They have been publishing reports on nations since 1972, which also give scores to each nations on their advancement of democracy (1 best, 7 worst), they give this score in both political rights and civil liberties, with then a mean score being developed. A mean score of 2.5 or over means the state is classified as 'free', a score between 3.0 and 5.0 'partly free', and 5.5 and under 'not free'. These questions will help to see where YN stands.
