The Regional Government of the Colony of Beloura in accordance with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The United Kingdom of Reino do Brazil laments to inform of the impossibility for diplomatic representation of the State of Ahram in Beloura. We find that a garrison of 50 soldiers for protection of the consulate is totally unacceptable. The Regional Government also would like to know the surname/first name of the appointed consul.
