The official title for the head of state and government of Waffenstaat, as well as the leader of the Volkspartei, is Oberster Staatsführer, or “Supreme State Leader.” The Supreme State Leader’s preferred form of address (it is legally chosen by the holder of said office) is His Supremacy.

He is mostly amused by people trying to flatter him with silly titles like "Mighty One" or similar stuff.

Just call him Lofwyr, but be respectful if you value your life.

Kawaiians don't go for fancy formal titles when addressing people. As a rule, we refer to a person simply by their occupation. For our leader, that would be "my Kalif".

The Ignisi head of state should be addressed formally as "Premier [Surname]" or "[Title, i.e. Mrs., Mr., Mx.] Premier". These addresses are typically used for government documents, legislative house speech, or otherwise official state matters. "Comrade" has historically been used, as well, though quite seldom, and is verbally acceptable during tonally lighter conversation or correspondence.

The longest official form of address: The Honourable [NAME] AM, Mayor of Tinhampton.

The formal address is:
King Vujo-Vojislav King of Canada, King-Voivode of Rumlja, President-Emperor of the Pascha Imperium, his Exellency, ruler of Europe’s Chosen by the grace of God.

The official, fancy-shmancy address is even longer, it is:
His Exellency King and Republican Leader of Rumlja and Canada, Cesar-President-Emperor of The Paschan-Roman Imperium, Serene Doge of Venice, Duke of Illyria, Count of Istria and Veglia, Baron of Sankt Viet am Flaum, Mayor of the City of Venice, Mayor of Sisak, Ruler of God’s chosen in Europe, the Rumljan, by the Grace of God.

It is perfectly acceptable to call him King/Emperor of any of his direct realms depending on the context.

E.I in Canada, you can just call him King of Canada, in Rumlja just King of Rumlja etc.

If you're talking to King Warlock Ghost VI and don't call him "Your Majesty", your head will roll. Seriously.

Dictator Tim Grooves of 60s Music is a lot more chill about that kind of thing; even civilians are on a first-name basis with him. There's nothing wrong with calling him "Tim", and fancy titles are often considered quite superfluous.

In super official stuffy matters that nobody actually wants to get into, the President has the pretitle of The Honorable. For everything else she's either simply President (sometimes with a 'the' if grammar rules permit) or Ma'am. Sometimes both. Male presidents are called sir or mister and not ma'am because they're not women.

by Akrafjall
Our monarch's full title is 'His Majesty King Alfred the second, King of Akrafjall and it's people'. King Alfred's predecessor was the last to own titles on colonies like Milia, ending the tradition.

People on greeting refer to him as 'Your Majesty' and then 'Sire' thereafter.

Princes and Princesses, like Prince Andrew for example, will have a title like 'His Highness Prince Andrew, Duke of Finnvanger, ' Prince Andrew's wife, however, was not a princess at birth. On marrying the prince and being granted a duchy, her official title per traditions should be 'Princess Andrew of Finnvanger' as on marrying in Akrafjall, you inherit your husband's title. This is of course overly formal, so she chooses to be referred by her other title, 'Victoria, Duchess of Finnvanger'.

For Princes and Princesses, they are greeted with 'Your Highness' and addressed as 'Sir' or 'Ma'am' after.

For our Prime Minister, their full title is 'Prime Minister Johanne Kjeldsen, Prime Minister of Akrafjall, First Lady Treasurer and Member of Parliament for Braband & South Kilinaa'

She is regularly addressed on greeting as 'Mrs. Kjeldsen', however military personnel and public servants are obliged to address her as 'Ma'am' or Prime Minister'. In parliament, she is regularly addressed as 'The honourable lady', as custom to parliament traditions.
