Official Response to the New Transeurasian Embassy Application

Following brief deliberation, the North American Department of Foreign Affairs has voted to accept New Transeurasia's embassy application. Construction of an embassy in Fort Zapata will begin immediately at 8351 Luxemburg St. It is worth noting that it would be preferable for your ambassador to speak English. However, Spanish is considered an official language in Fort Zapata, and will also work. Still, we encourage Ms. Min Chou to begin lessons in North American English upon her arrival in the federation. If she wishes to begin lessons, any language-learning resources which she needs can be provided by the North American government, or she can seek them out on her own. The federation hopes that this can mark the beginning of a peaceful and prosperous relationship between our states, and patiently awaits the arrival of Ms. Min Chou.

Following brief deliberation, the North American Department of Foreign Affairs has voted to accept the People's Socialist Union of Leskya's consulate applications. However, we also voted to temporarily withhold your consulate-general application, as you already have one in Los Angeles. In order to construct one in Seattle, you will have to either demote your current consulate-general to just being a consulate, or do so to the planned consulate-general in Seattle. Construction of the consulate in Ciudad de México will begin immediately at 11830 Avenida 20 de Noviembre, and the consulate in Chicago will be constructed at 9782 W. Cermak Road. Some land has been designated in Seattle at 8839 E. Aloha Street, and will be cleared as soon as you can get back to us. The federation is excited to further advance the relations between our states, and patiently awaits the arrival of Mr. Torin Bradley-Cahing and Mr. Fedrick Hamenhauf.

Official Response to the Ressian Embassy Applications

Following brief deliberation, the North American Department of Foreign Affairs has voted to accept the People's Republic of Aressna's embassy application. Construction of the consulate in Ciudad de México will begin immediately at 11830 Revolution Avenue. The federation is excited to further advance the relations between our states, and patiently awaits the arrival of Ms. Eva Dohnalová. However, her lack of fluency in English and/or Spanish could be an issue. We strongly encourage her to begin lessons in Spanish and English (Both traditional and phonetic spelling), an interpreter will be provided for the time being.

Our deepest apologies for such a late reply. Ms. Dohnalová is a confident speaker of English, however her accent is heard in her speech, something we should have explained. She is glad to learn Spanish, and we will ensure she has learnt it as well as she can as soon as possible, due to her experience in learning other languages I'm sure she can catch on quickly. We thank the Foreign Ministry of our comrades in North America for this diplomatic opportunity, and hope it will strengthen relations between our nations. We are inclined to offer North America an embassy in our capital of Krakow, a mutual recognition of diplomatic relations and to begin all else one does with an embassy.
