Do any human rights exist in this country whatsoever - No

Pol Pot would be proud.
We are free to believe that this is the century of authority, a century tending to the right, a Fascist century. If the XIXth century was the century of the individual (liberalism implies individualism) we are free to believe that this is the "collective" century, and therefore the century of the State.

No. Virtually all media in Sealand is owned by the Megacorps, who are free to twist and manipulate information as they please.
Are individuals free to practice and express their religious faith or nonbelief in public and private?:
With the exception of McDonaldism (a bizarre religion invented by megacorps to promote better sales), which is the state-religion, no.
Is there academic freedom, and is the educational system free from extensive political indoctrination?:
academic freedom is forbidden and attempting to learn of information not approved by Sealand would result in termination of education and detainment. Political indoctrination practically embedded into the education, espousing total and unconditional loyalty to Sealand and its corporations first, absolute hatred of state enemies second, and carefully manipulated information last.
Are individuals free to express their personal views on political or other sensitive topics without fear of surveillance or retribution?:
No. Sealand is a heavily-monitored society, with everything from the streets to homes to the internet being carefully watched. Expression of political views not in line with the state would result in immediate detainment by authorities.
Is there freedom of assembly?:
No. Gathering together to protest is equivalent to forfeiting one's right to life and results in the assembly getting engaged with military-grade weaponry. Survivors are sent to labour and re-education camps. This can often include people nearby or even relatives and co-workers of protesters.
Is there freedom for nongovernmental organizations, particularly those that are engaged in human rights– and governance-related work?:
No.
Is there freedom for trade unions and similar professional or labor organizations?:
No. Trade Unions are viewed as terrorist-organisations by the state and are treated accordingly.
Is there an independent judiciary?:
No.
Does due process prevail in civil and criminal matters?:
No. Most of the time, civilians are not entitled to a court and when they are, it will merely be a kangaroo-court.
Is there protection from the illegitimate use of physical force and freedom from war and insurgencies?:
To a very limited extent, yes.
Do laws, policies, and practices guarantee equal treatment of various segments of the population?:
No.
Do individuals enjoy freedom of movement, including the ability to change their place of residence, employment, or education?:
No. Immigration is outlawed, changing residence and workplace is absolutely forbidden without corporate approval.
Are individuals able to exercise the right to own property and establish private businesses without undue interference from state or nonstate actors?:
In theory, yes. In practice, small businesses are quickly crushed by larger Megacorps.
Do individuals enjoy personal social freedoms, including choice of marriage partner and size of family, protection from domestic violence, and control over appearance?:
No. Marriages must be approved by Megacorps and domestic violence is ignored. Changes to cosmetic appearance are also banned for security reasons.
Do individuals enjoy equality of opportunity and freedom from economic exploitation?:
110% no.

We are a secluded and technologically advanced nation that cares for its human citizens, but does not allow them into major positions of power over others. Our research has shown that allowing humans to rule over other humans can cause unacceptable results. Instead, a network of intelligent computer systems makes all major government decisions.
