Civil Society Space

Can LGBT+ people assemble freely without obstruction from government or nonstate groups? Yes, provided it follows the laws regarding all assemblies (should be peaceful, cannot involve obscenity, etc.).

Are LGBT+ human rights defenders arrested, harassed or harmed in your nation? Can they do their work without interference from the State? The government will not arrest/harass/harm the LGBT+ defenders, provided they do not violate the law. They can work without interference from the state.
Are there laws limiting freedom of expression of LGBT+ rights activists and organizations (anti-gay propaganda, censorship laws)? No. While the government - and the majority of the Strahconian people - generally discourage exposing LGBT+ concepts to little children, the freedom of speech allows the LGBT+ people to express their beliefs without governmental censorship.

Asylum

Sexual Orientation

Is persecution because of sexual orientation a qualifiable cause for asylum request in your country? Yes, but asylum space is rather limited.
Is sexual orientation especifically included in positive government policy or instructions promoting asylum? No.

Gender Identity

Is persecution because of gender identity a qualifiable cause for asylum request in your country? No.
Is gender identity especifically included in positive government policy or instructions promoting asylum? No.

Intersex

Is persecution because of intersex status a qualifiable cause for asylum request in your country? Yes, but asylum space is rather limited.
Is intersex status especifically included in positive government policy or instructions promoting asylum? No.

Note: After looking through my questionnaire (along with my score, which was lower than I expected), I realized that there might be some confusion/misinterpretations with some of my answers. I'll try to explain them below (in case they may help me rise to the Medium-Low category).

Does your country have laws allowing anyone to purchase goods and services/have a proper education/have a proper healthcare regardless of (insert category here)? The government does not criminalize private discrimination (which was what I meant), but it does not enforce/enact public discrimination in this sense. So, businesses have the right to choose whether or not they wish to sell their products regardless of sexual orientation/gender identity/sex characteristics (as long as it does not violate their contract/terms). Generally, it will take much more than being LGBT+ for most businesses/schools/hospitals to refuse service (especially hospitals; the Hippocratic Oath, which many doctors practice, prevents them from discriminating - they might even give more service to try to "treat/cure the abnormalities").
Is your country's human rights institution or equality body (if they exist at all) mandated to provide rights and protection to all gender identities , or is it systematically working on this regardless of a mandate? FYI: The answer to this question for "sexual orientation" and "sex characteristics" still hold true to this as well. ("Everyone is equally protected under the law, with their inherent rights to life, liberty, property, free speech, etc. Such an institution must respect these rights (for everyone), but are not forced to give them more than whatever is within their contract.")
Are LGBT+ demonstrations and events adequately protected? They are protected under the law, but the police will not go out of their way to protect them. This means that if - for example - a Pride march takes place, nearby police will (begrudgingly, for most of them) guard the participators as they would in other demonstrations/events. Of course, if - for example - a bank robbery is reported in another place, those police would be sure to drive to the location to deal with that instead.

Not all NS stats/policies may be used. NOTICE: Factbooks and Dispatches are mostly outdated. See here for more info.
Accidental policies: Marriage Equality. I blame nsindex.net for not mentioning that part in no. 438 even though common sense dictates that I should have figured it out myself
A 15.428571428571... civilization, according to this index.
On this index, my army is a 6-6-8.
OOC: I am a conservative and a free-market capitalist. Trump is great, even though he is a moderate. There are only two genders. I like natural rights, but strong authority and cultural moralism are needed to protect them. Nation mostly represents my views.

Equality & Non-discrimination

Sexual Orientation

Does your constituition (or equivalent) includes provisions banning or limiting discrimination based on sexual orientation? All are equal under the law, but there are no laws against discrimination by private individuals or companies.
Does your country have employment laws that prevent discrimination based of sexual orientation? No, individuals and companies can employ or not employ whomever they want, for whatever reason.
Does your country have laws allowing anyone to purchase goods and services regardless of sexual orientation? Not technically, but it is very, very rare to be denied service on this basis.
Does your country have laws allowing anyone to have a proper education regardless of sexual orientation? Education is private, so as above.
Does your country have laws allowing anyone to have a proper healthcare regardless of sexual orientation? Healthcare is private, so as above.
Is your country's human rights institution or equality body (if they exist at all) mandated to provide rights and protection to all sexual orientations , or is it systematically working on this regardless of a mandate? There isn't an official government human rights institution, but the Antityranical Bill of Rights protects all people's rights to life, liberty, and property, regardless of sexual orientation.
Does your government operate an active policy of improving human rights, protection and equality explicitly to all sexual orientation? If anyone violates the rights of anyone of any sexual orientation to life, liberty, or property, the government will ensure their rights are protected and that they are granted restitution.

