The Armed Republic of Veceria Factbook

The armed republic of Veceria is a terretory inhabited by the inferior species named Vecerians* that have organised themselves into various politically powerful tribes** that struggle for dominance in their homeland in a large popularity contest each forth year where the leader of the most popular tribe is named alpha male of the entire territory. As you my dear reader can understand so does this system enable large amounts of corruption where the alpha males tries to use their short time in power to their own advantage. That is however not the worst part of this system my dear reader as the ritualistic elections of the alpha males are often bloody affairs where the different tribes uses blackmailing, bribes and brute force to ensure that their leader is the next alpha male of the pack.
* a Humanoid wolf like creature that resembles fictional werewolves from the motion pictures rather than the proper werewolf curse back home whose victims are known all over the federation
** or "parties" as they are known as

The Neue Karlsik Reich of Rupudska.

As a state so are Rupudska a state in decline as their young monarchy struggles and have devolved to mere mob rule in all by name even if some positive things can be seen that most certainly have come out of their monarchs guiding light. However as a state so do Pupudska have severe problems that can be seen as radical socialists attempts to gain more and more power. However what Rupudska is most known for is their usage of flying women as part of their aerocorps* and the absurdity of women flying on their own power is something that have made the royal science advisory scratch their heads.
* Yes my dear reader you did read that correctly and they do indeed employ women able to fly on their own power, as surprised as you might be my dear reader so did I attempt to point out the absurdity of the situation as we all know that employing women in armed forces is wrong so would this simply be ridiculous. My attempt to correct the situation where however unsuccessful as I where quite rudely might I add referred to a talking dog with sunglasses, as amusing as the sight might be so did I still think that it was extremely rude to referee me to an inferior creature like that.

The Empire of Terra Novaus

While not much is known about the empire of Terra Novaus more than it is a nation that have spread out amongst the void between the stars and that their economy is largely cheese based*. More than that so are they infamous for their ugly uniforms which leaves the poor sods of soldiers that fights in them demoralised and expected to turn tail at the first opportunity would they face a proper force.
* That that is their largest industry speaks for itself in the question why they are so unnoticeable my dear reader.

The Commonwealth of Oryctolagus cuniculus

as a territory is the commonwealth known for two things, the combination of those things are indeed what makes this territory so laughable. The first thing is that they are a military controlled nation* that is ruled by a collection of generals. While this might indeed sound as a semi-proper alternative to noblerule so is this idea quickly crushed when you learn that the nation is mainly inhabited by either rabbits or hares. Indeed this is the nations biggest failure as we all know that rabits and hares alike are both cowardly by nature as well as herbivores which means that they lack the fighting instinct that can be found amongst humans or most omni and carnivores. This have resulted in the royal guards assessment that the inferior species living in this land would flee directly when put into combat against the royal guard, something which combined with the amount of natural resources in the land** makes it a tempting target for liberation and such a action would indeed be welcomed by the poor confused collection of inferior species that tries to rule this land even if it is as most other territories with a member of one of the inferior species as its ruler fail at that task miserable leaving the people suffering from inferiority depression and wide spread starvation.

OOC: Just FYI, and I'm assuming the 'dog with sunglasses' is referring to a Witch with a dog familiar, the ears n' tail features of a Witch show up only when they use magic, or when they are using a (functional) Striker. Otherwise, they look perfectly normal.
