A student at a school in your nation has accused said school of infringing his right to Freedom of Speech. The Student says that they were suspended for wearing a t-shirt protesting a foreign policy recently instated in your nation. The school claims it violated their dress policy. Is this a violation of rights in your nation?
No, just like the United States or any other country, there is a uniform to go to school. Violation of this leads to disciplinary action.

A man has claimed his rights of Religious Freedom were infringed. Testimonies of witnesses have concluded that said man was walking on a sidewalk, when he kneeled down and began to pray. He was soon escorted off the sidewalk by a private security guard. The man says that the prayer's time was a part of his religious faith, while the guard says that the man was on the grounds of a place of worship towards another religion. Is this a violation of rights in your nation?
Depends, but most likely yes. Since this says 'sidewalk' Im assuming this is public domain, and the man was peaceful. However, if this was private property and the man was acting in an aggresive manner towards other, I would say it is the proper thing to do under Noise Complaint rules.

An infamous anarchist in your nation has claimed a person violated his right to "not be beat the sh*t out of when i walk down the street, man!". Testimonies of the witnesses have concluded that the anarchist was walking down the street, showing no possibly offensive remarks, when a person seemed to recognize the man's previous action of burning the national flag, and literally walked over and beat the sh*t out of said anarchist. Is this a violation of rights in your nation?
Yes it is. Even though the punishment for this type of crime (defamation the image of the country) is death, the people have no write to 'prosecute' him by themselves, therefore everyone would receive corrections actions.

A college student has claimed his rights to Free Press were violated when his blog was shut down by the College staff. The college claims it was "just and necessary", while the college student says he only blogged things about the "inner secrets" of campus life. Is this a violation of rights in your nation?
Most likely, if the inner secrets were just normal things, they did not have a right, however if the content was explicit, the blog should be shut down.

No its not. In the United States this law exists, if the officers see something without entering the house they have a right to go inside and take it, regardless of our consent towards the 4th amendment.

He was arrested, for what Marshals onboard called "taking freedom of speech to the extreme of threatening national security". Is this a violation of rights in your nation?
No it is not. If the Officials in power decided to detain the individual, it is ok because of the fact that he was threatening the National Security of the Country.

No it is not because of freedom of speech, however if it goes to a threatening matter, it is an affirmative decision.
