What year is it according to the calendars that you use? When does the new year roll around?
In the SPF, it is now 2019 on the standard Gregorian calendar and 18 of the Seventh Age of Equestria on the Harmonist Calendar.
Our year changes on January 1 on the Gregorian and on the Summer Solstice on the Harmonist.

Due to linked relations and absence of fourth walls with the real world, Valentine Z has two concurrent calendars.
Currently we are in the year 2040, and in Decimal Years, it is currently approximately 12 Decimal Years, 6 Decimal Months, and 230.4 Decimal Days.

What year is it according to the calendars that you use? It is currently 2019 E.M (Establishment Maxxtopia - the founding of the Holy City in Terrestralia), i.e 2039 MTC (Coordinated Multiversal Time). It uses the Julian Calendar before reformed by Admin Gregory XIII in 1582. As this text was being written it is Artemsday, 1 January 2019 EM. Usage of dating system outside the EM is prohibited by the NWO.
When does the new year roll around? As the system would suggest, year changes every 1 January. While the date is the same for MTC, the day actually resembles real world's 25 March (a week after Maxxmas, first day of the spring and birth of the
God).

The Freehold of Ephyra utilises its own unique calendar, not used by any other state simply due to the relevance it has to the political entity of Ephyra.
On July 16th, 479 CE by the Gregorian measurement, the city of Ephyra was proclaimed an independent political state under the concept of a government dictated by freeborn landowners, and represented in decennial terms of leadership by two jointly-ruling Archons, later to be styled as the Freehold. Every July 16th since has been celebrated within the Ephyral calendar as a day of no year, but as the Ephyralia, the festival of Ephyra.
Each Ephyralia is numbered to the year that preceded it. The calendar system, devised by Vaehmon Anogarios Artalos, and henceforth known as the Anogarian Calendar, contains within it 13 months of 28 days apiece, commonly called 'Moon Cycles' by the Ephyral population (although the months do not sync up to the 'beginning' and 'end' of the actual lunar cycle), and an extra day called the Ephyralia.
Therefore, the 1st Ephyralia on July 16th, 480 CE (a year after the founding) marked the time space between the year 1 AA (After Anogarios), as there is no year zero, and the the year 2 AA, with 2 AA being followed by the 2nd Ephyralia and then 3 AA and so on.
As of the time of this document, it is the year 1537 AA.

That is an interesting question as not all of the royal commonwealth use the same calendar.
The royal commonwealth standard calendar is based on days since 2011-10-23T20:37 in the the Gregorian calender. The day zero being when the constitute nations agreed to one calendar. There is no concept of years, or months, it just counts up in days and decimals of. Like many things in the royal commonwealth it's a practical thing (with the mess of different day keeping systems it was about the only one they would all agree to for practicality).
The Teuie calendar is lunar and has between 12 and 13 months to the year, as does the drewn. Extra months being added when the solar and lunar calendar get more than 15 days out in the Teuie calendar and 20 days out in the drewn calendar.
The Sae run their calendar by the tides and add and remove days when the tides work....people have got phd's in figuring out how the heck to predict what month it is five years ahead. The duchies (despite many being land locked) use the same system.
The leefin simply count the moons since they arrived so are at about 14,380 moons. They have no concept of years.
The teerie for once are more sane, they count their years from the zenith of a star, which is actually more reliable that the Gregorian calendar and as they are on year 12,847 says something.
So um no one can agree what year it is, and many don't have the concept of a year.

We have two official years. The Standard Gregorian UNIX 2019, that most people use, but we also have the traditional Old Norse/Viking groups of Pjsevøra in the south by Kædia Fjord, near Bergen, there are traditional groups and villages built on Kædia, and those Viking groups that make up 5% of the population believe that the next equinoxes and the next solstices are the next year, currently being 261.

Krossia runs by two calendars:
The Interdimensional calendar considers it to be 2018.
The Calendar of The Beast of Time declares it is the year 1329 of the Post-Damnation Period
