Yes a bishop would be appreciated. However its in our lawbook that a cathedral is to be built only if the percentage of the believers goes above 10%. For now simple churches will be constructed throughout the empire

As a bishop I could recommend Andronicos Kalikrates who is an avid supporter of Thirinian Catholicism and spreads its teachings. Another candidate would be Georgios Efchomenos who also spreads Thirinian teachings, though not as thoroughly as Andronicos Kalikrates.
