The freedom house NGO was established in 1940, determined to the expansion of Freedom and democracy. They have been publishing reports on nations since 1972, which also give scores to each nations on their advancement of democracy (1 best, 7 worst), they give this score in both political rights and civil liberties, with then a mean score being developed. A mean score of 2.5 or over means the state is classified as 'free', a score between 3.0 and 5.0 'partly free', and 5.5 and under 'not free'. These questions will help to see where YN stands.
