Sure John Paul III face the occassional criticism as any world leader does but scandals? None to my knowledge. If you are refering to any scandal about Benedict XVI that I am not aware of I would like to point out that the thrinian catholic church broke with the roman one long ago (actually over scandals in Rome)

As for a logo the Curia suggest that the thrinians in Rethymnon simply adopts a version of the standard thrinan cross. If the rethymnian community wish a personal logo the curia will need more information about the thrinian faith iin Rethymnon.

Catholicism is the second largest denomination of Christianity within H-Alba. While the Majority are Roman Catholics there are Thrinian Catholics in H-Alba. They make up 3% of the Catholic Population.

Belief in Christianity is classified as "Belief in a deathcult or religion which promotes crimes against sentient/sapient life" - a crime in Tyr-risuur. Thankfully - from your point of view - thought crimes are rediculously difficult to prosecute so we don't really bother with even just merely arresting people. In all honesty it's a political statement more than an actual law.

Membership to any Christian organisation leads to one being tried as a member of a terrorist organisation - Christianity is after all a "deathcult or religion which promotes crimes against sentient/sapient life". This is much easier to prosecute - you've got to have some way of recognising members be it a list of names or even a secret passphrase - we can infiltrate and gather intel. Thankfully - once more from your point of view - the severity of the sentence depends on the severity of the crimes planned by the organisation in question - being a member is still a crime though.

Worry not - jail is for rehabilitation not punishment. It's quite safe and they'll get the psychological and educational help they need.

Ultimately if you were to officially found some kind of secret church/cathedral/etc. it would be taken the same as if you were to found the equivalent of Al-qaeda in our borders - an act of war. "Thankfully" war would be... distasteful - better to go for our old specialties to force your hand - Infiltration. Sabotage. Assassination. Don't worry we don't kill random people on purpose and we don't make mistakes. Only the guily of committing violence against Tyr-risuur and all sentient/sapient life will die.
