In the name of the Bao Liang Emperor of Brightlake,
Engaging and Participating on mutual development toward development goals around the world. Brightlake Government see the ageing population of La Habana Cuba as serious problem. Brightlake Goverment is willing to help with emigration of 1000 Brightlakean professionals (proporsional in gender 1 : 1 male - female ratio) with condition,
1. All brightlakean and their descendent will hold brightlakean - La Habana Cuba dual citizenship or only brightlakean citizenship with permanent resident status on the nation that they reside based on policy on La Habana Cuba.
2. All Brightlakean will reside no less than 180 days of 12 months on La Habana Cuba
3. All Brightlakean will comply to all La Habana Cuba regulation that not degrading human rights and justice
4. In event that Brightlakean facing serious danger of their dignity and humanity, Brightlake Government has fully right and will use every measures to protect its citizen.
Composition of emigrant shall consist of,
- 100 Medical Doctors (50 general practitioner, 20 paediatrician, 20 surgeons, & 20 Specialist practitioners)
- 200 STEM Teachers
- 50 Investment Bankers / analyst / Fund Managers
- 100 Data scientist (application in commercials, public safety (sentiment analysis) & researches)
- 50 Ph.D Researchers (with ranging disciplines according to La Habana Cuba needs & potentials)
- 100 Civil engineers / urban planners / water & waste managers
- 100 Investors (with ranging investment interests & portfolio)
- 100 programmers / system developer
- 100 remote sensing/ automation/ robotics experts
- 50 social science researchers / experts (to bridge communication & cultural contacts within La Habana Cuba & Brightlake)
- 50 other professionals (energy management, agriculture, coastal management, etc)

June 2019, Cuba is located in the northern Caribbean where the Caribbean Sea, Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean meet. It is east of the Yucatán Peninsula (Mexico), south of both the U.S. state of Florida and the Bahamas, west of Haiti and north of both Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. Brightlakean Government through its foreign initiative sent 1000 Brightlakean professionals to fostering Cuban development and opening a new way for Brightlake to contributing in world development. Cuba has many natural resources include sugar, tobacco, fish, citrus fruits, coffee, beans, rice, potatoes, and livestock in agriculture and also important mineral resources such as nickel and other minerals. Those resources must be utilized properly and sustainably to bring continuous prosperity for all Cuban Citizens. All resources shall not be exported in the raw form but in the end valuable products.
In fisheries sector, Brightlake immigrant working together with local population to establish automated off-shore fish farming for valuable high demand fish products like Tuna & Lobster. This establishment projected to increase local fishermen income up to 200%. Fishermen still doing their daily fishing while receiving side income from cultivating their fish farming remotely.Image 3. Fish harvested or collected from fishermen then processed by a local company established collectively by Brightlake immigrants and local fishermen. Fishes sorted by its quality to ensure maximized value for exports. Triple A quality Tuna is exported wholly to auction in Japan while normal quality fish is be filleted and exported to North America & East Asia. Defective fish is collected and processed into derivative products such as, fish can, fish jerky, fish chips, fish floss to be exported or sold as souvenirs for tourist.Image 4. Brightlake immigrant collectively with Cuban Mine Worker Association planned to establish smart battery factory for EV (electronic vehicle) and household solar panel. Smart battery designed to conserve more energy, long lasting, and giving informations needed about rate of consumption, battery conditions, and other data remotely. Smart Battery developed by utilizing cuban nickel as main material. Cuban Mine Worker Association already signed contract for supplying smart battery for mostly Brightlake & Japan automotive industries. Cuban Mine Worker Association already initiating several talks with fishermen association to help those fishermen reduce their cost by replacing diesel fuel with battery and solar panel that significantly cheaper in long run.

Brightlake doctors and local university students is in work to establish telemedicine platform via android phone that used widely in Cuban. Telemedicine is expected to help increase public health especially in rural area by intensify doctor consultation remotely. In long run together with cuban university, Brightlake doctors is in way to made automated platform for remote minor surgery.
In education sector, Cuban Universities working together with Brightlake Immigrant to prepare Spanish language as second language syllabus to increase communicating ability of Brightlakean in Cuba and also in homeland. Syllabus is prepared in Chinese, English, and Arabic to enable international learner to learn Spanish effectively.
