On Behalf of His Imperial Majesty, Tsar Alexei Feodorovich II, it is my pleasure to inform you that your application for the establishment of a Embassy between the Holy Empire of Arseny-Sazikov and the Democratic Republic of Sjalfheim has been accepted. In light of our shared borders and history, it was decided in short order that the commencement of official relations between our two nations was in the best interest of all concerned. Given that the Holy Empire hopes to continue to enjoy a close relationship with our regional neighbor, Director Belsky has given me personal permission to offer Sjalfheim the cardinal embassy; 1 Saint John of Kronstadt Avenue. We hope that this serves as a gesture, symbolic of our continued dedication to maintaining a cordial dialogue with Sjalfheim, whom we consider to be our close ethnic kin. In light of your requests for security, the Ministry for State Security has deemed it appropriate to provide 24/7 law enforcement officers for the safety of your personnel. These officers will be posted at key checkpoints throughout the embassy, and will be coordinating closely with Sjalfheim's own security attaché for the convenience of both parties.

On Behalf of His Imperial Majesty, Tsar Alexei Feodorovich II, it is my pleasure to inform you that your application for the establishment of a Embassy between the Holy Empire of Arseny-Sazikov and The People's Socialist Union of Leskya has been accepted after some consideration; while some degree of hesitation was initially maintained regarding the specific needs of Ambassador Mames, a location within the embassy district has been found that can adequately support the facilities that were mentioned in the The People's Socialist Union's original request for an embassy. Director Belsky has given me permission to offer you 6. St. John of Kronstadt Avenue, and the facilities therein; located on a quarter acre in historic Pecherskystadt, I believe that the grounds will serve as an adequate fulfillment of your request to be located in the vicinity of a park.

It is with great excitement and joy that I inform you that his Majesty Tsar Alexei Feodorovich II himself has reviewed the application submitted by the Empire of Brightlake, to henceforth establish official diplomatic ties between our two magnificent Empires. His Majesty the Tsar takes a special interest in the relationship between the Holy Empire and the other monarchies of the world, hoping to establish strong bonds between those nations who still submit to the oldest and most stable form of government in a world that his being rapidly yolked under the weight of modernism and the plagues of democracy and socialism. It is for this reason, that the Tsar has seen fit to expedite the process of building your embassy, ensuring that you have access to the most up-to-date and desirable facilities that the Holy Empire has to offer. I have taken it upon myself to personally oversee the process, making sure that it is a smooth transition, in the interest of ensuring that our official diplomatic channels can be opened as quickly as possible. Additionally, his Majesty would like to offer a personal invitation to His Highness Emperor Bao Liang to visit Pecherskystadt in the near future; our Tsar believes that in these trying times, Monarchs have few whom they can trust other than one another.