Gender Identity

Does your constituition (or equivalent) includes provisions banning or limiting discrimination based on gender identity? The law defines there to be exactly two genders, male and female, and that gender is entirely determined by birth sex. That being said, everyone is treated equally under the law, even if the law doesn't acknowledge them to be their self-identified gender. There are no laws against discrimination by private individuals or companies.
Does your country have employment laws that prevent discrimination based of gender identity? No, individuals and companies can employ or not employ whomever they want, for whatever reason.
Does your country have laws allowing anyone to purchase goods and services regardless of gender identity? Not technically, but it is very, very rare to be denied service on this basis.
Does your country have laws allowing anyone to have a proper education regardless of gender identity? Education is private, so as above.

Is your country's human rights institution or equality body (if they exist at all) mandated to provide rights and protection to all gender identities , or is it systematically working on this regardless of a mandate? There isn't an official government human rights institution, but the Antityranical Bill of Rights protects all people's rights to life, liberty, and property, regardless of gender identity.
Does your government operate an active policy of improving human rights, protection and equality explicitly to all gender identities? If anyone violates the rights of anyone of any gender identity to life, liberty, or property, the government will ensure their rights are protected and that they are granted restitution.

Does your constituition (or equivalent) includes provisions banning or limiting discrimination based on sexual characteristic? All are equal under the law, but there are no laws against discrimination by private individuals or companies.
Does your country have employment laws that prevent discrimination based of sexual characteristic? No, individuals and companies can employ or not employ whomever they want, for whatever reason.
Does your country have laws allowing anyone to purchase goods and services regardless of sexual characteristic? Not technically, but it is very, very rare to be denied service on this basis.
Does your country have laws allowing anyone to have a proper education regardless of sexual characteristic? Education is private, so as above.
Does your country have laws allowing anyone to have a proper healthcare regardless of sexual characteristic? Healthcare is private, so as above.
Is your country's human rights institution or equality body (if they exist at all) mandated to provide rights and protection to all sexual characteristic , or is it systematically working on this regardless of a mandate? There isn't an official government human rights institution, but the Antityranical Bill of Rights protects all people's rights to life, liberty, and property, regardless of sexual characteristic.
Does your government operate an active policy of improving human rights, protection and equality explicitly to all sexual characteristic? If anyone violates the rights of anyone of any sexual characteristic to life, liberty, or property, the government will ensure their rights are protected and that they are granted restitution.

Gender Expression

Does your country law holds provisions to guarantee the right of gender expression? It's covered under the rights to liberty in the Antityranical Bill of Rights, so yes.

General

May LGBT+ people donate blood (or any kind of bodily tissue) equally as heterossexual people in your nation? Yes.

Family

Can same-sex couples marry with the same rights as different-sex couples in your nation? Marriage is not handled by the government. The vast majority of marriages in the Free Land are performed by the Catholic Church, who does not marry same-sex couples. However, there are other organizations that will marry same-sex couples, and these couples have no less rights under the law than a heterosexual couple.
Can same-sex couples enter into a civil partnership with the same rights as different-sex couples in your nation? Yes, civil partnerships are issued by the government to anyone who asks, even groups of three or more.
Can same-sex couples in your country enter into a civil partnership with weaker rights as married different-sex couples? Same rights, see above.
Does your constituition or law limits marriage to a single kind of couple, like man and woman? Marriage isn't a government issue, but the Catholic Church, which marries most couples, only marries heterosexual couples.
Can same-sex couples legally apply for joint adoption? Yes, but many adoption agencies, all of which are privately run, won't let same-sex couples adopt. Some, however, do.
Can same-sex couples legally apply for second parent adoption? Yes.
Can couples from all sexual orientations, gender identities and sexual characteristics be recognized as the parents of their children after birth or adoption? Yes
Can couples, regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity, receive fertility treatment including artificial insemination? It's legal.
Can individuals, regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity, receive fertility treatment including artificial insemination? It's legal.
Can transgender people marry based on their gender identity after their legal gender recognition, thus entering a different-sex marriage? They'd be legally considered their birth sex, and the Catholic Church wouldn't marry them if they were of the same birth sex, but there's nothing illegal about any two people getting married by some other organization, or civil partnerships between any persons.
Are transgender parents recognised on birth certificates, documents, etc...? Yeah... but by their birth sexes.

Hate Crime and Hate Speech

Sexual Orientation

Is sexual orientation especifically defended in hate crime legislation? Hate crimes don't exist in the free land. Crimes are crimes, whatever the motivation.

Catholic Libertarian. Gov't has no authority, all authority is from God. God grants us free will, gov't should not infringe upon it. Legislating morality is wrong. Only exception is protecting rights to life, liberty, and property. Abortion is killing an infant, one of the few things gov't should prevent. Being a rather conservative nation, Slavonia does not allow the LGBT+ communities to develop, for they would deprive the nation of it's greatest asset, kids. Being openly LGBT+ is heavily discouraged, but no one cares if you're one of them in bed. That has been the general consensus for centuries.
