Cavirfite Ambassador to Astoria. Since you granted us approval of our special request for us to be given the right to construct our embassy building by ourselves, construction of the embassy building shall commence on March 20, 2023. Construction, setting up of plumbing, setting up of electrical wiring and sockets, setting up of Internet access, and furnishing will all be completed on April 8, 2023. Roces and the rest of the team will leave Cavirfi for Astoria on the same day and will arrive on April 11, 2023. On April 12, 2023 at noon (Cavirfi Time), the Cavirfite Embassy to Astoria will officially be open and we will have some diplomatic communication with each other. Unfortunately, we won't have mutual relations with each other until you establish an embassy in our nation so for now all modes of communication from our nation to yours will be done either via telegram from the Cavirfite Embassy to Astoria once it opens or this Embassy Programme's main forum while the only mode of communication from your nation to ours can only be done via this Embassy Programme's main forum. If you try to send a telegram without your nation having an embassy to our nation, we won't be able to receive it due to telecommunications issues. With that said, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
