What does YN's accent sound like?

It depends on the region. The northerner accent sounds like European Portuguese, while a southerner sounds like Brazilian Portuguese. Northeasterners have a Russian accent, while Southeasterners have an Andalusian accent.

There's multiple accents throughout the Imperium due to how vast it is. However the administrative branches of the outlying areas of the Imperium have more identifiable accents:

Armada Accents
The Imperial Legion: Typically English based accents ranging from the various British Dialects all the way to American. Noticeably no Australian, New Zealander, or Dixie American.
Death Corps: The same overall accent groups the Legion has.
Conscripts: Unfortunately cannot be summed with a base dialect.

Church Accents
High Priests: Typically a Polish oriented accent.
Clergy: Typically ranging to Caucasus accents. Varied.

Holy Purge Accents
There are no concrete Purge accents. However the leader does have a very noticeable Finnish Accent.

It sounds like American English, but we use a few British words, and our "r" sounds are very T h i c c, that is, they sound like a mix between r and d.

Ravenni English tends to sound most similar to Received Pronounciation, but with a strong German influence on the pronounciation of harsher and guttural sounds and a cadence similar to Welsh or Irish. In more rural regions of Ravenni, "r" sounds are often rolled, and it is often said that these accents take on a more Celtic character.

Ravenni accents are commonly used by villains in Hollywood movies.

Written Portuguese looks like Spanish, but spoken Portuguese sounds nothing like it–to a foreigner, it doesn't even sound "Latin" the way Spanish and Italian do. A lot of times, Portuguese is mistaken for a Slavic language due to having strongly pronounced consonants.

The Sebatopian Accent depends on your gender, Men have an accent similar accent to a Native New Yorker and an Italian. while Women have a New Yorker with a mix of German and Nordic.

Spoken HUElavian English tends to have a notable Latin Accent, but it isn't so notable that you cannot understand a HUElavian.

[New-Bornholm]

The standard New Bornholm accent is similar to a South African accent, but a bit gentler. Upper-class New Bornholmers traditionally speak with a 'cultivated' accent heavily based on Received Pronunciation. In rural Danish-speaking areas, there is still a noticeable Scandinavian influence on the people's speech, even when speaking English.

Its sounds like a Swedish person speaking English but with a big southern american accent on there with a tiny bit of New Yorker in there, also sounds like Goofy.

Shadowmancers, as well a those who live on Dark Star Tower for a prolonged period of time develop an accent that is pejoratively referred to by Shadowmancers as "Babelspeak."

Babelspeak is basically verbal communication that's been distorted and corrupted by dark magic, and is the only verbal language that Shadowmancers are capable of speaking or writing in. When spoken, the soundwaves rearrange themselves into frequencies that translate whatever the speaker is communicating into the listener's native tongue, with the accent always sounding "normal" to the listener.

There's a hypothesis among Twilight Embassy scientists which suggests that unlike normal language, Babelspeak cannot be understood by Lances; that it may be interpreted as a series of garbled, Lovecraftian static and "gibberish" which sends the Lance into a state of rage and violent aggression towards the speaker.

Another oddity of Babelspeak is that religious texts, prayers and verses-- regardless of what that religion is --cannot be translated into Babelspeak. We do not know why this is the case.

The Federal States are located in the real life Western USA, parts of Mexico, and parts of South America. Since the FS began with revolts in California and Texas, those two accents are the basis for the “West American” accent. As investors and immigrants moved south, into former Mexican territories and Latin America, the accent acquired some distinct Spanish sounds, especially by pronouncing English words with Spanish vowel sounds. In Metro Vanctoria, people talk with General American/British hybrid accents. The standard accent is basically the trans-atlantic accent.
