President M. L. Longton reads about Old Northwest with great confusion. He can't seem to process the idea of a nation outlawing political freedoms, but having brilliant civil rights. He wants to question this.

"S-s-so, you're telling me that you guys don't have elections? Y-yet you have good civil rights? How good? How are LGBT rights there? W-what about marijuana and its legality there?" He asks, with a bit of a stammer brought on by confusion and shock.

The Proletarian Dictatorship is just that, a dictatorship of the proletarian class over the bourgeois class. This dictatorship is led and directed by the revolutionary class party, the International Communist Party. We openly declare our intentions to utilize despotic inroads on property and politics. We are the means of material organization, consolidation, and direction for the proletarian revolution.

So yes, there are very few political rights in Old Northwest. To be entirely honest, we also have no fear of intruding on the civil lives of the bourgeois class. The WA (which classifies our civil rights as high), and all capitalist national organizations (whether right-wing or left-wing), have some fixation on "the people." "The people" as a concept does not exist. In capitalist society we have more than some formless mass of people, we have social classes. Proletarians and bourgeois. These classes are in constant conflict. Just as the bourgeoisie was revolutionary in relationship to the nobility of feudalism, the proletariat is the revolutionary class in relationship to the bourgeoisie. There is no "people;" this declasses the proletariat by viewing the bourgeoisie and petty-bourgeoisie (small business owners) as socially the same as the proletariat. This cannot be further from the truth.

So, it could be said that we only infringe on the social rights of the bourgeois class. The proletariat is the ruling class and henceforth demands this restriction of civil liberty. A dictatorship, certainly, but of the oppressed over the oppressor.

Until the bourgeoisie no longer socially exists, revolutionary totalitarianism is a must. Once they have been socially exterminated there is no need for a revolutionary state or party.

In regards to Queer rights and Marijuana use: we are absolutely defended to the liberation of all working people, regardless of sexuality. Queerphobia is a direct result of class society and henceforth is eschewed alongside capitalism. In terms of drug use, we could not care less whether or not one smokes. It is irrelevant to anyone's character. We support its legalization internationally.
